   Poor Design. The directions put us in the wrong place. The closures were wrong, and it. did not help with navigating using the Skyway or the railroad. The Skyway isn’t included in the map.

   Wait times super unreliable. Across multiple visits to Busch Gardens Tampa, I find the app has very inaccurate wait times for rides and inaccurate data about which rides are open versus closed. Please improve the experience!

   Last year’s family trip. I have to say that it was the worst decision I made last year to visit Busch Gardens in Virginia. I prepaid ahead of time for my family to go including the meals! From the time we got there until the time we left there were time consuming obstacles beginning with our printed out bar codes that were refused and had to wait in line at customer service to straighten out. Rides were shut down all over the park, Food bracelets were denied or restricted at many of the eateries, parking was over the top and should have been included with admission, and the list goes on! I grew up in Virginia and remember going to this park as a child. Now I have to say Busch Gardens has succumbed to greed and worships the almighty dollar! Shame

   This is a broken app. Update 5/15/26 Still can’t log into the app. Same as many on here This app is useless. As others have stated, the login hasn’t worked for this in months. Which means whatever tickets and pass you have associated with your account will have to be accessed through the web. There is no support for this either. I’ve submitted several emails with no response Complete waste of space on your phone

   Passes in Apple Wallet. It’s 2026 … why can’t you add Busch Gardens passes to Apple Wallet? It’s ridiculous that the developers have not added that capability to this app.

   Too Buggy. every time I open the app all it says an unexpected error occurred. The wait times are never accurate They always say minutes on a busy Saturday. I never can get logged in it never remembers my password correctly. None of the apps under this brand have ever worked properly.

    Ticket purchases do not show in my app!. I am visiting Tampa’s park next week—flying across the country—and this stupid app shows I have no ticket purchases in my account! I have a confirmation email from BG showing my purchase, so there’s no explanation for the app not having my tickets! I’ve emailed customer service but they don’t reply! This is horrible app and company!

    Doesn’t Work. I have been trying for quite some time now to log back into the app this year and it never lets me. It tells me my password is incorrect even though I am able to login on the website with the same password. I have emailed support but never received a response. As a regular this is annoying to say the least.

    Not usable for Pass Holder. The app does not allow for logging into account to retrieve pass. But using same credentials, I can log into account online.

    Not as informative as it could be. No hours or schedules for attractions, restaurants, or events. Wait times can be taken with a grain of salt. The only useful aspect was navigation.

    Needs improvement. The app keeps logging me out, so I have to log in when I want to use my season pass for a discount. It wouldn’t be a big deal if there was an easy way to add passes to Apple Wallet.

    Can’t create account. Well I have no idea how good this app is or isn’t because the entry wall forces you to create an account and when I try to set up an account it tells me my email may already exist which is impossible. Even tried a second email account.

    Won’t let me login on app. For months, it hasn’t allowed me to login through the app, only on the website, which is an absolute inconvenience. It allows my family to login on their apps on their phones just not mine. I don’t understand whenever I can just go to the website and it allows me to login.

Got to Busch Gardens tried logging in wouldn’t login uninstall reinstall the app won’t login because it keeps saying to update to the latest version of the app. Went to the App Store force refreshed. It shows. It’s the latest version can’t use it. Went to the website won’t load the map keeps trying to make me go to the app app don’t work either

    Hasn’t been updated in years. I left the area and moved back 2 years later. This app looks the exact same. Works just as badly as it did then, and I cannot link my new memberships, but it has one a from 2015 still linked. From all my research getting passes linked to the app is darn near impossible. with all the money they get you’d think they would keep the app up to date and working properly if they want us to use it since they removed the paper maps.

    Gives you directions so you can see for yourself the attraction’s time and if it’s open. I was excited to go to Busch Gardens for the first time. When I got there, I figured: just like at other theme parks, I’d download the app to check wait times, dining options, restrooms, etc. Right from the start, though, it was frustrating. After downloading, the app wouldn’t let me create a new account, saying my email wasn’t valid. I typed in a random one—and then it worked? Next, I wanted to find Cheetah. The app gave me basic directions (the bare minimum I expected) but no wait times. That seemed strange, so I looked it up online, and sure enough—that’s just how the app is. Then, when bad weather hit, some rides closed (not all of them), but the app still showed everything as open, leaving us clueless. I’ve never seen a theme park app—whose entire purpose is to help visitors, new or returning—be so useless at actually helping.

    Can’t use app won’t visit park. Downloaded app to go to the park and the app just doesn’t work. It tells me I need to update it. That’s hilarious. The devs need to update it. Maybe next year.

    Doesn’t work for purchases. You can’t purchase anything using the app, it gets hung up on billing at checkout regardless of phone or purchase. They make you wait in long line at guest services. Very frustrating.
