   Everything is gone. I loved this app- until I didn’t. Couldn’t remember my password so their site recommended deleting app and redownloading it- make sure your iCloud has stored everything. My iCloud has always been on and storing everything. When I synced it I got 6 entries out of the many I’ve written over the years. I tried to email them and ask for help but was never replied back to. I won’t use this app again!

   Costs money. Don’t download it if you want a simple place to journal your thoughts and feelings for free. they just want your money.

   Free App-Not Free. I can’t delete this from my iPad. Said only certain functions had fees. But, that the basic was free. As soon as I downloaded it, there is a monthly fee and only 1 week free trial. Now I can’t delete it…. NOT HAPPY!!!

   Zero customer support!. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with the developer, and to no avail. They were just simple suggestions however never acknowledged receipt of my email suggestion. I don’t mind the app, but the customer support is nonexistent.

   Not a Fan. This is not a user friendly app. I have tried for days to figure somethings out with no success. I should not have to send an email for help on a journal app. I have found one that I prefer. I have even attempted to cancel this and been unsuccessful. I would not recommend this app to my friends.

   Love this App, BUT,,. Okay I love this app, so much that I paid for the lifetime license on it. It has one extremely annoying issue though and has almost caused me to abandon my use altogether. The app won’t close sometimes. It won’t let me double tap my home button to exit to desktop. It won’t let me swipe up or down or sideways or diagonally to put the app into a background window. I’ve checked all my personal settings on my iPad and it’s not within my parameters . It’s a glitch with the app and it’s sooo sooo frustrating to the point where I can only give one star due to the anger issues it gives me trying to ccp from my google keep and my notes into a diary entry.

    Stopped Syncing, No Help From Devs. I reached out, and got a canned response. I reached out again, screenshots included in both, and nothing. I did an annual subscription, and I won’t be renewing it. Everything stopped syncing in August. I have it on my iPhone and Mac desktop. Both were syncing just fine until then.

    Immediately removed app. The description says that most of this app is FREE. But when you open it, right away it asks you to use app on a “free trial” wanting your credit card information. So, why would they ask this right away if the app is mostly free? Very misleading! I don’t mind having an option to upgrade your diary with a membership fee if you want, but don’t mislead people by making them put in their credit card information so they can use the app for free for a short time, hoping they forget that they signed up! That’s NOT RIGHT!

    You gave a notification on my diary?. What if my parents or better yet my family overall came across my diary notification. Your app chose the wrong diary note to put up in my notifications it was one of my personal vents, that’s putting my privacy out when it was not necessary. Which is why I’m deleting this app and going to a different one that won’t put out my business, I have a password on your diary app for a reason for privacy.

    Save is a joke. I spent 2 hours writing an entry for it to disappear once I turned on the lock function. I made sure I hit save. All that was there was a blank entry.

    Please fix the error. Bought the premium. But had I known about this error, I would not buy it. The error is “Search” function. It is case sensitive, eg; if I had written “Cloudy” in one of my diaries, I won’t be able to search the day with “cloudy” unless I search it in the exact format.
