   Careful relying on this to get around. Confirmed in advance/booked taxis don’t mean you’re actually going to receive a taxi. They can just cancel it if they don’t fulfill. Reliant on the cab population to be willing to take the ride and twice they just didn’t take the ride. Also, even if calling an immediate taxi, very hard to find ones. Prices good though. Just don’t use if in a hurry.

   Terrible. Didn’t work once in Florence. Scheduled taxis canceled multiple times with only a single notification and no record on the app. Terrible GPS, unable to determine street type, this is the worst app I’ve ever used

   Terrible. App is terrible. It connected me to a driver who never came. The app’s estimated time of arrival was way off and never updated as the driver became delayed. The app didn’t allow me to cancel and switch drivers.

   Update is bad. New update does not allow you to select a location. It lets you type it, but it will not select it when you click it. Broken

   Latest Update is not Working. The app no longer allows selecting the destination from a search. You can find the destination but it will not populate. It also does not allow me to change the address that it pre-populates. Only my saved locations work.

   Ridiculously Buggy. I just spent 10 minutes trying to input a starting address. The app is asking for a house number when I’ve already given it a house number. It won’t just accept “Stazione Sant’Agata” when there’s only one station in town. There are probably no drivers here anyway. Dismal. 😒

    rude people. works fine sometimes, other times if u call the number as an english speaker, they’ll hang up on you each time. extremely ignorant and slow people. you can perfectly pronounce something or mispronounce it, either way they won’t understand you.

    Do Better. Tried, unsuccessfully, to use this app 3 times. Things to improve: Make it work with the wallet on my phone Allow it to use the gps for locations Make it more like the Freenow app I used in Rome.

    Rip-off. Official fixed rates to airport (MXP) shown in the app not being honored. Overcharged by €26 bc meter was used instead. I’d stay away.

    Never showed the charged me randomly. I booked a ride which was confirmed and showed in my booking page. I went outside it said that the cab was four minutes away. While I’m outside a cab drives BY doesn’t even stop doesn’t even look around and just cancels. So I go back to my bookings and there was nothing there. They just canceled The ride on me. Didn’t stop or provide a reason. I was going to an appointment so I waited a bit more. Nothing came. Later on they charged me random €10 saying that I took a ride with the driver. I didn’t. They NEVER CAME. The receipt has they sent had NO destination on it - because they didn’t take me anywhere.So they basically canceled my ride, without explanation left me stranded from a booked ride and then charged me later for a fake ride. Now I’m doing a charge back because they won’t refund me and I would say that this app is fraudulent. Awful and also stupid of your drivers.

    Terrible Service. They’ll send a taxi, drive to a place completely irrelevant to where you ask, and then not call you until it’s been 5-10 minutes past the arrival time. Today, not only did that not come to the place I asked them to, but they also never called. I don’t think they even showed up. I spent the next 25 minutes trying to book a taxi to a place I URGENTLY needed to get to, and nothing happens. Funnily enough, as soon as I found a friend to drive me, a taxi magically is dispatched. Do NOT use App Taxi unless it is a last resort. I sure won’t be.

    Beware! Drivers will scam you and support doesn't help!. We got scammed today by a driver who took advantage of my young adult daughters. He turned off the meter and tracking so I couldn't see where they were and then forced them to pay cash rather than card and charged them €37.50 for what should MAX have been a €19 trip. I tried to call the number for help and they hung up on me three times. Wrote an email but don't have high hopes

    Awesome service. We took one of their taxis from the airport to the hotel and the driver gave me a card for my return. After I installed the app and registered an account, booking a taxi for the next morning was super simple. Drivers are very courteous and I can pay with a credit card.

    Taxi ride. The guy who picked me up was very nice, called me when he couldn’t spot me for pickup in the busy square, chatted me up with his best English and then made sure I safely walked into my destination
