   Cool but lacks inclusivity. Just downloaded this app and it seems cool. But when I got to what my goal is there were only two options - lose or maintain weight. I need to track my food to help me gain weight. I could select maintain weight but that’s not really my goal. Leaving a 1 star in hopes the dev team see this and put in another category for people that would like to use their app to return to a healthy weight by tracking their food and gaining weight.

   Calories gone now !!!. Features keep disappearing. They keep pushing towards the Premium...currently looking for another app. I have lost 54 lbs but don’t want to be pressured into spending lots of money on an app. Very disappointed that the calories are now gone from the free version. Not going to pay for this app!!! All of my weight loss data disappeared and is nowhere to be found. I lost 20 lbs and had created foods entered. All gone! App is crap.

   Now extra charges to use!. I’ve used this app in the past- PAID the one time charge for it. Now they want to charge me monthly for something I was always able to do before…. Create meals, edit foods, etc. NOT happy and not cool that you can change costs without people approving. Dirty pool!!!! DELETING APP. I’ll go back to Myfooddiary.

   Stupid. You have to find the exact food beforehand too many steps, for example I had coffee this morning it was black with sugar. I had to erase with sugar and find plain coffee, then find some just with sugar not like Starbucks. Trust me it took a lot’s of scrolling and going back and forth to find exactly what I needed. As soon as I send this it will be deleted.

   Avoid this developer- unfair biz practices. I bought this app years ago as a one time purchase before they moved to a subscription model. Rather than just add a new app to the app store with better features for subscription while leaving those who purchased it the option to keep their paid app or move to the upgraded subscription version at cost, they updated the original app and treated former customers like me as though I never paid outright for the use of the original app. Disrespectful indeed! In order to get features I had in the paid app, they wanted me to upgrade to a subscription! I refused as I wondered what else they’d take later if I did that. I wrote them and got no response, no resolution, no refund, nothing. Imagine my surprise (not!) browsing through apps years later and happening upon it again, only to see a complaint by someone else where they got no response after they updated and wound up losing former functionality and gaining a hefty price tag! This company has horrible business practices and I just wanted to second what the other angry user said because after all this time, they’re still doing the same thing! Even if they offered them to be grandfathered in (I doubt that wasn’t just for show because reviews can be seen by the public), I say BUYER BEWARE!

   I wanted to like this app. I upgraded to pro so I could use the smart points option. There was no way to preview this in free version. It took less than 24 hours to realize not what I needed The overly complicated steps to try and “tag” something for zero points is ridiculous. There’s no easy way to change something. I canceled the subscription within 24 hours. I didn’t expect this to be an exact duplicate of the app I was trying to replace. I’m OK with learning something new. I’m just annoyed with the promises of being similar to what I needed with paid upgraded. Give a two day or three day trial. Seeing “ In a future update, we plan on adding…” in the help section is frustrating. With all of my frustration, I think the app is good as a stand-alone product. It’s just NOT a good replacement for WW app IMO. For me it’s a one star, but could work for others.

   Disappointed. Well, I tried to start the program, the app instructed me to follow each step to start, when it got to your starting weight I entered that and hit the “next” button, then it asked me to enter my goal weight and when I did it would not let me enter that number and said something about your goal weight can’t be more than current ?? Very weird, so I deleted, not worth the effort of trying to figure this out.

    NOW HAVE ADS. I purchased this app 5 years ago… now all of a sudden I have ads and must pay for a subscription to get rid of them. I already purchased it previously… it doesn’t make sense to now have to pay for a SUBSCRIPTION.

    Just deleted it. A ‘bug’ appeared on my Protracker icon, I presume to notify me of something. I visited all menu items, and no notice popped up to explain. I have no time for an app that indicates it has something to tell me and then gives me no way to find out what that is.

    Customer service is the worst. App constant crashes and wipes most or all data off of it, it will auto renew membership without a heads up and they refuse refunds, Avoid at all costs.

    Keeps crashing, can’t even use. I upgraded to the paid version, and now I can’t even get the app to stay open. I expect a lot more from a paid app, especially since I don’t usually fork out money for something that other apps could do better for free. I have already restarted the app and my phone, and tried to delete and redownload the app and it still won’t work.

    Fake Upgrade. I downloaded this app and upgraded to premium for 1 month as a trial. The upgrade never went through. They took my $4.99 and never fixed the problem. I have emailed the developer 2x with no response. Do not upgrade to premium, it does not work at all. I’m just glad I didn’t try the upgrade for the year. I would have been out $24.99. It’s so sad they take your money and don’t help you.

