   Terrible vehicles / poorly maintained by the company. Out of the four vehicles I took today. 2 had no seatbelts in the backseat and one had no AC that was functional

   Penalized for app issues. Was banned from calling another taxi for 24 hours due to too many “cancelled” rides. The only reason I cancelled is because the app didn’t find any riders and gave me two options “yes I’ll wait” or “cancel order” I had to be places at certain times so I cancelled and tried to find other destinations or pick up locations in hopes of finding a ride. Won’t be using bluebird again. GRAB app was the saving grace of my trip. Always had available drivers.

   Not safe. VV035 What horrible human, terrible driving, almost hitting us on the bike in Bali. Not safe and he laughs about it and stops and opens the window thinking he’s a gangster.

   Multiple order created everytime i use the app. As shared. I regularly get charged 2-3 taxi trip per order because bluebird keep creating order. The cost is one thing, the hassle of having to answer to each driver is another. Insane.

    App freezes fequently. The application keeps highlighting EZPoint, EZPay, all EZ related promo, then it freezes. I have to force quit the app, then restart few times until no more promo highlights. Please fix this, then I’ll change my rating.

    Could do better. Trying to say this as kindly as possible, It would be nice if the updates to the app led to faster performance, fewer advertisements and a better user experience. I find each app upgrade has a negative correlation to my desire to support bluebird, which is one of the better taxi company’s in southeast asia. Looking forward to improvements.

    Worthless App. This is an absolutely worthless app. I created an account and added my credit card info. Worked smoothly. Closed the app and tried to log back in. There’s no log-in page. App took me to a page to create an account. A was no drop down menu or anyway to navigate off the account creation page. I figure if I tried to create another account with the same phone number the app will reject the creation of the new account and send me to the sign-in page - which it did. I entered my password, which I saved to auto-fill, and got message that my password was incorrect! Requested an email to change my password. I changed the password but was sent back to the “create account” page! Tried to create an account again to get back to sign-in page but got message I had too many attempts, “come back in one day”. Um, no. I won’t need coming back at all. Complete garbage.

    Cannot use GOPAY anymore. Hopefully this is a temporary issue. Cannot use GOPAY as method of payment since 1 March 2023.

    New update is brutal. Bluebird app was never the best but it mostly worked. Their new update has so many issues I don’t even know where to start. Avoid using until it gets sorted.

    Confusing. The new apps is confusing, many bugs exist. Hard to navigate especially when choosing direction and pick up point. Need a lot of rework on those areas.

    Everybody has a problem during registration. It’s such a waste, you won’t be able to register. This problem’ve been forever, but the IT people seem don’t care. I am afraid will I have problem with my credit card/debit card; if they cannot solve the registration issues then how am I trust their IT guy for handling my sensitive issue aka MONEY?????

    Unable to even register. The OTPs are not coming through. The OTPs are not coming to any of the numbers we tried: US phone number, Thai phone number, Russian one - how do you even register if you are a tourist.

    Review/Feedback. The app is forcing me to leave review/feedback on the driver before booking another trip. The app developers didn’t install a “review for app” prompt. I refuse to allow this app and it’s developers to control how I use my time. Why you won’t allow passengers to get in the car, enjoy the scenery, pay the driver, and be off to do their business, baffles me. Let me enjoy my vacation! Let me enjoy my life! Stop trying to needle and thread your way into my day. Developers, poor use.

    Verification codes do not work for US numbers. Couldn’t receive a text verification code to US number, thus was not able to install it

    Doesn’t work for U.S. number. The app says it’s sending an SMS to my U.S. number for verification, but it never does. I know it’s not the problem with my number, because Grab app successfully sent text to mine. Without this text verification code, the app is unusable to me.

    Learn from your competitors, Blue Bird!. This app connects to an antiquated device in the cars that most of the time have connection problems. When it doesn’t work, we have to pay the drivers cash, and most of the time the drivers don’t have change. Why can’t blue bird just create an app that allows people to pay with credit card without the hassle?

    Left stranded. Used in years ago and was ok. Now it can't connect or kicks me out of the session. I needed to get the airport and relied on you. This is also people trying to make a living driving for you. Never again.
