   Years of data lost. Pathetic excuse for a password manager. I lost years of data after my phone upgrade. I’ve had this app on different devices for years and now suddenly after the last update everything is gone. Junk software at best.

   Don’t do it. If your facial recognition stops working or you need to recover your password the only option is to reset app and loose everything. No recovery option.

   Very disappointed!. After several years of loving this program, I lost all of my data. Even having a backup would not help. I could not load the file after iOS update. I reached out to the developer and only heard crickets. Very disappointed.

   Terrible app. This app has become worthless for my iPad Pro ever since the update to iOS 15. Use to work great but now won’t even open. I have written to app support and they haven’t responded. It seems to me that they aren’t very concerned. For now it still works on my iPhone 13 but I am concerned every time Apple sends new updates. I am currently searching for a new password app that is more dependable.

   AT LEAST 3YRS OF PASSWORD LOST!!!. Just logged in after the iOS upgrade and it tells me my credentials aren’t saved. I contacted support and nothing!! All my passwords are lost. What type of app doesn’t allow a way to recover your login credentials?!?!? Find another app because this one is horrible!!!!

   Do Not Buy. Same as many others. Can no, longer see passwords because screen vanishes. Wrote to company at least 5 times with no response. App is useless.

    Zero Support. The app worked fine for awhile ,then they updated it…now Im unable to access my passwords…I think most know what a problem that is…Support doesnt seem to care..Tried contacting them numerous times….Crickets…Well screw them ,they arent the only password app…too bad I paid for the upgrade.

    It broke about 3 weeks ago. I’ve used this program for many many years and it has been wonderful. Then it broke! This is awful because it contains so much needed passwords and other financial info. I went to the Apple Store and they also worked on it, but could not get it to work. This is a real setback for me because I depend on it for so much. Can anything be done?

    This is terrible.. I’ve been using this app for over 10 years on my iPad2, and then on my iPad Pro. The latest version will not keep windows open. Upon selecting a favorite/subject the window slides open an then immediately slides closed. No way to fix it. I have asked for help with this, and received no response.

    Known catastrophic bug and no support. As others have already documented, once my iPad was upgraded to 15.6, the app no longer functioned properly. I am no longer able to open any of my entries without it immediately “jumping” back to the Favorites page. Consequently, I am no longer able to view any of my passwords. This effectively destroys all of my information as I am no longer able to access it. I’ve attempted to contact support several times over the past 2 weeks with no response. The developer needs to fix the bug ASAP. If they don’t, word will quickly spread that this product is worse than useless; it will actually block you from viewing your own personal data.

    Update rendered app inoperable. Since the update, cannot access any of the data. Screen slides back to listing within seconds, won’t allow time to view, let alone enter, edit, see password. I have filled out the customer support 5 times, with no response. I have had the paid version for years. There IS No APP Support! It will be a HUGE inconvenience to restore data to a different program.

    Very dissapointed. I purchased and used the pro version of iPassSafe for many year but at the last automatic update the program would crash any time I tried to open and category and file. I emailed support since I can’t find a phone number. It has been almost 2 week and nobody has replied. I’m screwed and the support staff doesn’t seem to care. I have a massive number of passwords in my file along with other critical confidential data but have no way to get to it. Massively disappointed loyal customer here! Since they won’t help long-term customers this review has been my only recourse.

    15.11/15.12 Updates messed this perfect app up. After the new updates; you cannot access your passwords to edit them, the page closes too fast. When you go to settings and try to click on favorites the app closes. Please fix ASAP so we can access our passwords

    After Update to 15.12 app is not stable. App was working fine until update to 15.12 now settings are missing and will not save any changes. Recovery is even worse in that I can no longer import backup files I want. The app also auto backs up the database file so only options is to retrieve the backup that it in use.

    All is LOST!. I had used this app for years without problems. I liked it! Months ago I went to use it and EVERYTHING was GONE! BLANK! It behaved as if I was now a new user, just starting out!! I would NEVER use this app or creator again! As far as I know, the CCP now has all of my passwords and personal information!! Scary actually!!

    Lost years of passwords!. Twice now I’ve lost everything I had saved on this app. The first time I was able to read some online articles to recover some of my data. This time-no luck! I’m done using this app!

    Used it and loved it..until. Used it and loved it for long time. One day it is all gone. Logged in and there’s nothing there. All my info hundreds of records were lost forever with recovery or support. Be careful!

    Frustrating App. I lost all my contents twice. One with iPassSafe + Suddenly both the times the app asked for password which did not work(the password was genuine) and became blank. I again installed it but did not keep any information as it not trustworthy. NEVER BUY. Apple store should discard this type of unhealthy app.

    Pathetic App. This has been such a bad experience to have the paid version of this application. At one of the updates, it deleted all of the stored data. It is not recommended at all. Plz be careful.

    Unreliable Horrible App-Stay Away!. Purchased this app and added years of passwords. The app forced an update to iPassSafe which erased ALL of my information! Attempted to load back up but that would not work either. All passwords gone. Why in the world an app maker would do this is beyond me. Stay away!

    Horrible app. Several times I have entered information in this app. Several times I have tried to open the app & am required to enter a new passcode. When I do ALL of the information I spent hours entering are gone, deleted!! So, again I enter the passwords and again today I needed to look up a password I was required to create a new passcode. I did now the file is wiped clean! The first time this happened I thought I had accidentally hit something wrong. Entered all of my passwords then bam! I get the login screen telling me to enter a new passcode. I wrote to support and I was told to create an .idb file so I did. Well, that file is gone as well!!! What a waste of money!!

    Stay away.. I have had the paid version of these app foe a fee years now. It seemed to work fine until recently. The app overrides your password and asks to enter 0000 for you to create a nee password. If you do that all your entries WILL BE GONE. I have it on my ipad too and was able to transfer the entries back on my iPhone. Today, it did the same thing again. It keeps deleting your entries. I have reached out to the developer but that’s like talking in a vacuum. No answers at all.

    No Longer Reliable. I used this app for many years and loved it till recently. The past 2 months, I lost my data twice. Developer don’t seem to care. I am now going to mSecure as an alternate. Many of my co-workers use it, so I’m jumping ship. I suggest you stay far away from this app. It’s very inconvenient when you need a password and the app resets to you starting in day 1 with nothing in it.

    This software is unreliable.. I used this software for a while, maybe 2 years. Long enough to become dependent on it. Twice in the last month all of my information disappeared. The first time I realized I didn’t have cloud backup turned on . But I did the second time. I had been entering my info and backing it up. Then the crash and I find out the cloud data is empty. I emailed the company but have not received a response. I did a quick search on line and found out this is a common problem. I don’t recommend this software.
