   Ad. Is it normal to have an advertisement every 2 minutes? I watch a 25-minute video, and from 20 minutes to 26, I watched the commercial 4 times, which had two videos. It's just horrible

   They keep removing features. They removed the ability to see how many ads were in a video and where they were placed, and removed the ability to see the amounts of dislikes on a video, which also removed the like/dislike ratio. Now they are removing the dislike button entirely for shorts.

   Terrible algorithm.. Pretty much every time I open the app most of the videos I am recommended have nothing to do with the channels I subscribe to. Maybe they have a different algorithm for these shorts and longform videos but either way the algorithm isn't good. There are way too many videos made by AI or spam bots, there are times where I will only ever see that garbage despite only ever disliking them. Even the "Don't recomend this Channel" or the "Not Interested" buttons don't do anything. How do I know this? Because about a quarter of all videos I recieve are already disliked! Whether it is the Shorts or normal videos, I rarely get videos in line with my not very particular taste. I'm fine with most videos so long as they don't have pops or dings or wooshes or idiotic "huh"s. I'd prefer them to be of the genre or theme of the channels and videos I subscribe to or press the like button on. Maybe they prioritize watch time over likes and dislikes. Because of course you ignore the button that's sole purpose is to show if you want to see similar videos. Unfortunately YouTube just can't seem to get it right as they have now removed the dislike button. Instead of, oh I don't know, actually giving it a purpose instead of just letting people grow increasingly frustrated that they aren't getting any videos they don't despise.

   Continues to be the worst. Using YouTube has become one of, if not the worst, experiences in streaming of any kind. Constant ads, now not showing how long they are, even ones unskippable followed by another unskippable, untimed ad. Now hiding the dislike button on shorts. Constantly being asked if I want YouTube premium that costs more than any other subscription I have for a service that is constantly going downhill is insane

   Randomly plays videos. I had to uninstall the app. On multiple occasions it would start playing load annoying videos unprompted. So annoying. I just couldn’t take it anymore.

    So bad. Stupid app keeps crashing repeatedly. Both my iPhone and IPad are up to date and my iPad is the 2026 Air model. Also tired of it telling me the ‘device limit has been exceeded’ when I’ve removed a few devices from my account already. This app is garbage and it’s sucks.

    ADS! ADS! ALL ADS!!!. i’ve never seen a company become so corrupt and greedy. i’m here watching an video an hour long one and im getting 15 seconds ads every 2 minutes, then 30 second ads every 4 minutes. i can’t even pause an video without an ad. absolute sickening.

    Navigation isn’t good. Not really much support of swipe gestures. I think I watch less YouTube because it’s not as easy to navigate as it used to be.

    The make the App worse every update. 3 updates in a row now they have made it harder for you to add a video to a playlist. You used to be able to choose which playlist you wanted the video to be in and it would take 5 sec. Now after the update, YouTube guesses what playlist you want the video in so 90% you have to go and change it (which also takes longer now)
