   Content is great but…. The content is great but I constantly have to redownload the app because it’ll just won’t open after a while. I would love to have the problem resolved and be able to reliably access the app.

   Fraudulent company. No one responds to support when they charge you a ton of money after your trial ends and you realize the app isn’t even correct and doesn’t work for your cycle.

   App is broken. I’ve been such a fan of this app for years and have used it every day religiously. I loved it so much I even subscribed. The workouts and recipes have been amazing and I feel have really helped me get more in tune with my body. Over the past few weeks, however, it has become completely unusable. After bypassing the stuck loading screen and logging in manually, it still doesn’t load in any content. Each different tab of the app is stuck with a loading logo. And today, I tried to log in but it won’t send me a verification code to my email, after having done this multiple times before. I hope these issues are brought to the attention of the founder because it is unacceptable to pay for a subscription for an unusable app. Their website is down too so you can’t send a formal complaint. Please fix this.

    great for users with regular cycles. If you have a regular cycle that’s fairly predictable this is great. But for those of us who don’t, it’s not. I have a cycle that’s unpredictable and can last days longer than what the app lets me put in. For those reasons I’ve had to find a different app to track. I loved the features on this app but that fact that’s it’s not super adjustable for all people is sad. I would love to use the premium version but since I can’t put in my dates, I will not be using this app.

    Sad to Leave This App Behind. I used to absolutely love the 28 app and even had a membership with them because it genuinely helped me keep track of my menstrual cycle in a simple and reliable way. Unfortunately, for quite a while now, the app has had a major issue where I have to constantly delete and reinstall it just to get it to open and work properly. After dealing with this over and over again, I eventually had to cancel my membership because the app became too frustrating to use consistently. It’s honestly really disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite apps, but at this point I’m considering switching to another cycle tracking app entirely. I truly hope the developers fix these issues soon because the app has so much potential.

    Loading screen. Has been stuck on the loading screen for two + months now. In order to use the app I have to delete the app and redownload it and log back in. Have to do this everytime I want to open the app. I thought it was just me but found out others are having these issues as well

    Good when it works. I mistakenly purchased a year subscription. I couldn’t get my money back and that’s fine I came to terms with it because I like the app. However, the app hasn’t worked for months now. The loading bar won’t move unless I uninstall the app and reinstall it. I have contacted support twice and gotten no response. I’m very frustrated because I want to like the app

    Hasn’t opened in a month. Help needed: I bought the subscription, loved the app design and info provided. Problem is that I now can’t open the app. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my phone, tried the “app support button on the apps store and still the app doesn’t open.     Was great till it was neglected. The app concept is a good one and it was great when it first came out. Now the app has been neglected. There are no new updates and it shows. The app is very laggy, glitchy, and buggy. I would say 70 to 80% of the time when I go to open it it doesn’t even fully load to open. I’ve had no choice but to go to other apps to keep track of my cycle since I can’t even get into the app because it doesn’t load anymore. The recommendations and recipes and all of that in the opera great but they’re always the same. There’s no new updates, no new recipes, no new workouts, no new insights. After one cycle, it gets boring fast because they’re just reading the same things over and over again. Whoever created this app has neglected it and does not work on it anymore unfortunately.

    App does not open. I emailed the 28 team after paying for premium going on year two. I’d rate them 5 stars but it’s been a month and I haven’t heard back…. I payed premium price and the app isn’t opening for me…. No one has responded to me and this is the only app I use to track my period… I’m so disappointed.
