   Don’t download. This app will charge you without your permission for the weekly amount of $9.99 unless you opt out. There is not a prompt to opt into- if you download this app-!you will be charged. My elderly mom downloaded it thinking it was a neat app and I have been charged every week with no response from the developer. I had to get another bank card because of it.

   Don't Bother. As a previous subscriber to Picture This plant app, I foolishly decided I'd try PlantDaily. I've attempted to use it for nearly a year, but with 3 months remaining I went and renewed with Picture This. Plant Daily is typically accurate at ID'ing plants only about 30% of the time. They give you a sentence or two, if you're lucky, about that plant and its care and repeat that info, verbatim, several times. As a Master Gardener with a Landscape Architecture degree, trust me when I tell you this app sucks! Subscribe to Picture This, where the info is accurate and useful.

    Y’all must think I’m Stupid. I was looking at the app and thinking it seemed like it might be okay. UNTIL I got to actually reading the fine print in your Terms and Conditions section. You want me to pay a nominal fee for my “Free Trial” that suddenly jumps to $12.99/week. Meanwhile, you want to sell my information to third party companies, don’t guarantee your app to work or be accurate, state that you aren’t responsible if I get hacked through your app and several other things I just couldn’t believe I was reading. No Thanks.

    Bad app. App is slow, does not identify plants correctly, freezes during diagnosis and then I can’t get out of it without turning off completely my iPad. Good idea, it just doesn’t seem to work.

Didn’t even want a free trial as I read that y’all went ahead and charged someone even as they pressed “ free trial “ That along with no one helping those who needed assistance with the app… I know the reviews are read because all that was answered was the ONE good review. Didn’t even try making it right for people. So sorry those had to have that experience but thank you at the same time for the warning. I just downloaded this app to write a review and I’ll be deleting it.

    False advertising. Dude yall took that 33.99 so quick when it was supposed to be a 3 day free trial which I made sure twice that I clicked on so I know I did. Where’s the free trial? Like how does y’all’s set up work? “Free trial for 3 days then $10.99 a week” so where did this $33.99 come from?

    VERY DISAPPOINTED d. I am very disappointed with you folks. Please refund my money back to me immediately and CANCEL my membership. I made pictures of my plants and you never responded to the type of plant I have or how to treat it. In your ads there's no mention of joining your website. Very disappointing.

    Terrible! SCAM. Opened app and selected the month plan, nope got charged for an entire year even after I canceled within 10 minutes as it couldn’t identify a single plant in a nursery!

    Misrepresentation of cancellation process. When purchasing subscription, the app indicates subscription can be cancelled at anytime through settings. This option is not available. In the “small print” they indicate that cancellation during subscription is not an option. Avoid downloading this app as they begin their experience with you on a dishonest stance.

    End subscription. Is it plant daily or plant diary. It’s one name in the App Store and one name in the application. Either way I cannot find a way to end my subscription.

    Don’t waste your money. Only about every fourth plant is identified correctly asking you the purchaser to input the correct info! Even when you do you receive no response back!!! No way to communicate with anyone regarding issues. Go purchase Picture This instead! Much better bang for your buck AND they will actually get back to you with a personal email and follow up! This was a total waste of $35!!

    False Advertising. Did not identify simple plants, yet alone anything unusual. The worst, is that I cannot find out where to cancel. There is nothing on the app that shows that. Advise not to download and pay for this app, it won't let you out, and I'm going to have to struggle with this.