    Very disappointed Something is wrong!. Even the old Weight Watchers the points we're way off and it's a real shame your app has so much potential if you could only get the points right 😔 I guess all the positive reviews never use the weight watchers app I don't know how they could be so positive because the points of Pro Tacker are so inaccurate you can go off 25 to 30 points a day because of all the discrepancies in points differences where Pro Tracker can be as high as three points off with weight watchers points and if you have more than one of these items your points are going to be way off every day! And now you wait allowed points doesn't work anymore ever since they came out with the cloud I have not upgraded to use the cloud why should I pay for something that doesn't work guess I have to go back to weight watchers! How can you charge a monthly fee when the app doesn't work the only thing that works is you can track what you eat but by their points being so not you will never lose weight with this app since I left weight watchers and using this app with the points not being accurate i have gained all my weight back! Instead of coming out with a cloud they should come out with more accurate points I find out that the points away or from weight watchers I wish they were more accurate with this app Worst of all they never get back to you there is no tech-support at all 😔Points are not accurate very disappointing been on this app since I left weight watchers because of the points are so far off gained 40 pounds back measuring everything just like weight watchers but the points are very inaccurate very disappointing Rice crispy treat's the app shows two points but yet weight watchers and her shows four points so this is why you run into a lot of difficulties if they get the app right with the points it's a great app but if you want to gain weight use this app Worst of all tech-support never gets back to you😔 Please Fix your points calculations to be more accurate

    Can’t track anything since update. Used this app for years but now I can’t track anything or have access to any of my saved foods. Every time I hit “track” app just crashes. Tried to contact support via email, that was 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. Disappointed....

    Bugs bugs bugs. I paid for this app and I used to love it. Lost 25 pounds. Recently it doesn’t work. Crashes every time I try to add foods to my diary. Won’t search the internet anymore. My wife is having the same issues. Not sure if they are discontinuing the app or not.

    Was excellent, then perfect, now frustrating. I think this app is great, but . . . I have an issue now that infuriates me. I purchased Premium and am paid up through Sept. 2019. The app kept freezing and so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now I’m getting the ads and I can’t track the “Checks” (water, etc.). When I go to “upgrade to Premium” it acknowledges that I am on Premium but I still can’t work the app as though I actually AM on Premium. I have gone to Support several times and have gotten NO RESPONSE. Maybe this rating will get a response. Helloooo??? Is anybody there?

    Not worth it - ripoff. I paid for the pro version but the upgrades never came. Contacted customer service and they promised to get back with me within 48 hours. After multiple attempts I counted it as a loss and deleted the app! They obviously don’t value their customers. Was a major ripoff! 0 stars is more appropriate.

    Keeps crashing!! No help from support!. This app used to work great. Now every time I try to switch the mode of tracking, it crashes. This has been going on for over a week. I deleted and re-installed this app at least 5 times. I’ve tried creating a new account, I’ve tried everything and it keeps crashing! I also emailed support with no response! Upsetting I’ve paid so much money to use an app that won’t work! Don’t purchase!

    Automatic renewal makes it impossible to quit if you pay. I paid for a one year subscription to this app and was happy with it until it automatically renewed after a year and left me zero option to cancel. I was sent the same link when I contacted the company and it had no place to unsubscribe on it. Do not pay for the premium unless u are ready to continue paying every year. I still don’t know what do to and how to get myself off their app yearly renewal. Super problematic...

    Frustrated!. I initially liked this app a lot when I first purchased it! It met all my needs and did all it promised to do. Then suddenly it will no longer work correctly with my fit bit app. Originally the apps linked fine...now it is hit and miss. If I want the app to sync with Fitbit I have to go into permissions and then some times it will sync sometimes it doesn’t. When it does sync it will not correct previous days. I have contacted administrator 3 times! After the 3rd time I got a generic response saying they are looking into it. I have not heard anything since. It is still not working. I bought a year subscription and will not be renewing if this does not get corrected!

    Disrespecting their customers.. Like so many who have given this app one star, I bought the app as a one time purchase a few years ago. I am now going to find out if there’s an option to complain to the iTunes Store about this company’s business practices. I was sold one thing, then, about a year ago, I get an “update” that takes features that I previously paid for and locks them behind a pay wall. My husband luckily never updated his app and he still has the points calculator and the meal builder & other features, with no monthly subscription. How unfair is that? I understand the company wants to make money, but this was deceptive. I would love to know if it’s possible to restore the app as I purchased it through iTunes. I plan to research that. When it happened, I sent an inquiry to the company through the “contact us” in the app. No one ever reached out to me. It’s a shame because I would have given the app as I purchased it a high rating. It’s not worth the price of a subscription though. Not even close. They should have raised the one-time purchase price, so only new customers would be affected.

    Upgrade. After using basic plan which was great they asked for Me to Upgrade for improved features at no charge. I should of never changed. Now my meals created I can’t access because now the app Requires a monthly or premium subscription. What a shame. Or Maybe shame on me for fixing something that wasn’t broke after losing 50 pounds. And with the upgrade all my previous tracking was deleted. I will Now delete app App.
