   Haul is a disgusting disservice to Amazon customers. What a dreadful idea! This is a ghastly downgrade in service! Bad, bad, bad idea Amazon!!! Amazon added this new feature that found a way to charge shipping to Prime members for lots of items that used to be Amazon items but now they are suddenly Haul items instead, so shipping is only free if you buy enough stuff!!! Second, on Amazon, they tell you when your stuff will come. On Haul, they say 3-5 business days after some completely unknown shipping date!!! So things that I used to get with free shipping and an identified delivery date cost me a shipping charge and unknown delivery date, and Amazon tells me this is some great new service they added! Shame on you, Amazon! I pay a lot for my Prime membership and see no point to you adding some pointless imitation of Chinese apps that is a downgrade in service! I used Haul recently but only because you moved one of my must-have products out of Amazon into Haul. Please move it back! Haul is a disgusting disservice to your customers!

   Upload App. I will never upload this app again. I ended up deleting my Amazon app because of this. Once you click on haul it says uploading and freezes without giving you the option to ho back, cancel or turn off your phone. I had to wait till my battery died to delete the app and Amazon so that I can have control of my phone again. This app is horrible and will not recommend it to anyone.

   Suspicious activity. Just after I downloaded this app I got a text from Amazon with a login code for authorization. I changed my password immediately, but it seems suspicious to me. That’s a hard red flag and a giant no!

    This is just stupid. Honestly, STUPID. This app is confusing. It links directly to Amazon’s app…. So what is the point of this one? Just search Amazon, using the same key words. There are no “great finds” as they say in their marketing promotion. So… it’s complicated to use and doesn’t find you any bargains. Ridiculously stupid creation

    Supposed Amazon answer to Temu. Definitely not the best deal. Basically an app that tries to spam you the deals page of Amazon. Nothing is really reduced significantly. I will stick with Temu for any and all crafting items

    Discounts and coupons. This app states that it finds discounted coupons with all the major retailers Well, I’ve downloaded this app for a week and I’ve tried to use it so so many times and I’ve yet to find anything discounted or coupon Now let me state. I am an avid shopper. I shop every day for my home my clothing, my car groceries every item imaginable, and have yet to find anything once I do find our own Amazon and Amazon only and if I’m lucky and that I’m lucky it will just show she just one item so on the home screen, it will show you an Amazon discount in the top of the app. It’ll give you two or three other categories when you tap on those categories it’ll only have one item not multiple items, but just one item example toys example deals it’ll have one item only… if you select the middle option, which is the search button and you search for anything let’s say blue jeans or let’s say coffee pot or let’s say lamp. It will bring up if you’re lucky if you’re lucky I’ve not had to bring up by a few. You will get one item and it’s always an Amazon item no other retail no other retailer shows up on Amazon and that’s if you’re lucky The third complaint has when you go to settings there’s no way to contact or get support for this app. I had to go back to Apple Store to find it just to get Support so it seems like they don’t even support the app James

    Wont take me to deal!?. All of the “posts” won’t take me to the website or app to purchase the item. It won’t even give me a link to past into my safari to find the item. Very frustrating, probably going to delete the app.
