   Timer doesn’t work. I set my prayers for a specific time to alert me to pray but it doesn’t go off. And I can’t send an email through the help desk.

   Was the best App! No Updates. This app is the perfect prayer journal and reminder app. Nothing comes close to its utility. Too bad the developers abandoned it. I wish I could buy it, update it and market it. Definitely a gem in the ruff.

   Prayer notebook. I love the idea of this app, my Sunday school teacher told us about it but it is not very clear on how to set up. I can not understand how it is supposed to work and see no instructions. It’s very disappointing.

   User unfriendly. Did someone say how to edit or add new request to your template that does not fit? For example, it asks for new contact. What if the individual for whom you wish to pray is not on your contact list, what then? It is a great idea, something for which I have praying and searching the App Store, but…. I hope you can either fix it or educate me. Perhaps I am missing something.

   Prayer list disappeared. What good is a prayer notebook app if it looses your prayer list? That’s what happened to me. The app locked up, had to force close. Opened again and everything was gone. Disappointed.

    All my journal list is lost no support or response. I have sent multiple emails for support but have not received a single response. There clearly there is no support for this app. I have been using prayer notebook for years. After this update all my notes, prayer requests, answered prayers are no longer available. Have sent numerous emails to support to see if there is a way to recover and no response. Will try to find a different app since I don’t trust that this won’t happen again with this one.

    Proofread. I just got the app yesterday, so I don’t know much as yet. It doesn’t create much confidence, however, that even here those creating the program don’t care enough to proofread before publishing. Please double-check the scripture quote for today.

    Upgrade is a major Downgrade. I have used the Prayer NB app for 3-4 years and found it to be quite useful and was glad to use it on a regular basis. I found it easy to use and easy to read on the screen and each screen contained just the right amount of information. But the recent major Upgrade in my opinion is a MAJOR Downgrade for the following reasons: 1) When you select a specific list that contains several prayer items, you can then turn the screen (on the iPhone) to a horizontal position and in the old version you obtained a nice layout. Something I thought of as a simple but useful 3x5 card. You could have several reasonable lines of text on the screen that on the old version were easy to read. However, in the new version what was a nice 3x5 type card on the screen as been reduced to a 1x1 square which does not fill the screen (like in the older version) and with a significant amount of space taken up not with information from the prayer list items, but with buttons – which to me could have been easily handled with one drop down menu. 2) The old version had nice easy to read fonts. The new version has very thin and light black text that is much more difficult to read. 3) If you are going to change things, a least really improve things. For example, when a list is created I can’t find any way to reorder the list. It seem like you should be able to tab and hold an item and then either move it up or down in a list. If I could, I would glad go back to using the layout from the older version – too bad you don’t provide that as an option. Received very nice response from developers and am very happy to hear about future updates. Will be glad to stay with this app and hope for the best. Thxs

    Unsatisfactory. No stars for this. Very limited. With its own little keyboard slightly different from normal which kept me hitting the letter "p" instead of the delete button. I very soon deleted the app and bought another. Wasted $1.99.

    User. So far not a big fan of this app. It keeps shutting off and notes made in one entry gets transferred to another entry and some entries are totally lost. Will keep persevering with it for a bit longer.

    Great, but…. I love this app. Used it for a couple years then scrolling became an issue. It jumps all around. Can’t stop it where I want it once it starts. So disappointed. Has been doing this for a while.

    I want to like it. I want to like it but it’s very restrictive. I want options of choosing my own prayers to pray. I don’t want to be restricted by whatever random prayer or quote comes up. I would love it if you could provide a list of prayers that I can mark as favorites and put in a list.

    App Updates & Features. This app is easy to use but is lacking a few things. This app needs some type of security added to it where people like myself can create an account & login to be able to create a pin or password to keep their prayers & information secure. Also, there should be like different color features to choose from to set for your account. Another this is adding fonts as well. Making the app more fun with new features would be the best thing to do. Because I have seen some other prayer apps that is calling my name that has some nice features and password logins as well. This app is too plain to be honest. Please update every soon!

    Prayer Notebook. I love this app for organizing my prayers. However the makers of the app seem not to be engaged enough to offer support. There is no sync to other devices. I have inquired many times and they finally responded that it was not important. How do others feel about not having your content not available across your devices?

    Syncing would send this to 4 to 5 stars. Badly in need of sync capabilities. This is a good app for one device. Support is not good. Only by coming back to the app store could I see that sync is not available. I sent a request for support three days ago and no response. If anyone has an alternative app that syncs between ios devices would you post up here please?

    Not responsive on my IPAD. This app doesn’t work correctly on my IPAD. Can’t add prayers since I downloaded it. Can’t pick a new date. Just isn’t responsive. Great idea but not working.
