   They ruined it. After the latest update, it's now on a subscription model. I tried restoring purchases and it doesn't work, I can't access any of my budget id saved in the app.

   Disappointed in Developer. I have been a pretty consistent user of their original app, Daily Budget. I’d even purchased a lifetime pro subscription and was excited about new functionality. I’m extremely disappointed that instead of building that new functionality into the existing app, they created a new app where I would need to purchase yet another subscription. It’s such a scummy business practice. Please do better.

   Subscription with no warning. I was using this app for about a week. I was even using it this morning no problem. I went out to do some errands and came back to use it again and it was trying to make me subscribe. I do not know why.

   Decent but missing features. Edit: I initially gave 3 stars but this issue makes the app unusable. Changing my savings at any future date causes the app to crash. This means I can't make adjustments without constantly loading and reloading the application. Until this is fixed 1 star. Original: For context I paid for and used the first version of this app (daily budget) paid the $30 for unlimited support on this one. I really like this method of tracking my finances but one of its weaknesses is tracking long term finances and making adjustments over future income to cover future expenditures. For instance. I would like to know how my daily income changes over time as I have future bills that will take effect at different times and extend over different periods. The only way to do that is in the list view which is laid out very sparsely requiring a lot of scrolling to see just a few entries. A tighter list or long term graph view could help with this Secondly as my bills, savings, and different incomes kick in my daily rate goes from negative, to highly positive, to slightly negative. I don't know exactly how to deal with this because again I can't see the long term movement of my daily, and I can't use part of that positive daily to augment my slight negativity. To resolve this I would like to take a periods income and distribute it over another period without changing the recurring income I think I know an existing remedy for that but it involves a few steps. I would like to do something like "take the excess from this period and distribute it over this other period" Other than that I'm using this as my daily driver. Thanks for the hard work guys! P.s. I would like to be able to clone my budget to a new wallet to experiment with changes P.p.s. I'm getting a recurring bug when changing my savings at a future date. The app crashes

   Pay twice?. I paid for pro on Daily Budget and now they want another subscription for this. You stop supporting your old app to get me to buy a new one? Nope.

   Need a refund. I was under the impression that the app would offer a 7 day free trial however when I opted in for it, i got charged 19.99. I was hoping to test it out before i went forward with it but i no longer want it with this bait. Please refund my money.

   Not a fan. How do I see the recurring expenses I entered? How do I see the income I have entered? How do I adjust my recurring expenses? How do I change the cycle? The other app, it is so easy to see this stuff. Why do I have 2 wallets? I don’t need two and I can’t delete it. I don’t particularly like this app. Thinking I will stick with the old one.

   Most recent update butchered savings. This is an app I use daily and recommend to everyone. But the three recent updates has jumbled how all of the savings systems and goals work. This most recent update completely butchered my savings and everything is completely messed up. Fixing it would require me to find everything that used to be a savings based on memory, and try to change it to a new system that may or may not exist in one month. Please stop making breaking changes. Please make an easier way to fix broken migrations or I will have to start looking for an alternative app.

    I came from Mint. I came from Mint, when I installed the app I realized I couldn’t import all my transactions from Mint because the file extension this app accept is .sqlite and it does not import .csv files and that is weird because is a common file. The app has a nice UI (User interface) but I had to uninstalled it and I found an app called Budget and I could import my data and does not need to link bank account and you can purchase it forever. I wish this app could import .csv and I would stay with it.

    A nice update to the old app. Not as straightforward as the old app but once I get used to it I'm sure it'll be fine. It was confusing trying to add an additional monthly expense after the initial setup, definitely not as simple as the old app. I love the new UI though, the animations are smooth and it feels like a modern app. Edit: switched back to the old app. Way too difficult to add or change monthly expenses, whereas it was super clear and straightforward on the old app. Again I love the UI but the simplicity is gone, maybe I'll try this one again in a few updates.

    Update. Hi the new update is very hard to use. The search function doesn’t work anymore. I cant find anything. My saved memos are not auto populating anymore. Layout isn’t fluid. Been using this app for so many years now. Please revert it back to the original format

    Simple, no bill tracking. I like the app for its simplicity but it doesn’t allow you to track bill due dates which is a huge part of budgeting in my opinion. Also there’s not a separate screen to manage your categories i your budget. You have to go through a complex way of creating an expense to add or edit a category and that doesn’t make a lot of sense. It’s not an all inclusive app. If it had bill reminders or tracker system it would be much more comprehensive.

