   No longer opens, crashes every time.. I enjoy Google Suite for the cross-platform capabilities and functionality. Unfortunately the app no longer opens on my ipad and crashes on every attempt.

CRITICAL UX/ACCESSIBILITY DEFECT: Broken Document Flow and Layout Regressions in PDF Generation Google Keep is currently experiencing a severe, unacceptable design failure regarding media handling that completely breaks user workflows and document accessibility. Forcing all attached images into a rigid gallery cluster at the absolute top of a note destroys data integrity for chronological procedures, tutorials, and step-by-step guides. Severe Operational Bottlenecks: Broken Flow / Layout Degradation: Forcing text to separate entirely from associated media is a massive regression compared to standard industry tools like Apple Notes. It disrupts technical workflows and renders sequential notes useless. Systemic Print Failure: Exporting or printing to PDF strips all chronological context, rendering the output completely broken and illegible for operational use. Text → Image → Text interleaving is fundamentally required. Accessibility / UI Defect: Grouping all structural media at the top prevents logical screen reading and standard reading comprehension patterns.

    App has been crashing immediately after opening on iOS for about a month!!!. How on earth is this not fixed yet. Multiple people have reported this issue. It is completely unacceptable for a company like Google to leave a widely used app like this broken for this long!

    Won’t open after update. 5/31/26 Newest update will not open either. I feel lost without Keep! I *loved* this app over the years. The new update will not open on my iPhone 15Pro iOS 26.5. It’s been essential with my husband’s cancer diagnosis. Wish I hadn’t updated it. It freezes on the icon but never opens. :’( so heartbroken!

Tried: Restarting the iPhone Reinstalling the app Offloading and reinstalling Different internet connections The issue still persists. Please investigate compatibility with iOS 18.7.

    App Doesn’t Work Anymore. I’ve used this for years, but for the past few months I’ve simply been unable to use the app. It never loads, no matter how long I wait. I have to go through my browser to access my notes these days and have largely switched to paper and pen out of convenience. I hope it gets fixed!

    I am MAD. I have used Google Keep for the last 6 or so years. I love the way the app is set up & it has been really useful for me in the past. However, all that has changed. I wanted to find a note from a few months ago, so I typed in the title of the note and the next thing I knew, every note from the last 7 months had been deleted. All I can see is the title of each one & absolutely nothing else. I’m very upset because I wrote some important information down & now it’s all gone. Google still hasn’t reached out to help me after I put in a help ticket over a week ago. I now do NOT recommend using Google Keep. I’m going back to the Apple notes app

    2026 and still, Search is useless! 1 Star (because 0 is not available). I can’t believe that an app made by Google, the Masters of the Universe of Searching and AI, will STILL, as of May 2026, not let you FIND what you’re looking for INSIDE a note. Sure, it will tell you WHICH note contains the string you’re looking for. But, God Forbid, to jump to the occurrence or highlight or anything remotely helpful? That’s way too much to ask. You should waste several minutes of your valuable life scrolling up and down your note looking for the word you’re trying to locate. So, my friends, your only alternative is to copy your note, throw it in Notepad or SimpleText and let those lowly apprentices do the grunt work. How quaint, how 1980! Thanks for nothing, Google 🙄

    I don’t get it. They broke daily reminders so force you to use s second app google tasks. Google tasks has no search. So create in notes set reminder and it adds it to tasks. Edit note in notes It doesn’t edit update tasks. Who programs like that? Not thought it very well
