   No user guide. I can’t figure out how to download music to the app and I can’t find instructions anywhere. Not super tech savvy so might just be me but would probably be helpful for a lot of people to have.

   Pointless App. This app is actually pointless You cant add any music from anywhere else than apple music library If i wanted to use apple music library , i would use the iphone’s default music app

   It’s Dead!. Man, I used to love this app. Waay better than Apple Music. But, for some reason, it has stopped working. My guess is that encoding or file format has changed. The songs just don’t play. Too bad.

   No longer the default player. I love this app but recently Apples “Music” app has taken over as the default player. I can’t seem to once again make C’s the default player. :-( Update: down 2 stars to 1 since the Apple Music app has completely usurped Cs. Cs is unusable in this form. Apple’s app now plays ALL music!!

   Constantly crashes/doesn’t load. I’ve been using this music app for many years now and always enjoyed it. The last update killed that for me. It only loads when trying to launch the app every 3 times and it will crash or freeze up sometimes. Looking for a new app because these issues have been going on for months now with no update in sight. What once was an awesome app turned to garbage

   What is it with these trashy useless apps?. Another one that is "not a standalone player"! Why create such useless junk that one cannot even import one's music?! Basic functionality?! Sickening.

   no contact info. I am a paying customer and will change the rating once I hear back from Mike. There is zero way to contact Mike, even an old email address I found on his blog bounces. I am interested in customized rewind/fast forward buttons, are they currently available and I don't see it? I'd like the ability to set the rewind/fast forward length to say 10 or 15 seconds.

    not worth your time. purchased app because it was highly rated for the shuffle feature. i was wrong to trust the ratings. this app does not have the simple, basic playback shuffle feature that i am looking for, so i still had to listen to the same songs play over and over, even though my library is over 650 songs.

    Perfect, except for one HUGE dealbreaker. EDIT: Ok really disappointed now. When I close out of the app when music is playing, it continues to play via the apple music app. If I stop the music before closing the app, lock my phone, then go to unlock it, I get the standard iOS music playing "popup" on my lock screen. Total dealbreaker though I guess my dumba** already bought it... LOVE the customization options. Can tweak to my liking and hide/remove stuff I want/dont want. Allows for simplicity and modern features exactly where I want each which results in the BEST user interface among other music apps I have used/tried to use (Spotify, Apple Music, Doppler)

    Music won’t sync. I have files that I imported to iTunes from my CD collection, but I can’t get them to sync with the app. When I try to contact support via email I keep getting an “invalid recipient” response. If I receive support on this issue and a resolution is reached I will update my rating, but until then it will remain at one star.

    Freezes and crashes — useless. This app freezes at every turn. Definitely not what you want from an alternative interface. Simplicity this is not.

    Not Intuitive. No song delete. I just purchased this app. I would actually like a refund. I use forward skip to next song and delete this song actions. Trying to navigate around to find this option, it hung up one only the song that was playing. I went back to the mediocre Apple Player. I am a computer savvy person and have been very able to navigate through the Apple Player areas to perform tasks; which are plenteous, if not obvious until you find what to do.

    Getting increasingly frustrated!. I like the app except IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE A SONG FROM A PLAYLIST. I don’t understand how this simple feature could’ve been overlooked. There are no instructions to explain if there is a way to do this. The app support link goes to Twitter. The developer’s website link goes to Twitter. I don’t know how to reach anyone who will explain to me how to remove a song from a freaking playlist and I’m about to delete the app because of it!!!

    Fails to Play Music. Instead of playing music, the app does nothing, except occasionally crash. Support is some twitter page… and I don’t have twitter, so I guess no app support either.

    Stopped working on iphone 7. I used to enjoy this app’s simplicity and ease of use - like iTunes before it started trying to upsell services with every screen. But after the latest ios update (to ios 14.7.1) the app opens its splash screen for about a minute and then crashes, sending me back to my home screen. And support is only available on Twitter, which I’ll never join. So long, CS Music.

    Disappointing. Never again will I pay for an app without trying it first. When the information said “your library“ I’m thinking all my stored music on the phone but what it actually meant was my Apple Music ONLY. Support is non-existent since I haven’t a Twitter account. Apple’s Music app is included and at least as limited.

    Can't get past the Update Notification screen. I'd like to try out this app but cannot get past the splash screen stating the update. There's no little x to tap anywhere, nothing i can click on to clear it. Halp.
