   What’s the deal!?. I have been paying mo that for a subscription since 2017 and just realized it didn’t tack any of my miles for 2025 or 2026 so far! I tried logging out and now it says “error” when I try to log back in or when I say “forgot password” won’t let me do anything. Won’t send my messages to the chat and the emails I send come back as non existent email! I want my money back!!!!

   Awful- need a refund. Used this for years. Tracked my miles with zero issues. This year nothing is tracked and it won’t save my expenses. Paid the annual fee and there is no one to contact. No website and emails are returned as undeliverable.

   Avoid. It appears that their system crashed & they lost all of their customer’s data (my data) for 2024. They were quiet about this until tax time when costumers would be needing to access their mileage records. Then they put out strange messages, & upon investigation their website said that customer mileage data would not be recorded after 12/31/24 despite the fact that they charged my CC in April 2024. Like a chameleon, it appears that they just reopened under a new name, Simple Mileage Tracker, identical software. Tax records for 2024 were lost. No honesty. No apology.

   Stopped working. Just in time for tax season! Great thanks for suckering me in to being a premium member then not answering my chats. And losing all my mileage records. Such a horrible disappointment.

   Stole money from me. They canceled their services in January without notifying any of their subscribers. I only found out when I inquired as to why my mileage tracker had stopped working. I paid for services through June 18 and they refuse to refund me for the 6 months I’m not receiving services. Pure theft.

   Stopped working. I’ve had this app for 3 years and it stopped working on dec 2024. I’ve deleted the app redownload it and nothing. It stays at mileage stopped tracking and I have the premium subscription. Emailed support and no response in weeks

   No longer works. App no longer tracks mileage…thought it was that I hadn’t updated my iOS but tried after update and still isn’t working. Tried reaching out to support and no response.

   No Support At All - Randomly Stopped Working. App randomly stopped tracking my mileage. I paid, have it updated, and didn’t change any settings. There is no reason for it to randomly stop. I have emailed support TWICE and they have not responded in a week. I will have to get a different app now because this app DOESN’T WORK AT ALL.

    Shutting down!!!. Had SherpaShare for a couple of years this last week wondered why it wasn’t working, just got a message saying they shut down I didn’t even know. Wondering if we’re getting a refund for what we paid for.

    Impossible to cancel. No customer service impossible to cancel during trial. It’s a functioning app made just to bill people recurring. I’ve never wanted to give an app zero stars but they get that too bad you have to give 1 star.

    Prospective Users Beware:. You will pay this company money, whether you plan to or not. I have just neared the end of my "Free" 2-week trial period, and have yet to discover how to successfully Cancel my account. From what I can tell, you must pay them either the monthly fee (currently $5.99 per month as of July 2023), or the annual fee (currently $59.99 per year as of July 2023) in order to THEN have the ability to cancel your account AFTER you pay. And to be honest, I'm not yet certain that I will be able to "Cancel my renewal" (as they put it) even now that I have opted for the monthly subscription. Good Luck, You have been warned!

    Cancellation. I have been trying to cancel account for over a week. I have emailed several times and reached out in the chat but no one responds and my account is still active. I follow the instructions listed on the website however still no cancellation.

    Easy to use but AWFUL customer service. I do NOT recommend this app to any driver who suspects they will need any sort of customer support at any time. This app easily helps me classify work drives vs personal drives. I used it for 3 years while I traveled for my job. After Covid, my job transitioned into fully virtual so I no longer needed the account. You cannot cancel your membership online or through the app; you must do it through customer service number or message. I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my membership and have not been able to have a representative communicate back with me via customer support online, email, or phone. I have made over 15 attempts to communicate and cancel at this time. I have also been charged for these two months. I have asked for a refund of payment but of course have had no success with that either. VERY disappointed!

    No Good. App worked good for about month then started having problems. All apps are the same not i have tried has stayed consistent. To get hold of support is even worse.

    Cancellation failures. The service was good when I needed it, but I tried to cancel more than 2 years ago. They have now charged me $59.99 3 times since my initial attempt to end my subscription. The only way I could find to cancel was by e-mail, and I have sent them several messages and never seen a single response. I know I’m not the only person who has experienced this issue. Apple should not continue to allow them to set up subscriptions through this app until they offer a way to cancel that actually works for everyone. I hope that this gets someone’s attention, otherwise I will see what my bank can do. If you are considering subscribing and I have not updated this review with a positive resolution, I would not trust SherpaShare.

    Concept is there but not executed good. It does not track all of your miles .. you are better off writing it in yourself .. also .. there is no option to track Uber miles individually … and lastly I am have sent 36 messages to them requesting ti delete my account and received 0 answers .. it had been over a week sending multiple messages daily and no response .. I dont see this app making it anywhere without making major adjustments .. it is not worth my money.

    Do not buy this app. SCAMMERS. They would not cancel my subscription. I tried emailing too many times no one responded. There no other way to cancel. They keep charging me every month. Ridiculous.

    Awful experience. I purchased a one year membership through Apple store but the membership was never applied to my account, I tried emailing SherpaShare many times and also sent help message from the app, however there has never been any response. I had to ask Apple to get my money back. So SherpaShare only collects money without providing any support at all.

    Mileage log for rideshare services. I paid for the premium membership and for some reason the app has stopped logging my mileage. I have asked for a prorated refund and it seems that no one wants to do the right thing there. Don’t waste your money.
