   Myle im gonna teach you lesson how to fallow state and city laws.. These company its the worst app ever i seen. the app has no map the dispatch its horrible the pay its so low they break every single rule on the book they will make you drive 15-20min to the passanger make u wait nother 15min u have to call the passanger they will never answer their phone then you have to call dispatch wait at least 10 min so basically 40+ min wasted and you only get $5 no show fee. I went to the office i spoke to the mean asian guy very unprofessional i explained everything so basically he said it is what it is he admitted with his own mouth that they break the rules and they don’t care.nyc has rules its called minimum wage basically he said we don’t care everything documented and alot of screenshots of their fraud system. so since that day they flagged my account basically few days ago they suspended my account today went to the office they made me 2 hours bold guy front desk kept laying to my face telling me the guy named Igor its not here telling me he comes in at 1pm while Igor was upstairs. After 2 hours Igor shows up and tells me you’re done with us you’re account it’s suspended when i asked what is the reason he didn’t have answer then he switched blaming MTA he said we don’t know i said how can Mta suspended my account without any explanation amd MTA doesn’t own this company his response was they don’t need to explain anything hahah what a joke. Igor you mess with the wrong guy buddy i called Mta just the way i was thinking they told me no thats not true we can’t suspend anyone in myle app MTA has nothing to do with that company’s policy. Mr igor someone is lying most likely you and the unprofessional stuff u have in that office but we gonna find out tomorrow im calling TLC ,DPU ,Taxi union and hiring a lawyer im gonna put my name in your paycheck.

   No management. There is lot of things to write but they don’t care about the passengers and the drivers and only thing they care about their business. Even they don’t deserve one star. When anything happens and we call to call support we have to wait more than 15 minutes. Can you believe? Please update your office with necessary staffs.

   They are stealing TLC drivers money. There was one time I decided to give these people a shot. I’m in New York City Tlc driver. Since 2016. The way these people price their trips are so disrespectful to drivers. I don’t know how these people got the contract to get these calls from whatever agencies the way they priced their trips is truly unfair to drive us that use the app. Please. New York City TLC investigate these people.

   Very bad company. The worst company in America is the worst company Guys Don't work here at all, they just don't pay you a salary. I've been riding for 3 months for this for a trifle there, what for 150 for 160 dollars. I've been riding for a month to get this money there for more than a month already 3 months. If I worked in September and didn't get paid, it's already November. It doesn't work guys, I don't advise you, please, don't work.

    They still drivers payments and they don’t want to pay at all. One of the worst companies, I don’t advise anybody to step in their office at all. They try to pay you as little as possible and they don’t even deposit your weekly check and they expect you to keep working for them big lawsuit against them!!

    worst pay per ride plus ... this company gives the lowest pay per ride, almost half of what other companies give for the same ride. The worst of all, they don't pay on time, it almost mid-june and i haven't received payment since first week of april. On top of that they never pick up call when you try to call about payment. i have been calling since last week, i waited for an hour on hold everytime, and i had to hang up because i was wasting a lot of time. I want to know if i can sue them for withholding my pay...

I used myle app in new york city they paying very low prices to drivers they taking more then 60% they paid me only 25$ out of 65$ they charge the customer more they give us nothing please make u sure u pay us enough u guys are making money out every ride they gave me only 25$ from queens to manhattan 18 miles nd got paid only 25$ nd they charge us 3 dollars if we have to cancel nd they didn't even give me ahint before that they charge drivers for canceling nd they making money out of our pocket this is scam u should pay drivers more then u guys take

    Not paying drivers, it’s been more than a month SCAM. Please do not use this app, a friend of mine told me she still hasn’t been paid and it’s over $1000 worth. It has been over a month. the Customer service agents use a lie and say they didn’t get paid and are waiting too, I’m starting to see people’s nightmare reviews grow more and more. Please save your livihood and don’t risk using this company

    Bad customer service,. I start working with mile drive a month ago and I haven’t received my payment for four weeks and I call And they tell me oh sorry you’re going to receive your payment in today and I Wait and I did not receive my payment I called again and they tell me the same thing over and over again and this is like more than a month without a payment And nobody give me an answer why this is happening I asked for a supervisor and they hung up on me many times this app for me is not good at all even the payment for the ride are so cheap.
