   I lost all my important photos. I’m really upset. The app had a bug and I lost all my photos. I had saved pictures of my late husband there so I wouldn’t have to see them every time I opened my regular album—and now they’re all gone.

   Does this app still work?. I am trying to login after not using the app for a long time, but I only get a scientific calculator. Any idea what keys am I supposed to hit after entering my secret code? I have tried to find the instructions on how to access the photos but can’t find anything anywhere. It seems this app just became a regular calculator…

   Crappy app. I had this app paid subscription for 3 years One month ago I forgot my password Therefore I change my password to a new one, when I went back to the app, I had lost all my 4 albums of pictures. I didn’t think that by changing password you would lose all my info. I call Apple they try to help me, but of course this app is not Apple. Apparently all my 4 albums are gone The only thing I got back was 14 pictures of break in, me trying to get my password to work Think about it before you throw 7.99 and loose all your info

    How Stupid!. They work hard to create an app that discreetly hides your personal items behind an app icon that you can even change to look more inconspicuous, but the name under the app icon still has the word “Locker” in it? How stupid! What good is an app icon that looks like a calculator, but has the word, “LOCKER” underneath it?!?! Dumb.

    Where’s the calculator?. This is supposed to be a secret photo (and more) vault disguised as a calculator but when you launch the app a non-calculator password screen comes up - then it brings you to your photo library after inputting the password. Where’s the calculator??? You have to drive into a few folders/settings to find it and launch it. Ridiculous - kind of defeats the purpose.

    Password isnt working and it wont let me reset it either. For some reason the app is not letting me access it or change my password so I cannot access any of my photos

    Took my money. Got this because my mosey mom likes to go through my pictures sometimes (I’m 19) and I got premium for $1.99 a month and it never registered that I paid for it and kept trying to get me to buy it again after already paying.

    Needs work and seems like a rip off. Paid for the lifetime last year and now it wants me to pay like this never took place. Does lifetime mean only one year to those behind this app? Also, there’s no editing for pics. Like a simple crop option would of been nice. Now it won’t let me add anything to it since it wants me to pay again.

Alright guys, I’ve never left a review on any app before, but I just spent $7.99 to be disappointed so here we go: ***OH MY GOD IM NOT EVEN DONE WRITING MY REVIEW BECAUSE THIS APP SCREWED ME OVER BEFORE I COULD POST IT ——— I went into the app and clicked the settings to make sure everything I put in here was true and that I wasn’t mixing up what each price tier offered.... and so I CLICKED AT THE TOP PORTION WHERE IT SAYS “Premium Features,” and underneath that - “Unlimited photo and video storage.” It’s in the purple box at the top, right above the change password option. AND IT AUTOMATICALLY PURCHASED!!!!!! ***IT DIDNT COMFIRM IT, IT DIDNT OFFR ANY DETAILS ON WHAT YOU WOULD GET, IT LITERALLY WAS TITLED EXACTLY AS I WROTE. I am livid. This is unbelievable. I already cancelled the subscription before this so I didn’t risk getting billed another $7.99, and now I got charged again WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Review: • You can only change the app icon from a calculator to one of 5 other choices. They all have a lock as the picture... I’m assuming it’s for people to know that your secret album is a secret?? Also it says “1Locker Spa” as the app name. Definitely not weird or suspicious. • After you put in your passcode, the app opens right up to your albums. The best part about that is for every album it shows a preview picture of what’s in it. It shows the first picture in that album, so download some kittens or puppy pictures that you can move to the first spot in the album. • The app had three albums already ready to go for you to add pictures in to get started. They are titled: Private, Main Album, and Selfie. No you cannot delete them. In fact you can’t delete any albums. • If you were wondering, “well, can I just rename the album as something else?” The answer is no, no you cannot. So make sure you spell the name of it right the first time because you can’t change the title, not ever. • They offer two choices for how the album list is ordered. How generous of them to offer a choice for something. You can choose to have the albums ordered “By Name,” or “By Modified.” It would be nice if you could make the order yourself, or even recently viewed, or something. **** I was going to write other flaws on this app but I’m finished giving it more of my time. I plan to complain to Apple and also to the developers to get my money back. This is the worst app I’ve ever used and I’ll die on this hill before I let them take my money, and LITERALLY STEAL MY MONEY FROM ME BY USING SCUMMY, MANIPULATIVE TACTICS TO FORCE YOU INTO BUYING THE MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION THEY OFFER*** Originally I said 0 stars, but actually it’s -5. So yeah, my review wasn’t finished because there are other flaws, so I’ll wrap this up by saying don’t buy the app. If you want to, I recommend taking $8 and lighting it on fire instead. That would be less disappointing and cost less in the long run.

    You have to pay monthly fee. You have to pay a monthly fee for the app. So basically to store you own data on your own phone your paying a service fee for something that is not a service but a simple tool. I’d pay $5 once for the app but you developers that want monthly fees can F off. I got too many bills already I’m not paying more monthly fees or subscriptions especially for something that uses no bandwidth requires no servers and is likely made by the Chinese to spy on people.

    Keeps asking for more $. I loved the app when I first purchased it, but after a month it stopped letting me save anything. I bought the lifetime $9.99 option when I downloaded it, but now it keeps asking to pick a payment option. It’d be a great app if it worked and lifetime meant lifetime.

    Updates = Fraud. Ever since the latest update where it prompts you to select a subscription...it hasn’t worked. You try to use any of the premium features you just paid for (chose life subscription) and the purchase options pop up again. Apple tells you you have already purchased. Eternal loop. Complete waste of money. Been an ongoing issue for well over a month. No acknowledgement, no update and no premium services I paid for.

    Paid for subscription but it won’t work. I’ve not used this app very long and don’t have a great deal of content in it. Why will it not allow me to add any new images or new albums? It invariably takes me to the subscription page and wants me to subscribe - which I have now done TWICE. Then I get the message that I am subscribed until January 31, 2021...so why will it not let me use the app?? I’m getting frustrated. I only want to get what I already paid for! Fix this, and I’ll be happy to remove the comment, because I think this app is just what I want — when it works! Addendum: it appears this app is continuing to take my money for nuance subscription when I have ALREADY paid for lifetime subscription! Now it won’t even let me add new photos - it just takes me right back to the PAY screen. This needs to be fixed like YESTERDAY. Is anybody listening??

    Malfunction. Recently the app had been giving me problems with the “Notes” section. Whenever I try to open any of my folders, I am immediately exited from the app and therefore have no way of retrieving any of my personal information. I hope this bug/malfunction is fixed because I really want my information back.
