   App Is Horrible. After the update the notes that I have had for over 10 years all disappeared and nobody is getting back to me from support When I try to restore it says nothing to restore. I have been emailed twice with the same useless information. I need my notes back, this is ridiculous. How do you expect anyone to trust this garbage and your customer support stinks

   Great before the update!. I love the app. I’ve used it for years. With the most recent update it doesn’t save any changes. And it will delete notes. Pleaseeeeee fix it and go back to how good it used to be.

   Doesn’t sync to iCloud. I just updated to iOS 17.2 and this is the first new app I’ve purchased since. Maybe the iOS update is the issue but my notes do not sync to iCloud and do not appear on my other devices. It’s rather useless for me without this feature. Beyond that it’s a basic notepad app with password protection. It’s exactly what I wanted except iCloud sync doesn’t with iOS 17.2.

   Where are my notes??!!. My critical notes have vanished into thin air.I saw your response to others who said this. I held the “recover deleted notes” (nothing says “restore”) as you suggest. And the result is that I now have duplicate notes of the ones that were still there, but my missing notes are just gone. These were really needed and I have no way to reconstruct them. This is just awful. What did you do?Users, do not trust your notes to this app. This is a nightmare.

   Lost all my notes. I lost all my recent notes. Old notes from 2 years ago show up. I have paid for this app. When I got to restore old data, nothing shows up. Please help ASAP!

   BEWARE!!!!!!. I downloaded the new app and EVRRYTHING I had stored on the app disappeared!!! I’m devastated. This is a really dangerous app, I warn you do NOT download it!

   Stopped working. Sometime in the last few weeks this has suddenly stopped being password protected on my iPad. Opens right up, no password needed. I changed the password, nothing. So, it's useless and lays bare all that I had hoped to protect in notes. That is worrisome.

    Wish I Had My Money Back. The auto-lock feature doesn’t work. The app won’t stay locked. It’s utterly useless. Just force quit the app when it’s in the locked state, and when you open it again, it’s unlocked. The app is a complete failure.

    Waste of an app. I paid for this app so that I could keep all of my stuff there. I don't have much storage left, so the app deleted ALL of my notes without asking or notifying me. Piece of crap. What's the point of having a place to put things that you need to remember if they just delete them without even notifying.

    WARNING: Upgrade deletes your notes. I used the free version and created two lengthy journals. To create a third, I needed to upgrade and buy the app, which I happily did. But it deleted my journals! With no warning! This is HORRIBLE. I had no chance to back them up.

    Come on really!. I downloaded the free version...don't do it! Nowhere in the information did the developer mention that the free version so severely limit entries (2) as to make the free app totally useless. Upgrading to the paid version created a second version of the application. There is no mechanism to transfer notes from the useless free version to the paid version. Each note required copying from the originally downloaded app to the paid version. If the free version of an app is limited to the extent this one is...it should be prominently denoted. Secondly, since it's obvious users will have to upgrade or change to another app again be up front and inform potential customers of the limitations in transferring data to the upgrade. After trying the paid version, I found it to very limited in versatility and cumbersome. Deleted it after one day.

    After purchase issue. It won't let me login to my purchased version unless I login to my free trial version first, then I have to go to the App Store in order to launch my paid version every single time I want to write notes.
