   Crashes when viewing pictures. No matter what device, especially iPads or tablets, while viewing multiple pictures on the app will crash and go to home page.

   CarPlay issue. When connected to CarPlay, the app will completely freeze the CarPlay screen when you try and have it read you an incoming message. Requires a full restart of the vehicle head unit.

   App crashes immediately after update. I have been using Cliq for a while on my iPhone 6s (iOS 15.8.3), but after the latest update, the app crashes as soon as I try to open it. I tested it on another device, and the same issue occurred. Please look into this and provide a fix as soon as possible. I rely on this app for work, and it's currently unusable. Thank you!

   Conference call does not work. Con call does not work. Its very frustrating how such a simple feature does not work. And somehow we are supposed to email to zoho every time for such small basic feature that are missing/not working. Cant you guys fix it for once??? Just letting you know, i am not going to send email to your support email id. I dont care if you fix the issue or not, we are moving to microsoft systems anyways. Wanted to share this feedback so new users are aware what they are getting into.

   app crashing. I just got promoted at my job and we use cliq. Every time I try to log in the app crashes. I’ve tried restarting my phone as well as deleting the app and reinstalling it. My phone is up to date.

    App disappeared!!!. Cliq app just randomly disappeared from my iPhone today. It shows it’s installed, and notifications are on, but it’s nowhere to be found. Please fix!!!

    App ALWAYS Crashes - Seriously, Always. We moved everything over from Slack hoping that Cliq would be a better option. It isn’t for one very specific reason: you can’t use the app on the phone without it crashing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve contacted support. I’ve given them data from my phone at their request. I’ve installed TestFlight at their request. NOTHING WORKS. We’re switching back to Slack. This is nonsense and sad because we’re Zoho One customers. [I will update my review once the problem is fixed.] Still not fixed. They keep saying it’s only our organization that is having the problem but there are several other reviews with the exact same problem. The phone app is garbage.

    Worst application ever. Frustrating!!!!. I’ve used it for weeks. Previously I’ve used slack. Cliq is too much buggy and UI/UX is a total mess. You can easily get lost in menus, threds are showing really bad. Even you may be mentioned some where and it won’t notify you some times! We’ve sent feedback to the team and they ignored and didn’t fix bugs. I hate this weak and frustrating app. Actually it should be removed from every where till their team fix these bugs!!!!

    iOS cliq app issues. Last time I gave 4, but this time 1 is enough. It seems no care about customers. Although we go through Zoho assist with Technical department & they assured me that next update will fix all addressed bugs, but new update came & no change. Congratulations; That’s the Zoho customer service without any attention!!

    Abusive Notifications. The developers never concede to any feedback regarding their inability to abide by their own notification settings and it is frankly quiet annoying. I have had issues with Cliq's notification settings and they are never willing to do anything about it. Example, I have it set to only send me a push notification on my phone only if there has been 10 minutes of inactivity on the desktop. I can responding to a message I just received and get a push notification. Fix your abusive notification settings and make them follow the rules you are telling the user. Edit: Simultaneous notifications should've never been an option for a messaging app. When users have multiple devices it is very disruptive when for one notification you'd get 2 to 3 times the notifications for every single message.

    I am deleting this app.. EVERY time I open the app, it harasses me about how to do this or that. I don’t need or want these tutorials. I REALLY don’t want them EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APP. The very first time, maybe. EVERY time? Absolutely not! I have to use this app for work so I will move to the web interface but this I something that would cause me to completely abandon it if I wasn’t required.

    Force close. All this app does is force close about 5 seconds after opening. Using iPhoneXR. I can do anything I want in the app... but only for 5 seconds. So to read a message I have to quickly open the app and the channel repeatedly until I have read what I need to read. Not very efficient at all.

    Doesnt work. Downloaded the app, put my information and after that it says hang on a sec and it never does anything after that. It stays on the hang on a sec screen. Have delete the app from my iPhone multiple times and nothing changes.

    Glitchy. Have to uninstall and reinstall frequently from both phone and computer. I am not the only one with this issue. Our company used Skype before it was discontinued and I didn’t think we could all collectively dislike anything less but then along came Cliq. I am not sure if we would like Teams any better but Cliq is not it.
