   Stuck. This app is stuck in save to apple health and I cannot get any help with resolving this issue. This used to be one of my fav apps for tracking exercise

   App unusable- stuck on the running club. I can’t even use the app. I’m stuck on the running club screen where it asks for a phone number. I enter it, but never receive a verification code. I’ve tried multiple numbers with no success. There’s no option to go back or skip this step if you don’t want to join the running club, so I’m completely blocked from accessing the rest of the app. Extremely frustrating.

   Gone downhill. I used to love this app to track my walks. With every update it gets worse and worse. I begin my walk and it won’t track the distance, but it’s calculating the time I’ve been on the walk. I close the app and try again, same thing. I have allowed it to run while on my walk and the distance will reset halfway through. Unfortunately, this is no longer a good app.

   Another Glitchy Money Grab. I was a major supporter of this app. Super anti-strava, got all of my friends onto it. When it first became buggy I was still pro the app. The interface was fun, unique, I was sure the bugs and glitches would go away. Then a year and half passed and they still haven’t gone away, and on top of that, the developers then took all the things that made the app fun and started to charge you for it. So now you have a glitching cash grab that’s lost it’s soul. I’m rooting for this app to be great, but if you add it at this point it’ll just be another app that clutters your phone home screen for a year or so until you feel Marie Kondo and finally delete with the other space wasters.

   i can't delete a workout. i can't delete a workout that i didn't even track!! please fix this problem and fix the problem where i can't even change my profile picture anymore!!!! please responde fast!!! don't be a douche ignoring me and fixing all of these problems!!! i want to be able to use your app!!!

   So many bugs. I had my friends downloaded the app, first of all they cannot add me as a friend since their menu items dont even have the friend invite section. Also there are many UX bugs in their settings such as saving the weight there is no return button or save button so the keyboard stays up the whole time. How can a team that creates a good looking ui can forget these little details that make the whole user experience…

   maybe if the app actually worked. i start my workout and 9/10 it doesn’t gather any data and it was just a waste of battery thanks for nothing!

   Want to like the app, but……. Even worse after this latest update. Can’t seem to get everything or sync together. One part of the app shows you did a run and then another section has no idea you went for a run. All within the same app. The goals you set don’t work properly so don’t count on that as motivation. Almost all of the calculations are off for a week or month.

    Perpetually Frozen. Not sure what happened but for the last month or so the app has frozen when trying to share a workout from the “You” screen. The workout comes up when you tap on it but nothing works. Can scroll, can’t tap share, can’t tap [X], nothing happens. The only option is to swipe up to force quit the app.

    I want to like this app, buuuuut…. It’s so so buggy. Beautiful UI, but unusable. Admittedly, I’ve only tried using it once, but the experience was so terrible, I’ll never use it again. Starting the run on my watch turned off my music I had playing, which was a minor annoyance, but was the start to a rocky relationship with this app. The watch app had some weird bug where the running route was overlapping the running metrics so I couldn’t read anything with all the route lines crossing through the numbers. It made tracking pace and distance nearly impossible while on the move. Also, the digital crown is way too sensitive so it was extremely difficult to navigate to the pause button or to the other screens offered while on the run. Then at the end of my run, ending the workout also stopped my music, which again, is a minor annoyance but on top of an already bad experience felt so frustrating. I started using Any Distance to check out its post run features so even though the Apple Watch experience was terrible, I was still open to what the post run data would be like. Unfortunately, I can’t do anything on the run details page. It’s completely frozen and locks me out of any input. I can’t even navigate away from the page. I literally have to close the app and open it again to unblock myself from being stuck on the frozen run details page. TL;DR, the Apple Watch experience is buggy and the iPhone experience is virtually unusable making this app the most garbage tracking app I’ve ever used.

    Can’t share workouts. Got the app for the nicer than usual workout sharing images. 100% reproducible bug where viewing a workout freezes the app and have to force terminate it. No response from support email so I guess ill delete and try something else

    Glitchy as Heck. I have an IPhone 13 and everything is up to date. App randomly quits working during use. Very counterproductive to motivation.

    This app is not working properly. This app does not do a good job. Goals simply disappeared or is displayed as incomplete when you even surpassed them. I am looking for a better app now.

    Settings make no sense. What’s the point in having toggled for what data you want this app to write or read when the app refuses to do anything unless you turn on all?

    Verification code unavailable. Please help I just downloaded the app and after signing up with my iCloud account , I haven’t received a notification about the verification code from AnyDistance yet after inputting my phone number. I am from Ghana. I don’t know whether this is a geographical problem or what.

    Buggy. Installed based on the Apple design recommendations even though I saw the reviews about it requiring a phone number. The app bugs out if you don’t “turn on all” for sharing health metrics from Apple health. Turning on only certain types and not allowing any distance to write to Apple health results in an error. This combined with the phone requirement makes me not recommend. Mostly since I can’t even try the app without sharing everything

    Unable to delete account. It’s incredibly difficult to delete your account so consider that before thinking of creating one. I have not been able to delete my own. There is an option tl do so but it does not work at all.

    “Private” 😑🫤🙄. An app that demands my phone number with no option to decline, before even using the app at all, is instantly removed from my iPhone. I’m quite capable of adding and removing people I want as part of my “club”. You don’t *need* my phone number. Oh well 🤷‍♂️

    Social features ruined a perfectly good app. The app has become worse after adding social networking features. It now requires users to give up their phone number and contacts before signing up, even if they had previously paid for the subscription. The original functionality that made the app worthwhile is now buried behind all the social features or totally gone. The app is now more concerned with social networking than its original purpose. I do not recommended Any Distance for users who value their privacy and do not want to share their contacts. Overall, Any Distance has become a disappointment and is not worth using. I hope the VC money was worth the price.
