   Unhappy. I canceled this the same day as it said free and also came up with an very high price after 3 days, I knew I would forget to cancel as I’m 86 years old but got a bill today and it says it’s not refundable. Not a good deal .

    PlantScope business ethics are very low. They jacked me up to a Pro level without my permission or request and charged over $40 for the Jack up. Don’t bother with these folks.

    Not happy. The app did not do everything. I thought it would do. I tried it for one week and I canceled it and now I got a bill for 3995. I’m a little upset about that.

    Free app. Most App downloads lately stonewall you because if the applicants fail to submit for membership, within the time limit they charge you the first fee, hoping they will keep paying anyway. But you are just the same as all of them, advertise free but free isn’t to use the apps without charge, and as you know the app’s not really free. It’s only free to download!!!! Then after the free time they want the fee!

    Deceiving. When you see the app to install….its say “FREE”. BUT…after you read the intro…it states the “FREE” option is ONLY for the first 7 days…after that it is NO LONGER FREE. You start paying for your app…if that is not deceiving, I don’t know what else the “FREE” is related to???

    Love it!. This app has been fun. I see plants daily I’m curious about. Doesn’t seem to work on mushrooms though. Still, I recommend it!

    Great App for your Plants 🪴. This is a really good app. You can get a diagnosis of how your plant is doing and find out what kind of a plant you have for free. They do not charge you for the diagnosis which is unusual. I’ve tried other plant apps and they charge to diagnose on how to fix your plants that aren’t doing well. I highly recommend this app.
