   Are all these reviews fake?. Any time I try to sign in (with Twitter/Apple/Facebook) I get an error. Any time I try to create my own profile I get an error. How are all these people saying it’s a great app when you can’t even sign in?!

   No treadmill recordings. I got this app to track my running, which I do every morning for an hour and a half. I saw that this had options for both indoor and outdoor, which I appreciate since I do some of both, depending on sunlight. I am currently doing indoor, and was disappointed to see it does not, in fact allow me to input my indoor running. It seems to be a glitch in the app, but I am not sure.

   If it ain’t broke, why fix it?. Been using this app for nearly five years, but am now in search of something else. What was so great about the Puma app was its simplicity and graphic clarity: all black and white, just the essential info, easy straightforward navigation, use of the app as either something very basic or more expanded depending on choice. I can not express how irritating it is to now not be able to use it without inputting all kinds of aspirational none-of-your-business stuff about me; instead of a timeless Olympic style icon to represent each activity, there are now these idiotic pictures of sports models that increase loading time and will be stylistically out of date in two months; fonts a range of screaming sizes ostensibly to be ‘cool’. I get the desire for increased functionality—the upgrade to tracking many different activities was great—but why now the need for all the visual trash? It’s completely run-of-the-mill. Why is it that people lose the confidence to keep things simple, elegant, limited, not-trying-to-do-it-all—a zen like experience to use instead of the digital mayhem we’re all forced to put up with everyday in this wired world...Trac people, what a screw up: how can I downgrade to the old version?

   Literally fails right out of the gate. Tried a few times a few hours apart. Can't create an account. Gives a server error. Really wanted to try this app...

   Server error. I would love to give this some more stars, but it fails right out of the gate. I can't create a profile at all due to some server error. I'd love to try this app, but that's not a good start.

   Updated and Crashed!. This was my favorite running app until the latest update. Now, it crashes immediately after opening! Emailed Puma twice and they never responded. Time for a new running app.

    Piece of poo. The amount of runs this app has ruined is too high. You press start and see 3..2.. And open it up later after 2 hours running to see ..1... GO. GPS issues and app not starting/continuing.

    Last update = 💩. I can no longer open the app (crashes). Before this update the app was good. Pain in the backside trying to pause a run though, especially when your phone locks because you have to stop running to pause it which will mess up your statistics (which is kinda the point of using it). Since writing this they're update the app, it now loads to the login section without crashing, only trouble is, was so long ago I last used it, it won't let me reset the password!! Tried for days now. "server error, this is embarrassing (it actually says that)". Yes embarrassing it is. Don't bother with this pile of 💩 app. Plenty of alternatives that WORK.

    Does not work without signing up and a load of extra nonsense. I want to choose where I keep my data. An application that refuses to work or even start without signing up is a waste of time. Back to Trails or iSmoothRun.

    App sign in error. I can’t access the app, I keep getting “session expired error” at sign up then it boots me out.

    Do not update. New version removes lots of features.. They have completely redesigned it and now it's useless. It used to have a ton of great features: choice of voices, lots of options for when it gave you audio feedback, by distance and by time, or both. Now it's just a glossy magazine style app with none of those features. Shame on you. I'm trying to figure out how to get the old app back.

    Glitchy. It would be a fantastic app if it worked. Constantly freezes. The Apple Watch app never works either.

    They track you everywhere. This is one of those Apps you must give to get - you must give up your privacy in order to get an app that is mediocre at best - the distance tracking is in accurate and it drains your battery as well as eats through your mobile data with all the analytics it constantly harvests from you - it appears to even when you're not actually running the app. Then there's the Facebook linkup and the endless ads for sports gear and running shoes that hit me...this app is best avoided

    Ruined!. Puma has ruined what was once a promising app. It is now oversaturated with a bunch of useless stuff. Navigation is not as smooth as it once was, I cannot share any of my walks (only allows me to share runs) and stopping a run is a chore to figure out. They also deleted walking as a workout choice. When you open the app it no longer opens to the main screen where you could start your run. Many of my walks are now missing from my activity history. What a shame. Pumatrac was a good app. They need to correct these things and also allow for manual input like you can do in the Under Armour apps.

    Went downhill—no longer good. This USED to be my preferred workout app. Now it’s obnoxious to figure out. I spent a bunch of time trying to change the type of workout. Also, the gps tracking was not working like it used to. Time to find a different app....

    Reliability problem. The app is great, when I downloaded it, it worked perfectly but when I try to open it another day it takes forever to open I'll have to reinstall it before using it. This is a bit of an inconvenience please fix

    Speed error. This app has everything needed in a running app. Cool design and cool features except one massive flaw. Whenever im running on the treadmill in gym, i choose the treadmill option on the app and run. Then after my session i get speed error saying im going too fast and my speed on the treadmill was 7 - 9,5 mph...How can that be too fast??! Please fix

    Not bad but with a huge flaw. It works well enough generally but it will not allow you to edit a workout. Apple Watch battery died partway through a workout and it would not let me edit the results. It has a edit button and you can change the numbers, but then it has a disclaimer saying that it will not really let you apply your edits, and the time is still missing from my weekly numbers. Do they think I’m cheating? What business is it of theirs?

    Improved info; awful performance. For tracking running, the app now displays more info in the main calendar view. However, the 35-second delay each time I exit from a specific entry back to this screen is unacceptable. It’s not as if this info has changed since I last looked at it seconds ago!
