   Beware of Price Gouging Practices. I don’t think I will ever use Blacklane again after being charged a $315 “demand pricing” increase for a 120 mile airport transfer.

   Issue. I used it and was super excited with the ease. I had an issue adding payment method and booking my next trip. I have been dealing with chat for 3 hours. No one can solve it and keep telling me to do the same thing. Of course no way to call and talk to someone.

   Used to be great. Used to use Blacklane for all my international travel. Ever since the Uber announcement there has been a noticeable change in quality. Price gouging is also pretty apparent of late. Unfortunate to see a strong and reliable product change for the worse.

   App is broken. The app is completely broken and there’s no way to reach anyone to tell them. I reached out on social media and got no response even though they posted 10 stories. Any action results in an error, and their chat bot is also broken. This is what happens when you fire all your employees and replace them with AI. No one is clearly working there or checking things and it’s honestly shocking

    Extremely unprofessional.. Blacklane was my go to when the sprinter class was available. Ever since the Uber takeover of this company, Blacklane is spiraling downwards. Rather would use Savoya or better yet contact a chauffeur company directly. I’ve heard from numerous drivers that they are continuously giving them major pay cuts and don’t provide sufficient pay. Nothing against the drivers, but it seems like the people behind this platform do not care for their drivers nor do they provide the proper vehicles for transportation like the sprinter class. I recommend again booking through a locating chauffeur directly is Blacklane is turning into Uber.

    Horrible. Short story, they drive me from the airport home, no problem. Way back, the driver said he didn’t want my single carry on in the car. Denied my ride and charged me the full fare. Company refused any accommodation and backed the driver. Never again.

    Bait and switch. Deceptive booking. Booked a Mercedes sprinter van or equivalent and was provided a mid size Toyota. Bad customer service too. Driver was nice though Just want to update to remind everything this company is a scam! Stole $200+ from me.

I landed in nyc Emirates business the driver who picked me up had a great vehicle however the amount being paid to him was less than what a uber driver would get paid I was shocked to learn how blacklane pays their independent operators these guys don’t even have or use their own vehicles, I stand with hardworking drivers was really upsetting to learn Mr Singhs story never using this greedy company ever!

    Driver never showed up. I flew into Heathrow February 1st, 10 hour flight, and waited for 45 minutes before calling to find out my driver wasn’t coming. Wild for what is supposed to be a luxury car service.

    Overpriced - all hype, no value. This is the most overhyped app I’ve ever seen. Here’s an example: to go from my home to a restaurant about 2 miles away, Blacklane wants $160 for a Mercedes sedan or $340 for a black SUV - that is EACH WAY. I compared to Uber black SUV service in which I alway get a new suburban or Escalade and it was $40 each way. That’s literally 6x less expensive.

    Cancel booking without notice in advance. I reserved the booking 2-3days ago before I take flight. The cancel my booking when I in the flight Which means that I need to find other way to get my hotel. They should arranged driver when I booking instead of can not find the driver and cancel my order

    Use Lyft. Don’t understand the point of this app. You could get the same exact car with the same exact driver for less than half using Lyft. The drivers run Lyft, uber, and this app and pick up whoever hits first. Makes no sense

Did you people ever hear of Uber? They have black car rides with top notch drivers. Let’s face it. If a person can afford to buy a Cadillac Escalade He’s gonna keep it right and act a way a person that own a Caddy acts!

    .. I downloaded and deleted the app within 10 minutes. Was trying to see if I can get a ride to the Charleston airport and from Indianapolis airport and they don’t offer service in either city. That is very sad as I was looking forward to using this service for my holiday travels

    Nice when it works. Disaster when it doesn’t. Have used Blacklane in many different countries over the years. When it works it is great. However I got to experience it not working, and I now can’t trust or recommend the service. Flew into a foreign airport having booked 5 days prior. No driver waiting for me. Nothing in the Blacklane app says anything other than where to go. About an hour after flight lands I get an automated email saying they can’t find a driver. What a mess. I understand not being able to arrange a ride but telling someone after they land with no additional support is messed up. Their support later claimed they tried to call me while I was on my flight. So. Yeah of course I couldn’t answer. Regardless, you use a service like Blacklane so you don’t have to worry. The fact that they just cancelled with no notice and made no attempt to make or help with alternative arrangements tells me I need a better service.
