   difficult to find what you need. i am looking for a outfit for my birthday and when you use the search engine it does absolutely nothing. no matter what you look up the same items come up. if you look up "skirt" you will still get any and all types of clothing, and sometimes not even clothing. looking for a certain color or pattern also doesn't do anything. mkes it so difficult to find what i'm interested in

   System down. Trying to return a few items I ordered that didn’t fit and the app is not allowing me to return. I keep getting a message that the system is down. I have been trying for 2 days. Beware fellow shoppers. You’re better off ordering from SHEIN. Never an issue with them

But when it was already past the due date I got mad because it said the delivery was sent back to the carrier because of incomplete address which was weird because I put everything on it, but anyways ya do better romwe

    haven’t received package. i ordered something back in july and it has still yet to get to me and it’s almost november. it hasn’t even arrived at usps yet. i’ve tried canceling the order but it won’t let me. at first it just wouldn’t let me but now since it’s been so long it says it’s been too long so i am unable to cancel when it hasn’t even gotten to me.

    child labor!!!. i wouldn’t even give it one star! it’s all cheap stuff, which is nice for when you don’t have money, but the reason it’s cheap is because it’s mass produced by CHILDREN. please, please, PLEASE, find an alternative!! try thrifting, it’s even cheaper and you can find some stuff like the things romwe and shein sell! try places like poshmark or depop!! u can also try other online thrift store type websites, just buy from anywhere besides companies like these! all these cheap clothes come with a hefty price for the people making them, so please, reconsider where you are buying things from! avoid shein, romwe, and temu, plus all their other companies! they are all run by the same people, they all support child labor, the only differences are the names! please stay away from this brand!!!!!

    Unprofessional. Items came missing, parcel was cut open and taped back together. Covered in dirt. Over half the items missing. I have never had this kind of issue with Romwe and they won’t even try to compensate for the missing items and destroyed package.

    romwe notifications. I have turned off my notifications in my settings yet I am still receiving messages from your company. I don’t like notifications so I have no other options but to delete your app. Why does it have to be so difficult?

    Don’t recommend. I placed an order not too long ago and saw that I had not received it. When I checked with the shipping company it said it had delivered but it had not. I tried my best to get in contact with the customer service for both the shipping and the company number and was told to wait for a response. On the app there is no way to report you did not receive your package and the number they give does nothing but tell you to wait for them to contact you. I like this shop and all the clothes are very cute but that does nothing when you can not receive them.

    Fake Free. I’m so sick of this app. It gives you coupons and free express shipping, but there’s always ONE motherf***ing product that “cannot ship in that time.” That’s bull. Honestly so done.     Order Delivery. I ordered a package, 18 items worth $105. Both package delivery failed due to an unknown address and returned to sender, I tried calling UPS and USPS to see if they know what happened but they were just as confused as I was. I went into the setting of the app and left a feedback with 5 screenshots. 4 of them with my order and it says everything and the 5th is the places I called over an hour trying to figure out what happened to my package and why it failed and nobody knows. Also looked into the support system on the app, and it’s very unhelpful for what you actually need it for. No physical helper on the page to help you, just in case something goes wrong. They only give a select few options with a select few ways on how. So please tell me who I can get a hold of, so that I can understand why my packages failed with an “unknown address” ORLANDO FL

    This is the worst app to get a order from. I ordered some clothes off this app and I put my new address in with a new billing address.it came back to old address.They sent it to my old address which I did not put on so now it’s lost. So the phone change the address on me so it went to the old address and now we can’t get the clothes back so now I’m no longer ordering clothes from this app ever. buyers beware of this app. Very disappointed!!!

    Romwe is actually just Shein. I was excited to see a cheap place that's cute that didn't seem to have any complaints ethically. I bought one shirt to see the quality and was super upset seeing that it was actually Shein rebranded. For anyone who has any ethical concerns, please know that these are Shein products rebranded. This is gross and a waste of money. I hope you're all made aware before buying. Happy shopping 🫶
