   Alexa interrupts every product search.. As the title states. Every search is bogged down by this thing with no option to opt out. I can’t shop anymore. Like I need this thing feeding me products when I can browse all by myself.

   Prime. I cancelled my prime membership, said it was cancelled. The day it is supposed to renew, guess what? It renewed and charged me even AFTER I cancelled my membership. It’s not a pain to cancel, it’s a pain to do business with this company and assume all is well. Jeff Bozo, do better.

   AI ruined the app. Now when you search for an item, instead of your options coming up, you have to wait for AI to think, it then “talks” to you and suggests things instead of letting you search. There is no way to turn it off.

   Need Option to turn off Haptic feedback. Please add a setting in the iPhone app to disable haptic feedback/vibration when adding items to the cart. It is ridiculous that the app doesn’t have a setting to do this!!!!!!!!!! I don’t need to let everyone in the room know when I add an item to my shopping cart.

   Needs work. When using Rufus to answer questions and there is a see more link it just takes you to the top of the product page not to the see more info I teenager the days that clicking in price history actually did something. Why else have it be blue like a link? Crashes. And not all fields display correctly when click show more Asks to review purchases that uh have not been delivered yet. Sorry i did not learn time travel while in school Price history is flawed and has reported incorrect prices with extreme confidence and fails to complete its sentences. Whoever programmed failed to provide an avenue for the system to report flaws and errors. So in short they do not care or want to hear from customers Really nice when the dog shows up when placing the order so that now you have to jump thru hoops to see if your order was actually placed! Still get random errors when looking at specs. The view in room not working for me

   Do not shop here.. They send used and returned items as new then try to get you to pay for them to pick it up or ship it back to them. Of course that’s when you can even get ahold of an actual human being. They try to jerk you around with an AI service rep for fifteen to twenty minutes first. Amazon has gone to junk. Used to love it. Now it feels like wish or Temu just more expensive and damaged items.

    Broken promises. Well I haven’t used Amazon in years due to shipping issues. Constantly having packages late or not delivered in time. I moved and needed some things in a pinch and they stated that I could have the item in 3 hrs. I said well I’m unpacking and it’s faster than loading up my son to drive to the store. Welp 3 hrs later no delivery, package delayed. Expedited shipping fee reimbursed. Tracking ? Nothing, click customer service help. Prompted with the customer service rep will see exactly what you see on the status. Whole day later, still no delivery no updates on tracking. Well maybe I’ll try it again in 5 yrs so long Amazon.

    Whole cart disappeared. Can’t believe this ever was let alone IS STILL AN ISSUE. It’d been a couple years… beyond frustrated right now. FIX. THIS. GLITCH. It’s like you want fewer sales. As a billion dollar company how can you not fix issues for basic functions in the app. Seems like an easy scripting fix but wtf do I know. God I hate Amazon.

    They added ai to the standard search bar. Every time you use the search bar to look up products Alexa ends up popping up.. nobody asked for this it’s annoying and intrusive to my shopping experience.

    I hate the color red. Everything is red right now and it’s like the ugliest red possible where can I go to change that cause it is disgusting Update: i inverted the colors and now everything looks cool and more enjoyable to look at … boy because my simple brain loves all the colors I’m gonna stare at the screen longer and that will somehow incentivize me to take money out of my account and put it into their account like I don’t understand advertising to be completely honest I don’t know what makes the other Apex predators to jump for joy about shiny thing like the whole thing about red makes people hungry I don’t understand that I hate the color red stop using the color red so much and like the red that you have right now is the like ugliest red possible like I didn’t know that you could make me hate the color red more than right now because it literally is the exact opposite of the coolest color ever

    Ordering. I don’t like ordering items close to weekends because packages delivered on Saturday or Sunday are usually left anywhere outside the office door outside Amazon lockers or outside the mailroom all to be stolen

    On time 50% of the time. So far this year I’ve have to cancel an order and get refunded 8 times because somehow packages just get lost in transit. Usually that was like a once a year issue, but we’re only 6 months in right now.

    Garbage. Try to get help that actually changes your profile, changes how they ship items to you. Never happens, every time I place an order I know what will happen. Shipping fail, every time I spend an hour or more trying to get the package redirected, travel 35 miles to a pickup point for an item that I paid to be DELIVERED. Horrible service, horrible shipping protocols, horrible customer service. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

    Usless Ai search. I went to go search something up on amazon. And all of a sudden the search was put into generitive ai… since when do we generative AI to show me desks. A regular search is fine, this new Ai one takes forever to load for the same result I woukd already get if I just used a regular search engine. Absolutely useless update

    I just want to online shop like a normal person. I’m so tired of AI this or AI that. I went to the search bar that I’ve always gone to and imagine my surprise to see Alexa ai shopping to “help” me. Crazy I didn’t need it before and even crazier I can’t turn it off.

    Late package unable to cancel. Ordered package because it would be able to arrive to my location in two days. Package arrival date was pushed back 4 days. I can’t receive it because I won’t be at address. I can’t refund or return it because I need the package to to that.

    Constantly delaying my next day packages. Every single time I put next day delivery it’s always “somehow” ends up getting delayed. My package was at the warehouse before trucks were even sent out but somehow 12 hours isn’t enough time to get me my package

    MADDENINGLY BUGGY. Constant struggle of dealing with the broken app, can’t open product descriptions, the AI is glitching nonstop, product videos hardly ever work right, and so on. So frustrating

    trash. I decided not to have prime anymore and suddenly I kept getting orders cancelled within 2min of when I placed them. I called customer care because it happens periodically and because my prime payments were late, once I cancelled my subsciprion suddenly they don’t know if I am who I say I am. If you cancel or even dont have a subscription all together this delivery service is horrible and expensive. its a shame the dot com bubble got us this garbage logistics co.

    Delivery drones are incessant and annoying.. They should never be a thing. Cant even enjoy my backyard on any given day without the airspace above my head becoming a distribution center. I wish they would stop. The US Supreme Court decided in 1946 the US military couldn’t even do this. Idk why or how the FAA circumvent that rulings intent. To top it off, I need to pay for prime to get discounts on products, that’s economic prejudice. Horrible corporation. Horrible customer service - not the people- the policies and unwillingness to make the moral and ethical decisions.
