   Annoyed Customer. Pics wont save. It randomly deletes a pic I upload. Hope upgrading to Pro solves this as they don't have info regarding what Pro does/benefits. Twelve hours later…still no response from Support.

    Stuck in a perpetual sign in loop. I have sworn by this app for years…but for the last month, when I log in it gets stuck in a perpetual sign in loop rendering me unable to access any of my photos. When you click on “app support” it just takes you back to the login screen which is now precluding me from getting support. So frustrated that I’m unable to access my stuff in a time of need.

    Love this app but confused... So I have been using your app basically since lunch. I’ve already had one discrepancy where you did a security update many years ago and I got locked out of my app and lost so many photos. I recently had an issue since iOS 16 came out and lost a batch of back ups. After doing a lot of restoring, I finally was able to get back into the app and recover use of my latest photos. I have not had an issue for years until now. I tried to import my photos back into the app like I have in the past without a problem except now they show up in the app on my computer through iTunes, but not actually in the app. I also keep getting prompt to all of a sudden subscribe.. I paid for this app a long time ago. I go through restore purchases, and the subscription goes away, but lingers in the settings and still nothing works accordingly. Very frustrated.

    Password Ineffective. My password function does not work at all. Any 4 digit number unlocks the app. I’ve tried to contact the app manufacturer and never got a response.

    I have used this for years no problem then poof GONE. I used this app for years with no major issues. Yes sometimes it’s quirky but I can deal. New phone. Restored. NOTHING!!! I AM BEYOND ANGRY right now!

    DO NOT USE THIS APP !!!. Apparently I accidentally put my Netflix account and password in this app to secure it while out camping, all of a sudden my Netflix account gets hacked I do believe it’s from in-house of the developer a guy name Gus. Winnie and changed my email and add it for other users the only way I found out was he upgraded to premium package which was charged to my credit card…. So Gus you have been turned in. Hope you enjoyed the week of viewing Netflix on my account… you thieve !!!!

    I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!. I trusted this app and i saved a lot of important pictures on here and one day my app just stopped working and i had no choice but to delete it and try to restore again and nothing good happen, all my bn pics were deleted and i try to contact you 3x and you guys keep ignoring me. All i want is to know if it’s possible to retreat my pictures back and how even if i have to pay for it. At least write back so i know what’s going on.

    Stabbed In The Back Here. Don’t appreciate buying your app out right, and then all of a sudden being told for all the bells and whistle’s and improvements I have to pay a subscription price. When I paid you the first time, that was to include all the updates that were available for your app. Now I have to pay for all of the new benefits? I realize developers have to wait, but so do I. If I had to convert all of the apps (on my iPad) I have bought into “subscriptions”, I would be paying thousands of dollars every year for these silly apps. Watch Out people! The ethics here is really low..

    Deleted all photos in ios14 upgrade. Deleted everything I had stored for years after the ios14 upgrade. Beware and back up your things elsewhere

    Was great at first. I loved the app at first, but after an update a few years ago I lost ALL of my pictures then I updated it this week and it happened again!! I’ve emailed the developer 3 times asking for help, but have heard absolutely nothing from them! So disappointing

    Was great until iPhone 11. I’ve really enjoyed this app and found it a great “safe” for both pictures and video but I just got the iPhone 11 and I’m unable to open the app. I’m hoping this bug will get fixed quickly

    Disappointed. I can’t save my videos anymore. Originally I had picture safe. Then I upgraded to the pro in 2010 (which I paid for) I’ve had this app for years, and had no problems until now.
