   Locked out nice upgrade. App updated now it will only stay open and running for less than 15 seconds will no longer scan the QR code and authenticate me so I am unable to access my Zaho account

    Oneauth. The only man made creation that comes close to being as bad and unusable as this app is possibly Zoho mail itself. Im considering quitting my job so I dont ever have to deal with this aggravating and useless PoS again

    Locked out!. Like other reviewers, I tried the multi factor product this app offered and I am now unable to access my primary account. I have been going back-and-forth with emails from the developer, and instead of simply disabling one authority so that I can access my zoho email account they keep sending me links that result in the same process over and over with still no access to my account. It’s extremely frustrating and I guess Zoho is definitely not the email I need nor is the one authority app.

    When a person changes device it is a nightmare. When a person changes their phone and don’t have access to some saved token, it becomes a nightmare. The sign in options are also very very misleading and the use of terminology like OTPT etc just do t add up. Need to refine this.

    Loops don’t add security. Links account to a physical piece of hardware. If lost, must use a code you must find after years of storage. To reauthenticate it’s necessary to loop back to the old hardware. Terrible system from a use standpoint. Very fragile. Forces recovery codes to be held in insecure location to guard against being locked out.

    confusing options. google authenticator is so much simpler. push notifications didn‘t work. hope i just did not set myself up for a lot of wasted time in the furture

    Terrible. Wastes time, doesn’t work, doesn’t help anything. Very bad. They didn’t think of anything. Imagine you get a new phone. Guess their plan is you get a new job too. Or maybe they just didn’t think about anything. Why is such a bad product existing?

    Can’t Verify. I tried to login and it tells me I have to verify on the app itself to be able to sign into the app. That doesn’t make sense at all. When I tried logging in with a password, it crashed the app. I’m basically locked out.
