   Subscription pricing on that are not listed in the App Store. I have found that I was being charged two separate subscriptions however I was led to believe based on information listed the certain tools were included that one of the subscriptions was supposed to be included with Scanner Pro plus that I was being charged for the Scanner Pro plus $7.99 a week in Scanner Pro expense report for and $$4.99 a month. I could not find a separate app for Scanner Pro expense report, but received two separate emails indicating two separate subscriptions. Your subscriptions are not transparent.

   Frequent crashes. This App crashes all the time in the middle of a simple two-document capture. I’ve used it for years with great success, but in the last 6-months it’s been awful.

   No matter how much you pay they want more. I’ve purchased every product this company ever put out. Then they went to a subscription model and stopped supporting the lifetime licenses they had previously sold. Even then, I understood and would subscribe to app during times I was using the app to do more than take a picture of a document and name it. So long as I had the original core functionality, I was Ok with paying when I needed additional functionality. But now the company does not even let you use any punctuation, or use enough characters, to give your document a meaningful name. They are constantly removing what was basic functionality putting them behind a paywall and raising prices. There are plenty of other apps that let you take a picture of a document, name it and move it to a file or upload it for free. Everyone has OCR tech. Not sure why this product is worth $8 a month. For that price it’s less than a 1 star app. Stay away.

   Bought and now have to buy again.. I purchased this app several years ago and have loved it but now I have to buy an annual subscription. I thought paying for the app in the beginning was good enough, but they decided they needed to continue monetizing it so now it’s a subscription model.

   No free export. Being able to export without a watermark is not a premium feature. These are the table stakes. If I can’t do that the app is useless. I am not letting you extort me for basic functionality.

   Free version is useless now. This app used to be great. It scans well and the free version had a small watermark at the bottom of each page that didn’t interfere with being able to see the pages. Now there are tons of watermarks covering every single page, so it is completely worthless to download this app unless you want to pay for the premium version.

    Changes to Monthly Unethical. I bought this app when it first came out, and had access to everything. A couple days ago, I was able to mark up a document. Now it’s behind a paywall. I shouldn’t have to pay for a feature I paid for when I purchased the app.

    Bought Pro, Got Nothing. The moment this app was released, I purchased it because it seemed genuinely useful and promising. I paid for the Pro version in full. After recent updates, the app has effectively stripped me of access to what I already paid for and now aggressively pushes a monthly subscription instead. The “restore purchase” function is completely broken and does absolutely nothing. Customer support is a joke ,just a useless bot that provides generic, irrelevant responses that don’t solve the problem. The only way to contact a real person is through a premium support chat… which is locked behind the Pro version. The same Pro version I can no longer access due to the app’s own failure. This is beyond frustrating, it feels like a deliberate scam designed to force users into paying again for something they already bought. Absolutely do NOT install this app or trust these developers.

    This was best scanner for on the road use - SUCKS NOW. Used this app for years, one of the first apps I bought. Well the new version wants to force you to subscribe and if you don’t the App Simply sucks. Time to look for a new app that simply scans and makes a PDF that the developers will not try to suck you dry. Filed a report with Apple. Your rating earned over the years of use does not represent recent reviews. What a scam!

    Issues sending faxes. The most recent times I’ve needed to send faxes it doesn’t work right away. It takes multiple attempts to resend the faxes before it goes through. I’m currently try to resend another fax and it keeps saying g “fax service is currently unavailable. Please try again later”

    DO NOT BUY!!!. It erased all my scans- years and years of important documents. I had paid a one time fee at the time that I downloaded it, and upon this latest update, it erased absolutely everything and states I don’t have “any previous purchases”. I assume it means as far as subscriptions, but this was not originally subscription-based. Save yourself the time and heartache, just scan your documents on the Notes app. That’s not going anywhere, and it’s free.

    Been using for years. Now there’s Watermarks!!!. I’ve used this app for years and recommended it to anyone needing a reliable scanning app, way better than Apple's built-in Notes Scanner. But now, there are watermarks on every page!!, So now you want your users to pay to remove them! I thought this was a Pro app! I'm willing to pay a fair price for lifetime access, but a yearly fee is excessive, especially for loyal users like me who have relied on your app for years.

    👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Было нормально приложение «Scanner mini”, если не ошибаюсь облаченное мной до полной версии. Теперь выходит это приложение, максимально перетаскивают пользователей в него, обещая 6 месячную подписку. По факту дают 3 дня бесплатного пользования без вод. знаков и т.д., а дальше надо платить. Просто испортили приложение, и обманом заставили пользоваться новым приложением👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Bait and switch. I had this app for eeeeeever and I paid for the highest tier. Now out of the blue they are trying to force me into a freaking lease. I didn’t ask for new features or translation or dang AI. I paid for the app. Not what ever services you guys decided to chuck at me after the fact. No means NO.

    Why am I being asked to pay again?. I had paid for the Pro version which I have been using a while. Suddenly I’m getting a free trial for 15 days warning for “Pro Plus”. Restore purchases returns “nothing was purchased before”. Are you kidding me? Change the name from “Pro” to “Pro Plus” and have everybody pay all over again?

    Blatant greed. Done with Readdle.. Unbelievable. I bought the "Pro" version years ago, and yet here you are again, shamelessly locking every new update and feature behind a new paywall. Don't give me that "we're honoring original purchases" corporate speak, keeping me on a stagnant, legacy version while squeezing me for more money to access new tools is a total bait-and-switch. It’s a pathetic way to nickel-and-dime the very people who supported you when you were starting out. Your refusal to actually innovate for your loyal base without demanding more cash is absolute bottom-tier corporate greed. I’m nuking every Readdle app I own and cancelling every subscription I have left. You want to screw over your long-term users? Fine. You just lost one forever. Good riddance.

    Will not email a scanned document. I’ve been using this application for a very long time. I’ve been extremely happy with it. All of a sudden today, you will not email a PDF. It forced me to subscribe. I did it still doesn’t work. This is highly disturbing since I rely on this application and use it weekly.