    Harder to use. This app is harder to use :( I wanted to like it but I keep getting confused on where things are. There is no menu like the older one. The older app is simpler and more user friendly. I paid for the pro version and really enjoy that one. It really helps when you are on a tight budget. I also really enjoy not having to put in a credit card

    Good, but not better than Daily Budget. The only thing I like better about Today’s Budget over the original is the look. The UI elements look modern, but sadly the user experience is not as intuitive. I find it confusing where to view recurring income and expenses, as opposed to everything being organized into one “Daily Budget” tab in the original. The analytics section doesn’t provide any significant improvements over the original either. In general, there’s just more tabs to go through. The main reason why I won’t be switching is the monetization model. Certainly the developers deserve money for their work, but without any big functionality improvements, I can’t justify switching to a subscription model. Alone, this is a great app, but for those who have used the original, it’s not worth the jump. This definitely has the potential to become a great budgeting tool in the future.

    A lot of useful options are missing. I understand the premise of this app if to have a daily budget. But I want to be able to add/deduct amounts of money for my savings goal. I could not find the option to add a lump sum and not a daily amount towards my savings, which kinda defeats the purpose for me.

    Helpful!. So I am not a budget fan, I’m not great at backwards planning and dividing how my money gets spent. Thats what I love about this app, because you preload your monthly expenses, you just track what you spend and it makes you aware of where you actually are at for the month! The only thing I don’t “love” is that I can’t backlog, but there’s also a freedom in that in the sense that you can just start where you are today and start changing now! Try the app for a few weeks and you will feel your habits change!

    Almost perfect. I love this all so much! I’ve used the original Daily Budget for years. The only thing that would make this app perfect is the ability to have expenses and savings based on a percentage of income. As an independent contractor, my income varies. But I always have to have an expense of 30% for taxes and I like my savings to be in terms of percentages. Right now I have to go and manually edit them several times to account for any extra or lost income. It would be so great to have this streamlined!

    Great app for budget tracking. I took away a star because I paid the lifetime fee on the other Daily Budget app only for them to make a new app that they are charging me for again. This app isn’t so different that my lifetime payment should be void.

    Very useful, simple to use, could use some more features. This app has been very helpful for me being conscious of my spending, it’s simple and easy to use. I like the interface and it not being a subscription but a one time payment. I do think however that for the price of the full version it should have more robust features like better graphs for income and spending types, a separate savings section with stocks and other types of stored assets, ect. I would also like to see more customization options with the home screens, maybe a more zoomed out look at the daily budget and the savings goals. Appreciate the work put into this app though, would recommend it to anyone wanting to start looking at their daily spending.

    4 Stars, Could be 5.. I love this app, it genuinely has me feeling happy to save because of how simple it is. I like how you can add things and remove them in seconds. The one thing it needs is a place to write notes. Maybe a spreadsheet option so that me and others could use. I like being able to track what I need to save, but having the option to write down everything would be awesome. - Mike

    Two complaints. Categories shuffle around based on how often you use them. I would like it to have an option to have the categories stay alphabetically sorted. Bug reporting via Reddit, instagram (really?), and built in iOS mail client. No git repo for proper bug reporting and not email listed. Everything else about this app is top notch.

    Almost Perfect. I have found this app extremely useful for budgeting with my husband (we just got married this year!) The only thing I would change is making the NAME of the “visible” wallet visible at all times. Me & my husband currently share 3 “wallets” one that is his account, one that is my account, and one that is the joint account. I also anticipate that in a few years I will be sharing additional wallets with each of my (future) children as they start learning about money. Having the name of the “visible” wallet visible would help with putting the correct line item expenses in the correct wallet the first time. *There was an update that made the name of the current wallet visible on the “today” screen which can be clicked on to switch wallets quickly. Thank you for that. It would be nice to also be able to see which wallet you are looking at on the “log” screen. I look forward to seeing this update as well!

    Great app with lots of planned updates. I’ve been using the Daily Budget app for a few years and purchased this one to try out the multi-budget feature. Without “continuous mode” (each month/time period resets to 0) I’ll need to use both apps for the multi-budget, which defeats the purpose of upgrading some. I did see that was listed as a planned feature and will update my review to 5 stars once that’s implemented. Other than my niche need, this is a great app and is already on-par with its predecessor. With the planned upgrades (the dev is very transparent and accessible via socials) this will be a clear upgrade. Other than continuous mode, the other upgrade I am most excited for is the ability to change wallets faster. I’m happy to have paid to support the dev while they’re putting together the updates as creating a great app like this takes money, and the 30$ is worth it in the long run. I have saved way more than 30$ or whatever I paid (it’s been awhile) using the previous app and expect to see the same benefit using this one (especially once continuous mode allows me to transition over completely).

    Very useful. I’m a longtime user of Daily Budget. I love how neither app needs to be linked to an account. The security aspect is fantastic! Saw this was available so I decided to download it. Definitely has some improvements and a refreshed look. Took a little while to get used to inputting monthly income and bills as I didn’t want to import my daily budget from a computer but I’m really liking this one. Missing the home screen widget, but, I’m sure that will be coming.
