   Does Not Open. I am very disappointed with this app. I put all of my pets information in and it worked for a couple months. Now I cannot get into the app. I’ve tried multiple different things to get the app to work and it just says “ go back or try again” . Very frustrating

   Isn’t allowing you to add activities. The app is not allowing me to add my dog’s activities to his profile. I made sure that I had the most updated version of the app and I have even uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and every time I try to submit the activity….regardless of what the activity would be, I’d receive a message that an error occurred.

   😭 unusable. You absolutely CANNOT type into text fields. It was annoying enough scrolling through meds and breeds when signing up, but being unable to type in my vet info means I can’t submit for any rewards. Will probably delete my account.

    Can’t add Prescribing Vet Preactice. I go to add Prescribing Vet and get nothing. I give it state zip and get nothing. Apparently another personal data grab. Sad!

    Can’t enter vet name. App does not allow me to enter my vets office name on my iPhone so I am unable to submit my invoice for rewards. Also Costco provides a website address which is not in service. Www.zoetispetrewards.com. So very disappointing.

    Failure in registration form. The app won’t let you create an account because of a bug in how they built the Breed field. This shouldn’t even be required, but if it is necessary you should at least build your app correctly!!

    Need better approval process. Submit invoice. Gets denied. Highlight all items that “could” be missing on said invoice and resubmit. Now same exact invoice is approved. If it’s all there to begin with why the denial? Second invoice same thing. Now I’m deleting not worth the headache.

    Can’t even sign in. Can’t even sign in. It apparently doesn’t have bulldogs as a breed option. I have Olde English Bulldogges. I tried changing the spelling; just English Bulldog; as well as plain Bulldog but nothing.

    Waste of time…. The last two years I submitted for a rebate on 12 months of Simparica Trio. I literally submitted everything I had and was denied. So a receipt, and a full invoice/prescription from the vet is not enough. Very disappointed!

    Awful. Apparently you have to buy double what you need and only have 1 pet in order to receive any rewards. Very limiting and unhelpful service.

    They create excuses for denying the rewards. I’ve been using this app for more than a year, I have received rewards before, this time they denied the rewards because the name of the dog was incorrect, guess what, same dog, same name, same everything clearly detailed in the invoice

    Worthless for Small dogs. If you have a small dog that doesn’t require 30 pills in a month for ANY prescription, do not waist your time on this program! Must be 30 pills or more. I purchase 15 a month because she only takes half a pill. No rewards for me. Maybe let the customer know this before hand so we don’t waist or precious time signing up for NOTHING!

    Great Concept, Poor Execution. The idea of earning points for vet invoices is fantastic, and I was really excited to use the app. However, the experience was disappointing. The invoice approval process took an inordinate amount of time, and several of my invoices were rejected without clear reasons. Ultimately, it felt more frustrating than rewarding, and I’m not convinced it’s worth the effort at this point.

    Can’t submit invoices. The “Rewards” screen within the app is non-responsive to touch which prevents being able to submit invoices. Please fix the issue

    Rewards use to be the only thing that worked and now that doesn’t work either. Everything I try to do I get a screen saying something went wrong. Previously I could at least submit an invoice but that has stopped working as well.

    Never Works. This app RARELY works for me. I can open it, but literally NONE of the buttons do anything. They aren’t selectable, they launch nothing, and there never seems to be an update for this. Since invoice submittal for reward points are limited to the month of purchase, I am down to 5 days to claim my points on 4 boxes of Simparica for my pack, and have yet to get this app to open this month. Frustrating is a big understatement.
