   Troubles with charge. Spending to much time try to keep it connected. Spend 12 hours charging and it still say low charge

   This app sucks. This app has to be removed and reinstalled over and over again. Half the time it will not even log in, and I spend an hour trying to get it setup. Then one or two uses later I have to go through the whole process all over again.

   Login. Why do I need to login to cook a steak? Functionality is great, and my meats come out perfect. ALL OF THE CLOUD STUFF IS GARBAGE. JUST LET ME COOK MY MEAT.

   Terrible and addy. But a different brand. I got this at Costco and it’s full of ads for their other products. I just want a thermometer, not your pressure cooker or anything else. The interface is junk too. I would opt for a meater or another brand.

   Waste of money. Have used the probes a handful of times. Fully charged, connected to WiFi, fully up to date on software. Probes won’t connect and stay connected.

   Without concent. I just bought a set of chef iq thermometer and downloaded the app today. Instead of being to use the app with the product I already bough, of course you now have to make an account. The Amount of data this app collects is egregious and unnecessary. Like you ain’t happy with the 100 dollars I spent on your useless without the app product? Now you have to farm me? No option to opt out. I sent those devices back. Look at the official site privacy policy notes. There is 0 need to collect all that data for a divorce like this to work

   Used to love using Chef IQ but not with anymore. Under the prior software the application and hardware worked flawlessly. After the update the base frequently loses connectivity with my wireless network and the battery drain by each probe is now quite rapid. I’ve had to change probes during a cook now - something I never had to do before. What had been a helpful tool is no longer.

    Horrible. Never works. Can’t use it for small stakes. In the garbage now because it won’t connect. I have the latest product and the latest phone and the latest software.

    Unreliable. Unit does not hold a charge long enough to get through a cook. The app is not user friendly. Customer service takes several days to reply. They say it may take several days to reply but why is that? In all I am disappointed with this unit and do not recommend

    Great until connectivity issues. These were the BEST for the first year. Now all of the sudden, one of the probes keeps losing connection throughout the whole cook. I often have to HOPE that I’m only using one or two probes and one to spare. But there’s been plenty of times that I’ve had to use all three to cook with no backup. Nothing is more frustrating that being in the middle of cooking, just to have to add an extra probe.

    Unimpressed. I bought this from Costco and I wish I would’ve gone with a different brand or product. Continuously disconnects, even when fully charged and will disconnect from my phone and Wi-Fi periodically so that I don’t get alerts when something hits the temperature I said. Go get a different brand.

    WCAG Non-Compliance. I was excited to purchase these probes and successfully grill for the first time being blind. This was something daunting to me, but the app probes made it very easy. The last update to the app and user interface has broken the accessibility with the interaction of video features that launch automatically blocking screen controls and un labeled buttons and pop-ups in the app interface for controlling a Cook. Please restore screen reader accessibility in compliance with the web content accessibility guidelines.

    Prove battery sucks. If you plan on having a long cook/smoke, the probe won’t make it. Was smoking an Easter ham and I had to pull the probe because the battery on it dies. Happened on almost every cook/smoke I do. Disappointed.

    Not happy. I have high hopes for this product, but I find that the batteries don’t last anywhere near long enough for an entire cook, and the readings are off substantially from other wireless thermometers that I use.

    Please format for ipad (rotate to horizontal) NOT THAT DIFFICULT!. I don’t put these apps on my phone due to security concerns. Please format for IPAD, the app won’t rotate to horizontal. Thanks.
