   Bait and switch. Bought the lifetime pass when they were new. Last night went in to use at 2am to find NOW they want annual subscription fee. Nice to learn at 2 am. PLUS i already paid. I came in early when nobody believed in you. You used me now pull this. Avoid. All this is free as part of Spotify w no games

   Downgraded. They changed this app so much! I used to have about 4 hrs of the unlocked ones saved to fall asleep to and they played back to back. I only have ONE unlocked and there is no way to save more to play them one after the other anymore.

   Doesn’t help much. I tried the deep sleep meditation and hypnosis. My body was very relaxed following the prompts but then the speaker started talking about what insomnia is and got my brain thinking and being active, literally the exact opposite of what it’s supposed to do. I

   False Advertising, Lies. The ads for this app say it is “by Apple” and it is not. It’s shady before you even download it.

   Caution AI En$h!tification In Progress. Did the trial. Looks like you all built a good user base on human facilitators and are pivoting towards AI to drive down operating costs. Like everyone in this space. Sigh. Cancelled trial after a few days. Paid Apps, freemiums and subscriptions are a joke once AI is deployed.

    Can’t unsubscribe. I have been trying to unsubscribe from your app before the end of the trial because I don’t like the bedtime stories. Your app won’t let me unsubscribe! I’m not going to pay you for something I don’t like or want! I want to UNSUBSCRIBE!

    Great App, Bad Service. I really enjoyed the app, but when I cancelled the service they never stopped billing me. I cancelled in July and I am still being billed. I have emailed customer service twice without a response. I am now having to file through my bank and PayPal because they are somehow billing me through both!!!!!!!!

    So needlessly time consuming to use.. Waste of time and money. Every single time you open the app you have to go through myriad questions - effectively the same ones every time. By the time I can access the content I’m so frustrated at the idiocy that all I can think of is that I’d be peacefully sleeping already if I’d just NOT tried to use it.

    Beware refunds are not easy. Apple will cancel 24 hrs before the deadline to cancel free trial which is deceptive and if you contact Breethe's happiness rep they will cancel your subscription but not work to get you a refund then blame you for it

    Another pushy Subscription based app. Seems like it would be a great app if you want to pay a monthly subscription, otherwise don’t waste your time. I was hoping there would be some free meditations on there. I saw one free story and one free short meditation. I will just find them on Spotify and not have to pay another app.

    AI feels impersonal. AI feels dead to me. Not feeling it. Cancelled the trial on day one. I don’t look forward to other apps using AI.

    Just Awful. Purchased a monthly subscription and knew in one week it was subpar. I cancelled immediately.The sleep hypnosis meditations are annoying and the selection is small and stale. Insult to injury: I have been charged again and contacting them for a refund is an arduous tangle and a supreme waste of time.
