    It would have been perfect!!!. It would have been a perfect review had it been delivered to the correct address!!! Having to go get your package after paying for it to be delivered doesn’t sit well with me!!!! Especially since he pulled up in front of my house but delivered to a different door and our addresses are plainly listed.

    All your favorite brands, hidden behind a chatbot. I used to use this app because I liked shopping and the joy of discovery. Why would you shove an LLM chatbot into this and ruin that? Why isn’t there an option to disable it, and why isn’t the chatbot opt-in? So disappointing and disheartening. I won’t be using this until the chatbot goes away.

    Horrible customer service. Scam app. Just lets scams happen on there platform have wait month before they even give you option to make claim. Then they still direct you contact the scam company that isn’t responding either.

    Getting worse and worse. I like shop and its functions but all the new updates have made me hate using the app which really sucks because it used to be so convenient. Absolutely despise the new search tool and the fact I can’t just look things up without it giving me tons of AI slop to sift through. Hate that it now shows shops I don’t follow within the “following” section—possibly the worst update yet as there’s no way to turn this off in preferences. Hate the new “reels” update and the fact I’m forced to watch videos I don’t want to and there’s no way to turn it off. All this is frustrating and even more so because I can’t change any of this within setting and preferences. In my opinion it makes using the app feel infuriating to the point I can’t stand to use it anymore. Boo, tomatoes, awful, hate it with a capital H. stop making horrible updates and making the user experience so annoying and stupid! Grr!

    Fraudulent stores. Ordered from 2 shops. 1) Klone (cologne) 2) Lorin Christian (AP/Swatch rep) Ordered from Klone, and my purchase was received, but months later, was charged for a membership fee, which I had to dispute as fraud. Next order was on May 16, and never received any accurate tracking information. When I finally received the order, it is nothing like described or pictured. Attempted yo excercise the return policy and haven't hear back from customer service since. I want to return my order for a full refund. The items delivered are nothing like the products displayed or described on ads, receipts, and website.

    The Worst. I ordered some products from a retailer on May 17th, it’s now the end of June and I still don’t have my products. I have tried to contact SHOP to get some support about the issues with my order and that has proved impossible. The company that I ordered from through SHOP doesn’t not return messages or emails. SHOP does not support the people that use their AP to make purchases. You can’t contact ANYONE for help with scam companies that use this payment platform. Save yourself a lot a headaches and don’t lose money like I did through retailers that give you no choice but to pay through SHOP. I will not order from any retailer that uses this sucky payment platform for any future purchases. I think SHOP is a total scam! Use Amazon Pay or Apple Pay, anything but SHOP!
