   Worst merchant. Dont order anything from this merchant, If you dont wanna wait for a whole week just to see your order is showing as processing. They dont even see my text, i’ve already let them know that If you done have sweatpants that I want then exchange it with another one and i’ve already sent them the picture and everything, but No these stupid peoples just like to drag things out. Believe me, If they shipped my order after my vacation, be ready to give me my refund back. Lazy Ahhhh Merchant.

   Don’t pay for expedited shipping! Scam. Fair warning - I paid an extra $25 for my order to arrive ahead of an upcoming trip. I placed my order on August 5th, and paid extra for shipping to arrive by Thursday, August 15th. Today is the 19th and I still haven’t received my order! I will not be ordering from this shop again and just wanted to pass on this to anyone who is also a first time buyer.

   Tracking website was in chinese and scammed me. The tracking number given to me was incorrect and the package was returned for lacking “proper shipping information”. When I checked with the minimal tracking information provided it brought me to a sketchy Vietnamese domain USPS website clone. Scam scam scam, I’m out $100 and now some sketchy website has my credit card info. Please be warned, only thing customer service was willing to do was send me 200 Zaful points?

   Refund and exchanges and support awful. I have been ordering swimsuits from ZAFUL for years now, loved them. This is the first year I ordered some that did not fit well. I order large but some of the bottoms were extra large fitting and some tops were too small or fit funny. I tried them on the day they got delivered and put them back in the packaging they arrived in. Tried to get a ticket number from ZAFUL to send them back and get my refund and they lied telling me it had been 30 days so I sent back the dates I ordered which was 4/2/23 and when it was delivered 4/12/23, telling them they are lying and asking for my refund back. Then they still deny my refund saying swimsuits are like underwear, they won’t take back. In stores you can try on swimsuits and leave them there if they don’t fit, not underwear so I don’t see their point there. Smh. It does not say u can’t get a refund on their refund/ exchange for swimsuits. I am now done ordering from ZAFUL. I don’t think it’s just swimsuits with them, I think it’s anything, they keep your money. No refunds or exchanges

   Bikini. Ordered a bikini from the site. Went off their size chart product came it’s cute but way too small. I’m trying to exchange item and literally there’s no way to get in touch with this company to return or exchange so if you order from this site just know you’re stuck with whatever you get.

    I got the wrong thing. I wanted over a month for a sweater and shirt , and I got a bathing suit??? I wasted $30 and I can’t express how annoyed I am, I doubt anyone’s gonna help me but I am very upset at Zaful and have nothing good to say about them.

    👎🏻. Great clothes but I wouldn’t know because they never sent it out no matter how many times I emailed and reminded them. My order has been processing for about 3 months. 😐thanks for sending my gift in time ZAFUL, now my SO doesn’t get his gift for Christmas

    Horrible customer service. Cant get anyone on the phone. Responses are sparse. No accountability and the products themselves are cheaply made.

    Horrible shipping. Overcharge on shipping, which takes AGES, and you can’t even properly track your items through the tracking site. They also make it really inconvenient by giving u this long tracking number that you can’t even copy& paste. Just for it to not even be registered in the site they use. Awful shopping app.

    Difficult Return Process. Quality is poor as expected but not surprising. Outfits are cute but sometimes the materials are very cheap and made of a weird synthetic textile, which is honestly what you’re paying for. Return process is difficult and honestly had to use a desktop since the mobile app was impossible to navigate their returns process. If you’re buying, make sure it’s the right size and measurements as the return process is a hassle.

    Worst company ever. They messed up my delivery address and blamed me for it. For a 70$ purchase I only got 200 points for the inconvenience witch is only 4 dollars. DO NOT RECOMMEND

    No Thank You. This is the saddest selection I’ve ever seen for curve+plus and majority of the “women’s” clothing only go up to a LG. It’s a cute app with good prices but where’s the inclusivity?

    Zaful steals your money and lies. Please do not order from this site! I placed an order and one thing from that order was not “in stock.” First off, I can see they have it in stock and can easily order the same thing they told me wasn’t in stock so I truly don’t understand the lie and secondly they gave me a partial refund for the item. I spent $11.47 for this item and they refunded me $7.11. It is insane how this company steals your money and lies about not having things in stock. Please don’t bother with this app. I will be reporting this. Absolutely terrible.

    Fraud. I tried to order multiple times and they put a hold on my card and the order wouldn’t even go through. I’ve gotten at least 2 phone calls from the fraud department and they won’t answer either. I waited over 20mins and the fraud department won’t answer either. This site is a scam.
