   One and Done!. This was my first time ever ordering from Fashion Nova, and it was a terrible first impression. I ordered an outfit for an upcoming vacation, but instead of receiving what I paid for, I was sent the completely wrong item. As a first-time customer, I expected much better quality control and more care when packing orders. What made the experience even more frustrating was the return process. It was confusing, time consuming, and stressful, especially since I needed my order by a specific date. Instead of being excited for my vacation, I had to spend my time trying to fix a mistake that wasn’t mine. Seeing that other customers experienced the same issues made me lose confidence. I don’t recommend shopping here.

   SPAM. DO NOT ever subscribe to this app they will never stop texting you and sending you emails. I have not bought anything from them in years every time they email me and text me I report spam and they text me off of different numbers it is extremely annoying

   Terrible Experience – Lost Package and No Solution. Very bad experience with Fashion Nova. My package ended up getting lost, and although UPS opened an investigation, I have been waiting for days without receiving a clear solution. Customer service has been very frustrating, and I feel like they are not giving this issue the importance it deserves. As a customer, it is disappointing to pay for an order and have to keep chasing answers without any results. I would not purchase again if situations like this are not handled better. :::`

   Terrible company. They don’t take ownership for items when missing they put it all on the carrier and the carrier does nothing. Don’t spend a lot of money with this company cause if your stuff goes missing, they will not replace it or refund it.

   Gift cards. I received three gift cards that have been sent to the wrong email address and I cannot access them for two weeks. I have emailed Fashion Nova and not gotten any rectification of the problem. It is so frustrating. Be careful when you get a gift card!!!

   Dresses and shoes are cheap quality. Shoes fall apart as soon as you open the box. Clothes reworn and sent to you. Clothes with the thread snapping apart. Straps breaking.

   The fit. I ordered a pant suit in my size and it came in fitting 3 sizes bigger. I attempted to return it and couldn’t. A neighbor received the delivery and gave it to me past the 30 days of which it not the stores fault. However, an exchange or store credit would have helped for a garment so large 2 people can fit it. I will never order online here again.

    Years of loyalty met with zero communication and broken items.. I have been a loyal customer of this brand for years, but my recent experience has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered a romper for a trip, but because the company failed to ship it on time, it arrived after I had already left. To make matters worse, when I returned and opened the package, the item was completely defective—missing the essential jewel piece required to hold the top together. When I tried to contact customer service to fix this, I discovered they have no phone number and are entirely unresponsive to messages. Because it is impossible to get a hold of a human being, I was forced to pay a return fee out of my own pocket just to send back a damaged item they ruined. It is completely unacceptable to penalize a loyal customer for a company's quality control and shipping failures. I will not be risking my money here ever again.

    “Paid $25.99 for One-Day Shipping — Received It 5–6 Days Later & Was Ignored”. I am extremely disappointed with Fashion Nova’s customer service and shipping practices. I paid an additional $25.99 for Rush One-Day Delivery, yet my package did not arrive for 5–6 days. If customers are paying premium shipping fees, the company should honor the service promised. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability afterward. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund of the $25.99 rush shipping charge due to the delivery delay, and every attempt at communication has been ignored. No resolution, no response, no customer care. Charging customers for expedited delivery and then failing to provide the service — while also ignoring refund requests — is unacceptable. I expect companies to stand behind what they advertise. Based on this experience, I would think twice before paying for any expedited shipping from Fashion Nova again.

    Reversed my credit. I purchased a set. FN only sent the pants. They finally sent the top and I returned them both because they did not fit. They only gave me credit for the pants. After months of going back and forth they issued credit for the top. I placed another order and returned the entire order using the credit for the pants. They issued a full refund cancelled it and issued a gift card minus the pants credit. Livid!!!

    Missing items. I ordered some things from fashion nova because I am going on a cruise. One of my packages didn’t make it. I wrote the customer service they said it was marked delivered by someone named shivers. That is not my last name I don’t know anyone with that last name. The communication was going well I was expressing how I needed the items to complete my look for the cruise and I also ordered so support items. All together my package was into two separate deliveries the one with my clothes I got and loved the other I did not get. At first customer was great and even told me that I had three options I can get a full refund, store credit or have the items reshipped. We spoke about shipping times and I was told that even though they could not let me know then when the items would be shipped it would be shipped priority, cool great and I would just hope they would be here before I left because at that time it was more than enough time for them to ship and get my items to me. THEE next morning surprise to me I get an email stating that I would need to report this to ups file a claim wait 15 days to see what they say and blah, blah, blah imagine my surprise right because I had literally just had a conversation with someone saying they would ship my items out. The whole situation is crazy and was just handled correctly at all because of that’s the case why wasn’t this ups file a claim the first thing that was said to me at this point I had been talking to customer service for a few days and this was never brought up. So unprofessional I just want my money back because now I have to go spend more money somewhere else to get what I already ordered so once. Fashion nova didn’t care, won’t care. This will just be a blip in their time that they won’t even remember but it was definitely disappointing.

    Overrated. This app will always be my last resort. They are over priced and fraudulent. They raise the price of items before putting them on sale. Quality of the clothes is the same as cheaper options. There are alwayssss glitches. Fashionnova was once my go to….. very disappointing

    Free next day shipping. It’s posted on the site to do free next day shipping. When clicking on it and even shopping in the specific section, there is absolutely no free next day shipping. My friend was able to get the deal, as i was not. No matter how many items i added or took away from my cart.

    Constantly ruining my events. This review is for fashion nova itself. Not the app, but i couldn’t find a way to leave a review for them so here I am. This companies shipping sucks and they’re lying about how long it takes to ship. My brothers graduation is May 29 i ordered the dress for his graduation May 16th. The website said it would take 3-7 business days to deliver with regular shipping so I simply chose regular shipping because i thought it was enough time. NO they lied and said my package shipped and it would be delivered May 26th… never came.. now all of a sudden it won’t deliver until May 29th the DAY OF his graduation. The whole point of ordering the dress on the 16th was to wear it for the graduation. Now i have nothing to wear to my brothers graduation and i wasted money when i could’ve just went to the mall and bought a dress. And this is not the first time they’ve ruined an event for me. My 21st birthday i ordered outfits a month in advance and the package got delayed so much the outfits didn’t deliver until after my birthday. Bottom line NEVER rely on this company to get you outfits in time for an event. They will disappoint you and delay your package until after the event.

    Needed My Dress for a Funeral- Fashion Nova Never Delivered. I placed my order on May 15th and paid for standard shipping, which clearly says 3–7 business days. It is now WAY past that timeframe and I still have not received my order. The craziest part? I placed ANOTHER order this past Saturday and received it within 2 days, while my older order is still nowhere to be found. How does that even make sense? One of the dresses in my delayed order was for a funeral, and because Fashion Nova failed to deliver on time, I had to scramble at the last minute to find something else to wear. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Don’t advertise 3–7 business day shipping if you can’t actually deliver within that timeframe.
