   No rides in NYC!. It lets you go through the whole process of arranging a ride down to entering your card info. They charge your card only to get a notification that they haven’t done their “beta” launch yet scheduled for may. It is may actually almost the end of may. If I could give 0 stars I would.

   terrible experience as a passenger. Drivers sometimes just dont show up and there is nothing you can do but wait and finally they canceled at no cost and you waste a lot of time and late for something important. What is more funny is that even you cancel immediately as a passenger, you will be charged a cancel fee. And guess what? No customer service at all! Such a terrible app！

   Xử lý sự cố cực tệ. Rất tệ. Mình đi xe của tada và gặp tai nạn xe nhưng khi phản hồi lên app mấy tháng cũng chẳng có tí động thái nào. Tài xế chạy nhanh, ẩu, xem điện thoại trong lúc chạy nên tông vào người khác, trong khi đoạn đường chỉ có 2 chiếc xe duy nhất. Bản thân mình bị thương ở tay chân và để lại 1 vài di chứng nhỏ. Tài xế thấy vậy vẫn bắt xe cho mình về, nhưng mình khá sợ nên tự đến bệnh viện, còn việc ở đấy để tài xế tự giải quyết. Khi vô tình gặp lại tài xế trong bệnh viện, mình có nói điện thoại mới mua đã nát hết mặt lưng và viền, viện phí và thuốc cũng gần 2tr. Tài xế nói sẽ đền bù nhưng chỉ chuyển tiền được vài trăm nghìn, sau đó thì chặn luôn số của mình. Mọi người đi thì nhớ cân nhắc nhé, không có chính sách đền bù thiệt hại gì đâu.

   Awful. The app is awful. Rarely shows accurate location of cars, claims cars have arrived when they haven’t, shows ride picked up via notifications but display on the app shows no new information or goes back to booking screen. Customer service is nonexistent.

   “Sorry, no drivers available”. Over half the time I attempt to book via TADA I receive a message indicating no drivers are available. Fair is typically advertised as lower than competitors…. But if no cars are there to take the job just a waste of time.

   No drivers, bait and switch pricing. Maybe the worst ride sharing service in the world, and that’s saying something given the terrible options in Singapore. Today I tried finding a ride for 20 minutes before giving up. If you don’t have drivers, don’t make an app.

This app really needs improvement Every time I try to book a ride it freezes my whole phone on the finding driver page and I can’t do anything I can’t exit the app or use my phone at all until I force restart it It’s super frustrating especially when I’m in a hurry Please fix this

   The worst app ever. What a waste of time this app is… no clear cancel button, no evident tracking map, just totally rubbish… which is a shame as the service looks good. The app builders though… terrible

   Vấn đề khách hàng chờ quá lâu. Tuy giá rẻ nhưng kèm theo đó là phải chờ rất lâu, vì vậy tôi đã huỷ chuyến và tôi cảm thấy rằng là cách vận chuyển của tada là rất mất thời gian.

    bị huỷ chuyến 2 lần. t để đúng vị trí t ở thì k hiện lên cứ hiện nơi khác xong tài xế chạy theo điểm đến t k trách, thì khi gọi t có chỉ đàng hoàng tử tế và rất chi tiết nhưng thái độ tài xế làm t khó chịu vô cùng, làm dịch vụ mà kiểu v thì nghỉ mẹ đi, vừa nóng vừa đứng đợi mệt vcl, nói chung là app như c*c

    Glitchy and costs you wrong extra fees. Wrong maps - shows incorrect entry where there is fence, incorrect indication of driver arrival when driver is way far away , driver arrived screen pathetic blocks whole app cannot chat cannot see driver location cannot even see the car number plate. App unstable - even driver had issues accepting trip. This a very low quality service and support - you expose yourself to wrong fees charged as late fees due to incorrect maps and locations.

    Select fav spot but didnt search route automatically. this bug has been existence for weeks makes this app useless. looks like no dev has ever found and fixed it...

    Unable to Get SMS code. I tried to register for an account with my Korean phone number prior to leaving Korea, but my phone never received the SMS verification text to my phone.

    Nom existent support. Unable to get the OTP and the support function to resolve this issue is greyed out, rendering me unable to get any help.

    Scam by driver. Payment option was cash, I handed cash to the driver and now in app it shows payment error and it’s asking me to pay again. On top of that, no option to contact support in app, they don’t reply to email either. Update: I’ve sent an email again after the respond from developer through this review. Still no reply. Manage your customer service first before trying to fix any problem.

    Game Changing concept, but FIX THE APP. Great Idea, but App not working. Doesn't send verification for phone number. Why debut a game changer if the app has a major FLAW RIGHT FROM THE START.

    frustrating. I pin the location to ACE sonthormuk and then the driver just drop me somewhere else and said the location pinned here. I asked him to take me to the exact location he just complained so I just stopped there.

    Penalty for driver who refuses to cancel ride. There should be a system that automatically cancels a ride from the driver's end if they remain in one spot for more than five minutes. Many drivers on this app play the waiting game, not responding to texts and refusing to cancel a ride when they do not intend to pick up the passenger.

    Want to support but cannot access. Guys would love to support your platform because competition is good for business. However you need to fix login issue ASAP. I registered before. But my previous Facebook locked out (thanks FB). Now the app won’t allow me to log back in insisting on me using my previous FB account.

    Why no way to view ETA in app & slow app speed. Feels like I’m using a toaster oven as an app, pathetically slow and glitchy Destination attribution sucks. Literally have to enter the address instead of the name of the bailed. Do better
