   Credit card REQIRED. They make you create an account and sign up and then show you their very expensive plans. The minimum is $15 per month. There are a ton of good notetaking apps out there not to mention apples free notes.

   Crashed. I just missed recording a very important meeting, there is some issue and I couldn’t get it to work. Odd this thing crashes after my free test days. I’d like to cancel and get my money back please. Also went to the help area and that was crashed as well. Please refund and delete this app from my phone.

   No free trial. If you're going to offer a three day trial, then you need to allow access to the app… I was really frustrated because I want to try to see if your app works for my needs and yet you don't allow any access to the app without forcing your customer to end the free trial and to be immediately charged ! What's the point of offering a free trial if you don't give access to your entire apps capabilities?? it never ceases to amaze me how stupid companies are and how they treat their customers. Also, during my trial today, I copy and pasted a Ted talk link into HyNote and all it gave me was a full description of Ted talks. It didn't give him one bit of information about the video nor did it transcribe the video in any way! This app has immediately failed me And I've only been trying to use it for 15 minutes - also nowhere on the HyNote website gives me access to any troubleshooting via chat - if I had the capability of figuring out the troubles, I was running into within the first 15 minutes of trying to figure out this app I might have stuck with it… I'm already annoyed so I immediately canceled my subscription!!

   TEMPORARY ISSUE!!!. i’ve had this less than a day and paid for a subscription of almost $18 a month to use this for college and it won’t let me log in.. this is a scam. it deleted my first day of schools lecture recordings the day i recorded them. SCAM!!!

   Has never worked for any IPAD based lectures. Update : 6 months still no refund , multiple emails, app is useless for IPAD based lessons. Company will not refund. BUYERS AVOID. Much better solutions elsewhere. Let my pain be your warning. Update: Still no refund despite numerous attempts beginning day 1 of purchase. Do not trust this vendor. Simply unable to transcribe or note take on any lesson being conducted thru the IPAD. Company promises a refund in the purchase rules but does not honor the refund even when requested the same day of the purchase. Have been emailing the, repeatedly for 2 weeks. With no response or refund. That is over $100 of a users hard earned money swindled. Learn from my loss. Do not trust this company. Countless emails and time and money wasted. Hopefully I save you from the same.

    Just tell me the real price. I saw the real time notes transcription so I thought I’d see the price. It says free trial them 89 dollars. I thought well maybe if its awesome. Then the first thing I do is try to record meeting notes and it now says I have to upgrade to premium to get that feature and thats actually 130 dollars. Stupid. Just tell me the real price and stop playing games of hide the real cost. Uninstalled and unsubscribed.

    Sorry! Temporary Issue 🤬. I’ve had this app less than a week and it’s only worked a handful of times. I’m paying for a premium subscription too!! I don’t mind paying for it if it works but so far all it’s been able to do is record a few meetings and provide bulleted notes. And the notes I had to wait overnight for because when I tried to generate them I received the following message: “Sorry! There is a temporary Issue. Please try again later!” This message comes up all👏🏼the👏🏼time👏🏼. Today I tried uploading an audio file. Nope. Same message. I tried using a URL. Nope. Same message. I tried turning off my phone and turning it back on. Logging into the app. Deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. I’m close to asking for my money back.

    Read the one star reviews!!. I’m so disappointed in this.. there’s a monthly limit for time regardless of the package you purchase. You read that right.. You just spent over $120 to get to use this like a trial run.. On a software note, it’s pretty good .. the translation could use a little work along with the transcript but all in all pretty good. But the hidden fees to actually be able to use the platform is infuriating. Had I known the limitations I would’ve completely skipped over this app… which I guess is why they decided to hide it.. I went back and saw other reviews siding the same thing and really wish I would’ve seen them before.

    The worse. In the begging it’s a good app and after a few months it gets bad because the money in my Apple Card started disappearing by bits because of this app after I unsubscribed.

    Beware - Don’t get. If you receive a phone call, text, or notification from any other application it will not record and keep the rest of the meeting. I reached out to the apps tech services and all they said was to make sure while recording not to be disturbed by any other application. That’s just not going to work for most people. Also this was the paid version. I cancelled my $19.99 a month immediately and I’d recommend anyone to not bother using this.

    Beware: cash grab. Update: nowhere did it say there was a monthly limit on premium. I just got notified I needed to buy more minutes!!! You only get 600 with premium. Very sneaky. The unlimited transcription was the main reason I got the program and paid for premium. Its less than a month later and they want another hundred. I found this and tested its ability against some big names. Although it took longer, it was a more accurate transcription. So much so I signed up for premium plus. Where it falls short is there is zero ways to organize your imports accurately. You can use hashtags, but they are assigned by the program and are not editable. You are also limited by only 10. I would say make these editable so you can correct the erroneous categorization by the app and increase the number to 20. OR introduce folders and sorting options in the “inbox” that would truly make this a core program for anyone needing a summarizer. You also can't fix words in the transcript yet. I'm sure that is a coming feature as all the others Ive tested has this. Also, for the price of premium plus, you should increase upload size limits. My classes are 75 minutes, the cutoff is 60 minutes. I haven't tried to upload documents yet.

    Not useful for students. I purchased this app thinking that I will be able to record lectures, upload files for ai to help but they have a limit that makes it merely impossible for any files that have a small image or so much writing on it. The transcription is horrible too. It did a bad job in transcribing my lectures and summarizing them. Use another app!

    Not working with what you pay. Paid for the subscription for a year. The first 4 recordings worked well and summarized results. After that, all recordings showed audio could not be decoded. I used the app to record all of them.
