   Worst traveling experience ever. After using this app for more than two months, I can confidently say that this is the worst way to travel. I had a subscription plan that required me to use this app, and I paid in advance. There is literally a 50% chance that the driver doesn’t show up — and when they do, they’re rarely on time. However, if you are even one minute late, they’ll leave you behind and blame you for not being on time. The customer support is absolutely terrible. They do nothing to help. I’ve called them dozens of times, and they’ve never solved my problems or compensated me for the time and money I’ve wasted. Once, when I complained that the driver didn’t show up, they literally told me to order an Uber instead. This is a horrible app that doesn’t care about its customers at all. I strongly advise you to use Uber Shuttle any day — but never give your money to these scammers.

    THE WORST APP. the worst app ever, they don’t have any kind of customer service, very rude drivers, the driver left us on cairo’s gate as there was a fog and he refused to take us back to the picked up location and it was 2 am by that, very irresponsible and reckless, the customer service could be reached at that time and the only way to reach is through email!!!!

    Unsafe service. Horrible unsafe unprofessional service We were traveling to Northcoast the driver came at our spot (madinaty) earlier we were waiting but he didn’t ask, he left early without picking us The app was not working When the app worked we called him and We followed him to another spot (downtown).. he moved late and kept waiting for other passengers over 20 mins at ring road and dandy mall.. he changed the route and took El omied instead of borg el Arab, the app was not working, we couldn’t track the trip or give review for the ride, and we arrived 2.15 hours late and at a different point.. we were scheduled to arrive 1:45 we arrived 3:50 am !!!!!!!!!! And we had to fitch out another ride to reach our home !!!!!!!!!! the seats and the car were horrible and totally uncomfortable The driver was driving in a very bad way and he was wearing homeware and slippers !!! And finally.. the driver was not the one mentioned in the app.. he was a different person !!!!!

    Cant pay. Nothing but just can’t pay for booking neither with fawry nor with debit card As the fawry codes are not valid and debit card making a transaction with just 1 EGP without booking

    Unexpected very bad experience. I booked an emergency trip back to cairo , called the captin to confirm the pick up, suddenly at the time of the pick up i was blocked by the captin and missed the trip and there is no other trips at the same day, after all this they debited my wallet by the price of the trip which i wasn’t on by 352 LE. It was relly hard day and the worst experience i ever have. I will never recommend it for anyone.

    Worst traveling experience. The third bad experience in raw with SWVL This time I booked a trip from Dahab to Cairo and I went to the meeting point in Dahab before my ride starts with 10 minutes, the driver didn’t answer for 20 minutes while the app showed bus arrived and trip starting. I texted SWVL customer service and they said “We are sorry and we will take the proper actions to avoid such cases happening again. You will be refunded and you can book a new ride. My previous experience was that I booked a trip from Cairo to Dahab, they canceled my trip and booked me another one that should move 2 hours early. i was randomly checking the app to review my trip when i suddenly found my trip canceled and i should get prepared to catch the new trip as it’s moving two hours early than the one I booked. And for sure the new trip they booked for me was more expensive. Another bad experience happened before with SWVl captain who should take us from Cairo to Dahab. He arrived to the meeting point 1 hour late and he didn’t know any thing about the road or about using SWVl app. We, the passengers, had to open google maps from our phones the whole way to Dahab. Honestly I highly don’t recommend traveling with SWVL. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and you can’t rely on them as they don’t respect their customers and the trust we give them.

    اسوء طريقه تروح بيها مشوارك. شركه اخر اهتماماها راحه العميل ١-بيستخدمو الجوريزميات عشان يعرف ايه الرحلات الافضل ليك و يرفعو سعرها ٢-مينفعش تلغي رحلتك في معظم الحالات بدون متدفع جزء منها او كلها ٣-خدمه عملاء سيئه ٤-نظام الpackages معمول بمنتهى الغباء و النصب الي هو تدفع عشان تدفع ٥-عادي نتأخر عليك و مش هنرجعلك فلوسك و هتركب معانا غصب

    Ver bad experience. At the very beginning of this app launch it was perfect . However it’s really deteriorating now . Trips postponed all the time and they only notify you 30 mins before , so you don’t have time to rearrange your plans. Twice now that i reach my stop and i realize my trip was cancelled and they offer a later trip!!

    Unprofessional drivers and worst customer service. The idea of the app is great and helpful, however they have a terrible customer service and captains which make the whole experience a horrible one. Captains are always late , and customer service agents are not professional and don’t know anything about customer satisfaction and how to resolve a problem. They are even very aggressive and rude. If you want to waste your time and money , You can choose swvl

    WORST TRANSPORTATION APP EVER. This app is garbage. It clearly states you scan sign up with a mobile number OR social accounts. This is a lie. Once you select gmail and sign Into you gmail account it forces you to enter your telephone number. It lists every single country in the world — no problem because I have an international telephone line and hello — wifi and a local sim with data. Nope it will not send a verification code. I try over and over to resend. Nothing. As a solo female traveling in Egypt this is a huge safety problem. Every single person in Egypt will tell you this is the best app to use for the bus. Need help? Yes I do. I reach out stating the problem. YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN EGYPTIAN NUMBER Customer service and I quote “yes but you should have an Egyptian friend who has a valid egp number” WORST APP WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
