   If you change or break phone no data recovery. chose this app for a certification that required daily notes, thinking the PDF export would be perfect for sharing with my professor. It worked well—until my phone broke. After reinstalling, all my data was gone. No warning about needing a backup, no cloud recovery. Now I’ve lost weeks of work with no way to prove it. Very disappointing.

   Seriously?. A diary app that has ads. I’d rather buy a lock box and write manually than deal with a crappy ad every time I move from one tab to the next.

   App locked me out. I used this app every single day, several times a day and one day my password just stopped working. I emailed the developer and never received a response. All my journal entries for the last two years are inaccessible!

   Does not save your diary entries!!. After spending a ton of time and energy writing all my feelings down, plus documenting things I need to discuss, a pop up comes up out of know where and everything I typed is lost before I have a chance to save it. It is beyond frustrating!! And it’s happened on many occasions. For that reason I DO NOT recommend this app, unless your time and energy is of NO value to you!!

   I was busy dictating and everything I wrote disappeared. I was writing an entry and a bar appeared that said close or save after I had written a couple of paragraphs. I wasn’t done saying what I wanted to say so I kept talking and then all of a sudden the whole thing vanished, and everything I had written was gone. Thanks a lot. App deleted.

   Crashes. Disappointing. I downloaded it (so it’s an up to date app). I started writing for the first time. It randomly crashes the app and the entire note is gone if you don’t save every .2 milliseconds. Journaling is supposed to be somewhat calming but this is just irritating. Deleting app.

   Advertisements. The ads are very intrusive. I would gladly pay a small one-time fee to get rid of them.

    Keeps force closing itself. I thought it would be a good app until every time I started jotting my thoughts down the app would just close itself. Made me lose everything I wrote down.

    Worst app ever. This app could have more details and options . I tapped “ close” by mistake and it just exited out without double asking . I feel sad because I was expressing myself and now the entire entry is gone .I don’t even have the motivation to write again!

    Daily logs. For some reason when i put an entry on one day, it copies to every day. I can’t put in separate entries.

    No pdf option. I have changed my phone and lost all the data I’ve written. There’s no way how to save it in pdf. I wouldn’t use this app at all to keep a journal

    THIS APP IS A WASTE. I bought this app for my 11 year old daughter, and it lasted only one day. The next day she came to it and most of her diary entry had disappeared. Do not buy this app. It’s a waste!

    A year wasted.. I wrote in this for a year, then got a new phone and when I downloaded this diary again to log in, I discovered you can’t. I lost all those entries.....

    Good but..... Well I just downloaded it and started to put my first entry in. I was about 3 sentences in the app just closed itself. It wasn’t a big deal since I had just started it but oh man am I mad now!!! I literally wrote like an essay. I’ve been thinking and typing for the past 30-35 min and guess what??? It freaking closed itself!AGAIN!!!!!! Well at this point I’m not gonna risk it and write all that again and lose it because it shuts off so I’m done with it till there’s an update I guess. Oh if the update won’t address this issue or if it takes long time to get an update, I’ll just delete it. In fact, right after I submit this review, I may go on to the App Store and find a different app and start with that! I’m sorry! I gave it a chance twice and it just didn’t work for me... Good luck whoever is downloading it.

    Awful. I hate this app. I’ve been using it for a year now and I regret writing with it so much. When you write long enough the screen shakes and you can’t see what you are writing. Ads pop up constantly and if you don’t save it correctly you loose your whole entry. Do not get this app

    Password. I forgot my password and I have used my email to reset the password many times. The new password is not going to my email address that’s associated with it. This is aggravating that it is not coming to my email address. This application is not good for me with this situation going on.

    C.S is horrible. Tried several times to reset password but it has to send it to you through an email. Requested the email be sent several times and have never received one. Checked junk/spam mail and nothing. Filled out c.s form several days ago and never got any kind of response back from them either. Completely useless when I can’t even retrieve what I have already put into it.

    Can’t reset password. I started using this for a day. I set a password. Second day I tried to use it and I can’t get in. Even though it says it sent to my email, nothing has been sent. Disappointed.

    Doesn’t lock. Completely defeats the purpose of needing a password protected app if it won’t lock the second you shut it down. I can keep going back into the app with no password

    Can't change view to landscape??. I just downloaded this app a few minutes ago and am already disappointed. My iPad case has a key board so when I write, I turn my iPad to landscape view to use that keyboard. I can't do that with this app????

    No PDF export option on Apple iPhone. Awful. Falsely advertised- said there was a PDF option but turns out that option is just for Android.

    ok app. i actually like this app i can write all my things and express my feelings but i hate the fact that you cant recover all your entries. Like if you mess your phone up you cant get none of your stuff back and sometimes the pictures dont load like you go to the picture page and it just sit there and says its loading but your just sitting there for hours.

    2nd time!!. Update: I can't copy & paste either!🤨 This is the 2nd time I’ve lost all of my information in the app! It reset itself as if it didn’t recognize me, maybe because I got a new phone? But everything else transferred in other apps, websites, without me losing data.
