   No Longer Supported?. I’ve had this app a long, long time. It appears it is no longer supported as I see no way to contact the developer and it hasn’t been updated in a while. Since my update to the latest version of iOS I can no longer print recipes, which is something I do regularly. I knew this would happen eventually, as it does with all “one-man” shops, just bummed it happened with an app I used so frequently.

   Was a long-time, loyal user, then Pro subscription wrecked it.. Losing the ability to sync between devices was bad enough, but I also lost the stuff that had already been synced. Now I’m stuck individually exporting recipes to an app with one-time cost—since this one hasn’t been updated in 4 years.

   Crashes on exchanging recipes. Whether I receive a recipe by airdrop, email, or text, the app always crashes when I try to open the recipe in Menu Planner. Please fix and I’ll raise the star rating.

   Used to love it. When adding an item, I scan in barcode but nothing comes up and have to enter all the nutritional info manually. When I create a recipe and add ingredients from the pantry, it says nutritional info has been calculated but it is all 0’s making it totally useless if trying to track nutrition.

   No more app support. The developer seems to have disappeared. I’ve depended on this app for years of terrific menu planning, and it’s a shame to see it end. It’s been the most used app I’ve ever had. The auto-import feature no longer works, and there’s no way to contact the developer for support in the app like here used to be. I would say don’t bother to try to use it now, since it’s bound to fail eventually, and you’ll lose all your work.

    Doesn't work. this app could have amazing potential but it simply does not do what is promised I tried with multiple different online recipes to import them from different sources and the app simply would not recognize the recipes at all.

    Very sad. All of my recipes are gone!. I have used this app for a good part of ten years now. I absolutely loved it! Then one day recently the app updated and I wasn’t able to use it because it kept closing. So I deleted and reinstalled it. Then magically, it got past the title screen. However, upon logging in I quickly realize not one of my recipes are there. I have to start over! I’m not paying you for an app that I put a lot of time and effort into just to have it vanish. I have a tried and true method, it’s called paper, pen and a recipe box found in my kitchen. The only thing it will cost me is the price index cards and the ink to write them. I’ll be keeping my own recipes safe.

    I was cheated- do not trust them. A while ago I PAID for this app. As in I purchased it. I want to say it was $10 or $15? But now it is free to download and there is a monthly subscription. At the time I paid for it there was no monthly subscription. But instead of getting grandfathered in they want me to start paying the monthly subscription for something I already bought. Right now I can’t even open the app and all the recipes I spent hours typing in are gone! Can you imagine purchasing a car outright/cash and then having the dealership come back and say they will repossess your car if you don’t start paying them monthly! I should get to keep what I originally paid for. So what happens if you spend hours putting in your data and they then double the monthly fee? I wouldn’t trust them.

    iOS user. I’ve had this app for many years. Always used with my iPhone/iPad. Since the latest iOS update when I try to open, the app crashes. I’ve logged in online and to my iPad, but my recipes stored from my phone haven’t synced so I can’t access them. I literally store all my recipes in this app. Like many other have stated, please fix soon!

    Help! The app is no longer working and all my recipes are in there. Please help me get this working. Is it a version issue? Not working with the latest iOS? I have been using this for years and my recipes are all stored here and now I can’t get in and access anything. It tries to open and then just crashes.

    IOS 14.2. I loved this app and used it daily until today. I updated my iPad iOS and now the app opens but with no data and then closes/crashes.

    My recipes keep disappearing!!. I used this to save many of my favorite recipes and now they are gone except for one. Then yesterday they showed up again... I was so happy. Today they are gone again. I won’t be using this app if I can’t trust my data will be kept.

    App stopped working with iOS 14.2 update. I use menu planner every day until this morning after my phone updated to iOS 14.2. Every time I attempt to open the app it crashes. Please fix!!

    Upgrade screen doesn’t appear so can’t get recipes!. Been an app user for years so lots of recipes entered. Went to use app today and it just shows an opening screen with no way to upgrade to premium OR get recipes OR contact developer! I shouldn’t have to pay to get MY recipes but I can’t even do that! I thought the purpose of the app was to provide convenient storage and access. Epic failure!

    I used to like this app, but DO NOT GET IT. With iPad OS 14.2, the app no longer works at all. All I see is the opening screen and nothing else. Years' worth of recipes lost, and the developer appears to have disappeared along with them.

    Zero Customer Support - Photos Disappear. Update - still ZERO response from Menu Planner about my issues. I have purchased a new app that is so much better and UPDATED! It took a week of non-stop work to get my recipes transferred but I am so happy I did. Shame on you for charging a subscription and not updating the obvious issues. I have contacted the App’s customer support a couple times about the fact that photos disappear from the recipes every time I log in or out. I make sure that the App has synced. I am using the iPhone Xs and IPad Pro 11. Just now I had to find over ten photos that had been deleted from the iPhone. They do not respond to any requests for help. I should add, I am paying for the yearly subscription fee. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It is unbelievably frustrating!

    I’m sad. I love this app, however ever since the pricing model changed I cannot get support to respond to one email. The latest issue is I cannot import recipes at all, it all has to be manually typed in. Not useful! I wish they would at least contact me, I don’t want to give up in the app. But, I may have to.

    Features Disappointing. I used to be impressed but there seems to be no further develop,ent. Why subscribe if it doesn’t get better? In fact, so,e features seem to be diminished. For example, scanning items into my pantry rarely comes back with an online search result. Why have the feature if it doesn’t work? There’s also no way to access your pantry from the website. Why pay for an app that just doesn’t cut it? I won’t be renewing. Very disappointed.

    Disappointed.. I’d really love to give this app more stars because initially, it seemed to have pretty much everything I wanted. Upon paying for the pro version, I was, in theory, able to sync my recipes and plans with other devices. However, this wouldn’t work and when I reached out to the support team MULTIPLE times, I got no response.

    Glitchy to the max. I had this app a long time ago but never used it. I just reinstalled it because of 2020 resolutions. I’ve added a lot of recipes. I started to menu plan, and all of a sudden many of the ingredients in the recipes are gone. This is after I double checked that they imported correctly to begin with. Such a shame to see this go. It looks like a lot of people are disappointed recently. I hope the developer is okay!
