   Getting Worse. At first I thought this app was pretty neat. I saved some recipes and it took a bit of work but seemed solid with their free plan. Today I log back in to look at a recipe that I saved a few weeks ago and… it is locked. I can’t look at it. I have to upgrade my plan to look at a recipe that I saved? What on earth is the point of that. I won’t waste any more time or money on this app.

   Videos are gone?. My recipes that used to have videos not longer have them. And no new recipes have videos :-(

   So disappointed... I’m really not too satisfied with this app. I tried to log in on the website to post a coffee recipe on the website rather than the app, which is hard enough, and I hadn’t reset my password just yet. I reset my password and tried the log in again with the correct password. Nothing. Then I tried to use the old password. It still said I was wrong. It’s really hard to post recipes, and that’s the part I was really excited about. At first, I loved the idea of doing that, and letting people see the things I make, but executing that action is a lot harder than I ever knew it would be. I really wish you could start letting us post on the app again. Please don’t ask me to reach out to the company, because, respectfully, I never do that and I never will.

   The app is getting worse. I used to love this app and wrote a dozen of recipes. It used to only take a couple of days for them to review and publish the recipes. I stopped for a couple of years and started to reuse it this year. They are short staffed so they told me now it takes over a month to review. What’s worse, many buttons on the phone app keep giving me error messages. Now you can’t even create a recipe on your phone but you have to use the web page. If you prefer to use your laptop, you’ll have to transfer all you photos there to create a recipe. Once you submit a recipe to review, you can’t edit it using the phone app-again, you need to log on using your web browser. And once you submit the change while a recipe is under review, you need to keep refreshing the page to reflect the changes. Lastly, once something is published, you can’t make any edits. Before I was able to email them but this time nobody replied to me to correct my typo. This is getting really annoying and disappointing.

   login broken, lost all recipes. No way to access all my saved recipes because one of their login methods is broken (Facebook). Additionally I can’t even contact them for help from in the app without re downloading the Apple mail app? I don’t like leaving reviews just to get support but they’ve forced me to do so.

   Shopping list removed?. What happened to the shopping list? There is no longer a button under the recipe ingredients to add them to the shopping list. This was a main use case for the app, find a recipe I want to cook for dinner, add the ingredients to the shopping list, then go to the store and buy them. I would check things off the shopping list on the store.

   App won’t open. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but it won’t open past the “kitchen stories” screen when you very first open it 😕

   Page won’t load. Downloaded the app a few days ago and the app wouldn’t open. It’s been several days and it still won’t open.

    App does not want to open. The app will open to the title screen for half a second and close. I restarted my phone, uninstalled the app then reinstalled and that didn’t work. Now I’ve sent the company an email about the problem so the hopefully fix it. This is the second time I’ve put this review up, they took down the first one.

    Hard to use. The email link takes me to a video for pasta, with no list or measurements of ingredients. When you go back to look, an article about potatoes comes on. I never did find the recipe I was looking for 😩

    Nothings fixed. Still can’t use this app. After 2 updates it still isn’t fixed. Worse now than before. For the third time, the app is still not working. Update number 3 and nothings changed. Still just says Whoops we’re working on it.this this is just ridiculous. 3 updates and still not fixed. Can’t do anything. Just crashes. I’m getting rid of it. 3 strikes and your out

    Update? Upgrade? Not so fast…. Not a single picture. Hardly anything loads. Super disappointing considering how much I enjoyed the previous version.

    Do not like redesign. After the new redesign the ingredients list is no longer in a separate column on the left, making it harder to make recipes without constantly scrolling up and down making cooking more difficult. Also, the app used to know that I was located in the United States, where we do not use the metric system and it now only gives all the ingredients in standard measurements. Online there is a toggle switch that can be used to switch back and forth between standard and metric, but there is no such switch on the app. This means that I have to constantly flip in and out of the app to get the conversions since I do not own any metric measure cooking equipment. It’s very frustrating now, so much so that I will probably stop using one of my all time favorite apps. Please fix!

    It’s a no for Vegans. Got the app for the daily recipes widget. However, it doesn’t seem like you can specialize the recipes of the day so I never get any recommendations that fit my dietary needs. I can find this information when I search but I’m over seeing recipes/pictures of food that I don’t want on my homepage.

    Not diverse. I was excited to see an app that would help me plan meals better, however, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of diversity in the chefs! Will be deleting the app! SMH Developers need to think about the general population and not always ‘whitewash’ these apps.

    Not worth my time. Developers are useless. I reached out asking for a feature was told they had it, double checked and nope it’s not there. So I let them know and ask if I’m missing something only to get a response of we will pass the message on for future development. You just told me you had the feature! It’s an allergy so it should absolutely have been a part of this app. They don’t take it seriously and are inconsistent and not helpful at all. Uninstalled.

    Absolutely useless for vegetarians. I downloaded this app again after not using it for a while to see what was new and after filtering for “meatless” dishes, I was greeted with shrimp alfredo... huge fail and I am disgusted completely by this company, I tried filtering again to see if it had somehow lost the option I wanted but alas, that just seems to be the way it is. There also seems to be no way to set allergens or ingredients to avoid, so this app will be deleted yet again.

    Eurotrash. This app isn’t tailored for the user. They send too many emails prioritizing and endorsing their personal agenda and political views. It’s also based in Europe so good luck finding their ingredients in America. Looking for a recipe app you can use? This isn’t it. Keep looking. I’m deleting this one after a frustrating few years.

    Sold my email!. I have never had a problem with constant spam emails until I signed up with this app. I also had 3 of my accounts hacked that were linked to the same email, this was the only new service I started using recently so I am sure it was this app Not. Happy.

    Adding your OWN recipes.... I wanted to use this app as a platform to share my own recipes, but once you submit your own recipe, it takes soooo long for them to review it. So you can no longer open up your recipe and see what you created because it says it’s ‘in review’. My recipe has been in review for longer than a week now, I have family members who want to view it but no one can see it.

    Videos not playing. I would’ve given 5 stars, but 10 out of 10 videos that I tried to play are just not playing. My internet connection is not a problem, the videos from YouTube or other cooking app are playing smoothly.

    Love this app but it keep crashes. This app was really useful at first but for some reason, it keep crashes and wouldn’t let me access to my cookbook-the saved recipes. I wonder why this bug is not fixed for a while. Is this because of iOS software update? I wish they fix this asap.
