   App Froze with my recipes. What can I say? After years of collecting, it’s all gone. Not cool.

   Frozen. I have used and loved this app for a long time. Now it suddenly freezes when I open it and it isn’t responding on my iPhone 17. I can’t access my recipes!

   Not worth it. This app deletes parts of recipes as they are imported from pictures or other sources. It made it incredibly difficult to try to cook meals when realizing it cut out a portion of the recipe. Also, the costumer service has not been helpful after the company charged me though I had canceled the app before the renewal. Again, not happy with the app or developer as the treatment I received was the worst costumer service I have ever received. No refund has been received from the developer as of today.

   They just deleted all my recipes!!. No warning whatsoever. Just suddenly gone and irretrievable!!! Don’t use this app as you could lose everything without warning!!!

   Love it!. This app was just what I needed to plan my meals and condense shopping lists.

   Best recipe storage and meal plan app!. I went through a lot of the different apps out there before finding this one. I’m beyond happy I’ve found OrganizEat! It’s so easy to use and has everything I wanted built in. I love how you can quickly import recipes from web sites (not everyone but most). If you can’t import it with the quick one click method you can still type or copy and paste it in. Keeps all my recipes nice and organized no matter what device I’m using. I moved all my recipes from other sites and apps to OrganizEat!

   Ugh! What on earth??!. I updated the app and had an error message…now almost every one of my recipes is gone! Years of adding recipes GONE!!!!!

   Lied about promotion. I am upset because they offered 30 day trial for 7.99 and the. After 30 days they will charge the 39.99. I opt for that option and they charged me the 39.99 + tax right away. I cancelled but they didn’t return my money. I want my money back.

    Scam Alert!. It is disingenuous to allow users to download an app under the pretense that it is free to use, then suddenly block them from viewing their recipes they have stored and repeatedly accessed within this app for several years unless they pay for the upgraded version. I may never be able to find any of these recipes again, and that’s fine. I’d prefer that over being extorted. This will be cross posted to the App Store so that others have an opportunity to avoid losing their recipes in the bait and switch I just experienced.

    Holding my momma’s recipes hostage. I have used the free version forever and have my deceased mother’s recipes stored here. Now they are suddenly being held hostage. No warning. Nada. If I could give a negative rating I would.

    Needs work. Brings in the ingredient list just fine but the instructions are left in the ether. Pinterest is not supported either. And lately the recipes don’t get saved at all. I’ve waisted a lot of time saving recipes with this app only to find they aren’t saved at all.

    New Release Blocks Access. With the new release, access to my recipes is blocked because I did not upgrade. I understand I was limited on how much I could use this app for free, but now I can’t get to any recipes or have any way to get the data I’ve collected for several years. Should have given me a heads up.

    Crook developer. Absolute garbage app! I bought this app when it came out and paid to upgrade it. Now my receipts are held hostage for their great wanting a subscription.

    Recipes. All my recipes were erased.HOW?this is the 2nd time that my recipes have been erased and the only one left is the one that I entered after renewing my subscription .

    Once again, it’s broken. Yet again the app has been broken by updating it. Half of the days in the meal plan can’t be seen. If I touch those days on the calendar it crashes the whole app. Not just my device, multiple devices.

    Was happy but getting frustrated. I changed iPads as my old one very old with problems. I got a new one primarily for this app as I was very happy with how it worked. When I made this change, I lost 70% of my recipes. Support tells me to do things I’ve already tried. They tell me all of my recipes (nearly 400) are on the cloud but when I go to their website, I only see 69 recipes which is the same as on my iPad. I missed my Christmas prime rib recipe as that was one of the many that disappeared. It’s now over a week (grant it holidays). Their daily replies do not help. I also purchased a yearly subscription to get to cloud, which was unnecessary and request for reimbursement falls on deaf ears. May have to look for another app if not resolved asap!

    Subscription. I’ve used this app for years, and now they want to charge a monthly fee. I can’t keep subscribing to everything. If they offered a one time fee, I would probably go along with it. So now I must find something new. Shame.

    Review. The app sometime is slowly. And also it happens a lot that when i save the recipe ، it showed something wrong happen and then not all the information of the recipe will be saved

    Annoying pop-ups!!!!!!. I like the idea of keeping my recipes electronically. The problem is when I’m cooking and frequently switching between recipes every third or fourth time it pops up and asked me if I like the app. And of course if I say yes, it wants me to give a rating if I say no it brings up an email and wants me to send feedback. I’ve already emailed them twice about this, so I thought you know what I will leave a review review! The pop-ups are really annoying, especially since I’m paying for it.

    Recipe keeper Box. So far, when using this app, I have experienced a 50% success rate in being able to save the recipes I want to save. Half of the time, I get a message saying “this recipe is not supported“, therefore I’m unable to save it unless I bookmark it. I’m not exactly sure what “bookmarking” it means… maybe I will learn later after I get a bit more experience using your app. I search for recipes on instagram only.

    Why are we suddenly throwing ai art slop into a perfectly good app?. I’ve always been such a fan of this app- I do not usually buy subscriptions, and this is one of the few. It’s been so nice and I’ve recommended it to many people. So why are we suddenly using ai generated art? Literally who needs this? Who are the artists whose work you used to make it? Do they know about this? Are they being compensated? I highly doubt it. Why would you take a perfectly beautiful and simple app to make my life easy and then decide to throw ai into it? I don’t want to be funding that kind of thing. Not unless I know the artists whose art you took to feed into this know of this, consent to this, and are being compensated fairly. 2 star bc I really want to keep supporting this app and I want to believe in it. It’s just disappointing.
