   Refund dealing. I don't recommend Chic Me. I ordered a dress that didn't fit. I requested a refund, and the process with Chic Me began. It is very complicated to get a refund from them. They don't give you a 100% refund and don't send the return label. They don't take customers seriously.

   Worst experience ever.. Package made it to New York, but the horrible shipping company Chic have lost it and still shows like is still in transit that was two months ago since I order it. Chic did not wanted it to refund my money, funny thing is that they blame at the shipping company and they want it them to pay me back my refund :). I had to escalate this to PayPal and they end up giving me full refund the next day.

   GROSS!. What the heck?! I download this app expecting chic items and the first thing I see are some nasty nasty feet with white toenails that aren’t even painted to the edge and they’re like Animal claws! Just disgusting! 🤢 all I could think about was how badly they smelled with all those nasty skin mites and toe jam under them! Not for me. I’m worth more than a company who throws clothing on the same sweaty person for hours to advertise cheaply is to sell cheap. I have standards and integrity.

   Long Time to Process Orders. I made a purchase on 04/15 and it didn’t ship until 04/24. That was after I emailed asking how do I cancel my order. I will not be using this online company again. If I would have ordered on SHEIN, my order will be state side already or already here.

   Scammers. I am still waiting for my order to ship. It has been about a month since I made my $200 purchase and nothing has been shipped. I contacted them for help in regards to this situation and I have yet to get a refund or a simple response from anyone.

   Terrible shipping. I ordered 4 items January 18th…. It’s now March 7th and I’ve yet to receive any of the items. I reached out to customer service through the app on February 10th and got back a response saying “two of the items are hot sale and may need to take another 3-7 business days to restock. So in 7 weeks from the day I ordered I’ve still got nothing and out of $95. I have messaged again today asking for a refund but based off similar reviews I don’t think I’ll be getting one, at this point it seems like it’s a scam.

    I never received my package. I don't have any money back or my package. They only blame the shipping company, they are not interested in the customer.

    Never order from them. I strongly advise against ordering from them. Firstly, there's no contact number, making it impossible to speak with anyone. Secondly, despite ordering 6 items, they only sent 3. When I inquired, they insisted they sent everything, ignoring the invoice clearly showing 3 items. No refund was provided, and their unprofessional behavior ensures I will never order from them again.

    No bajes esta app. La ropa es malísima parece papel ! Mala y cuando la vas a devolver te cobran envío y no te quieren devolver el dinero ! Yo lo logré por que pagué por PayPal que te libra de fraudes ! Y el proceso si duro un mes para la devolución por que ellos no cooperaban toco esperar el proceso con Paypal ! No la recomiendo para nada !!!

    Worst app ever after over 2 month wait. I got notification that some of my items were going to be sent separately I used Klarna app as well I never received the 2nd package after I paid balance off they logged me out of acct I kept trying to log in because the 2nd package had three dresses and I wanted to know where they were then they deleted my acct Klarna didn’t do anything to help either chic me has the worst customer service I contacted them because the package that I did receive had 2 of the same dress as well as a dress the had obviously been damaged prior to shipping because the bag and garment both had damage and stains I contacted them several times with no response just got the run around I really wish I never ordered from them I truly believe they scammed me it took over 2 months to get order and there is absolutely no way to track your order

    TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE FRAUDS. I placed an order OVER a month ago and I have yet to receive my order. The tracking info is incorrect and they refuse to update it and give me a valid WORKING tracking number. Not to mention I got an email from the company saying that my products were shipped to the wrong city and state and I would have to pay again to have it shipped to the right city and state. I entered the CORRECT address and paid for shipping when I ordered from them originally so I refused to do so. I have been requesting a refund and they absolutely REFUSE to give me my money back and almost two months later I STILL don’t have my $60 dollar order smh. This is an absolute FRAUDULENT company do NOT waste your time or money!!

    How do they have 4.8 stars?!? Worst ever!. Worst Online shopping experience ever. First told me to keep everything I wanted to return and offered me 10% back. When I said no, they said I had to pay to ship my own returns, so keep the purchase and they will give me 30% back. I’m still fighting to get my returns and about to just try to use my banks consumer protections and they’ll lose out completely.

    Very poor customer service. Very disappointed in customer service. I have been trying to get a refund for item that I was sent the wrong size. I ordered a large and was sent a medium. I sent pictures like I was asked and no response after that and it’s been over 2 weeks. This is my last order, the only reason I went a head with the order is because some of the items are for a friend. I’m not really sure why you opted to ghost a customer who has spent over 500 $ on your website. And would have spent so much more. I hope it was worth it.
