   Biometrics stopped working and restore database broken. Biometrics stopped working on my iPhone.Made a full encrypted backup, reinstalled the app and I am unable to restore encrypted database. I sent three messages to developers and support in attempts to recover my large password database. Unfortunately, never received a response. fortunately Never received a response. I still hope they respond with a fix. I will update the review if they come with a fix.

    URL Links Don’t Work. Just purchased the PRO version and the URL Links or Website Links don’t work! Other apps, you click on the URL and it automatically opens the link in your Search Engine. This app is terrible for this feature?

    HELP. I don’t know what you all did but somehow you broke the app with the last update. I got a message saying I needed to enter my last Master password and I did and now the app just closes every time I typed the password in or I use my biometrics to log in. when I do the app just closes immediately. I can’t get any of my passwords and I need them. I don’t understand why you messed stuff up when everything was working fine. I’ll change my review based on how long it takes you to fix this. the app is wonderful I do wish the iOS version was a little more like the android version but that’s the only group I have. Overall the app is perfect and does everything I’ve needed to do and I’ve had it for over five year now. maybe more, and I love it. I just don’t know why this happened. please issue a fix or something as soon as possible. I’m sending listing email as well.

    The Worst. I set up the app, keep entering the PW and it tells me it is wrong. I kept screen shot in my notes since they tell you there is no way to recover the master PW (which in itself is ridiculous) It tried to do the reset password but the app tells me the info is incorrect. Considering I never entered a PW into it since I downloaded it yesterday...not sure how the answers can be wrong. Useless

    Extremely under developed. I just purchased Family Pro, not sure why! This app is very underdeveloped, not easy to figure out, it has no instructions, i have ‘pocket’ which used to wallet, but the developer stop updating it, that was (is) the best password app, shame is no longer available, plus it was never available for Iphones. Hence why I’m stuck with this one on my iphone. 🤨

    Transferring entries between devices is impossible. Although this is one the better and easier to use password managers, copying entries for one device to another is impossible.

    Not happy. No idea why I’m locked out. I’ve used face recognition the whole time I’ve had this app. But I don’t have the password to get back onto our own passwords by identifying questions or something! All my business passwords are on there. Fix this. I don’t recommend this app when those no solutions to give us.

    Lost Passwords. I had to get a new phone and when I moved all my apps this app didn’t have all my passwords. Now I have to start from scratch and have a paper backup.

    Unable to access anything. I’ve had this app for three years and suddenly I’m unable to access anything. I cannot log in with biometrics, nor my password. Everything is lost, including passwords that I have stored for my elderly parents. Update: This is the response I received from the developer. Dear user, if you don’t insert your password correctly, we cannot support you further as it is you obligation to remember the master password. We don’t have access on that as if we would, the app wouldn’t be secure. We have extended though the period of allowing you using the Biometrics. Keep in mind either to see your master password or to upgrade. "

    Lost all my passswords. App updated now will not accept any of my usual passwords. I normally use fingerprint but after update, that no longer works either.

    Disappointed. I had been using this app for a long time now. After the new upgrade it asked me to put in my password. I put in my master password and it wouldn’t open. I contacted support for assistant and Niko tried to help me but was unable to determine what the problem was and therefor all my passwords are lost. The point of this app is to be able to access your passwords immediately and to have a place where all your passwords are stored. I now have none of my passwords and basically was told “sorry”.

    New Update. I’ve loved this app for awhile now but now can’t access anything now. With the new update the Face ID doesn’t work and typing the master password in isn’t getting me anywhere. Incredibly frustrating to lose so many passwords.

    App update removed Face ID. I can’t get into my app due to the update. So I’ve deleted it. It is now crap. It was very useful until now. Why would a developer do such a thing? I’ll search for something else. In the meantime I’ll have a lot of issues since this was my go to app. What a bummer

    Don’t delete. There was a stupid update that like didn’t let you into the app anymore and wouldn’t scan the Face ID and then I knew my master password and put it in but then it still didn’t let me in and said something was wrong and then I tried to delete and reinstall the app and now all my passwords are gone so that’s just great
