   App is going to be automatically logged out. As I updated with the latest version , the app is automatically going closed within 30 seconds to 1 minutes. I am not able to play any chants as I used to be . Please fix this bug

   Horrendously built app and desktop experience. I was super excited about using this app and experiencing the IE program. After charging me for the online program and sending me an email saying I have successfully registered with my email, when I tried to login for the first time into the program I kept getting a your email is not registered. Sent a support ticket with clear details and they send back a generic message that I should use my email which was what I already did. Then, I decided to try getting to IE via the app and on the app it says you are logged into the program via other devices which again is not true since I can’t even log into the program. The app gives the option to log out of all devices. Clicked on that and it’s a constant loop where it just keeps showing that page. Support is also extremely slow at responding and unhelpful. Truly terrible customer experience and it feels like my money got taken and there is disregard for me actually getting helped to be able to join the program. At this point I’m considering initiating a chargeback from the truly awful experience. For all the donations and money that Isha foundation is taking it is sad to see such a horrid user experience being built for folks that genuinely want to improve and try the o line process. True disappointment.

   App has crashed every single day for a month. This review is about the app and not Sadhguru or his teachings. I started a 40 day practice and despite putting in a ticket weeks ago I have to delete and reload the app every. Single. Day. So frustrating. When I go to app support it asks for me to DL the app. Which I already have? They have 1000s of people supporting the meditations. Some of that needs to be redistributed so that the technical side of things can actually function. Bummer bc otherwise his teachings are fantastic. I wish someone would help!

   White screen. On a new iPhone 17 Pro, and iOS 26, when I launch the app, I get a white screen. I have to delete the app and download it from the App Store. This has become a daily routine along with SMK. Pls fix.

   White screen always. Everytime the app opens up white blank and i have to delete the app and re download it which is causing difficulty. I updated the phone settings and downloaded the latest iOS version , restarted the app and phone but nothing helped so far. The only way is to delete and download every single time.

   App does not respond. Until a few days, I was able to use the app no problem. I updated it and now, when I open it, it just freezes on a white screen. The only way it works again is if I delete the app and download it again. The next time I open it, it crashes again. I tried updating the phone, restarting, turning off and on the phone and deleting cache. I sent several emails to support but I got no response. Very annoying.

    No Compassion, Just Policy and Profits. I had to reschedule the program a few times due to personal struggles with stress and anxiety. Despite barely getting through two steps, I was told I’d have to pay again to continue. No flexibility, no real support. Disappointing for an organization that claims to value inner wellbeing. Even for-profit organizations show more understanding.

    Does Not Work. Whenever I try to open the new version if this app I either get just a white screen or the Sadhguru logo then a white screen. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. For me, it will open the first time after downloading. After the first time, it won’t open again. Until the recently overhaul, I had been enjoying this app on a daily basis and found it very helpful. Now it’s just a hassle. I have tried on both an iPhone and iPad and get the same result.

    Stuck. I have tried everything possible to get this app to work but I log in and then it’s stuck on the welcome page. Last resort I emailed tech support and never heard back. Very disappointing given that I’ve paid for a course I can not participate in unless I am on my laptop. I wish someone would respond.

    Capitalist. Money exists, there’s no denying that. But spirituality should never be for sale. I know a lot of what this guru says is real and true, but he appears to enjoy expensive photography and app development and hawking his knowledge to wealthy westerners. I hope I am mistaken. I do not enjoy the mistrust I feel towards this operation. Please explain the apparent luxury Sadhguru enjoys, earned off the backs of seekers. Bliss is found in both gold and dirt. There is no difference, and one is cheaper than the other right now.

    Constantly glitching. I love the content but want to watch on my tv. What is the point when the app constantly crashes when using airplay? It’s not my device or my television, as literally every other app works perfectly. Have not been able to watch even ONE full video without the app closing. Not going to pay for premium again!

    App text. Sadly, my app text is so huge on one of the steps to move forward and I can’t shrink it smaller and so I am not able to do anything and use the app. I wish someone could help me find out how to get past this one point. as I really would like to use the app, I even deleted it and uploaded it again, but it didn’t work.

    New App Update Glitch?. Maybe it’s with the new update, but it says my yesterday’s practice is missed? And offers to track up to five previous days? But I didn’t miss yesterday’s practice, and it doesn’t even let me change it?

    Inner Engineering… selected shanbhavi dates… but it has again asked to select the dates. App is now stuck, not letting me select date (it’s disabled) and not allowing anything else.

    no more widgets. this app updated and removed widgets which is so annoying. i used to look forward to quotes directly from the widget page but now they’ve removed it. i thought it was a bug so i tried reinstalling the app and it deleted my account in the process 🤣. i almost didn’t want to reinstall this app again because that was literally so pointless and frustrating. useless update.

    Inner engineering online course is total disaster!. Hello there, I’m truly regretting buying this course, which I was looking much forward to. It is delivered full of errors, videos freezing constantly or it’s just a black screen sometimes for two days and so the whole app is disabled. I’m not sure I can complete it until the time for the last step(7) comes. There is also no way to contact the Isha foundation as their email address is not actual or anyway doesn’t work. Really frustrating.

    Needs captions ASAP!. I’m dropping some stars in hopes this catches your attention to make some improvements to an app that isn’t suited to deaf and hard of hearing people. Needs to be ADA compliant. The recent update to the app has changed, removing videos that had visual examples which anyone can benefit whether you’re deaf or not. Visual information is important. You also need to caption your content. Im quite frankly tired of having to talk to people in customer service in general to ask for basic accessibility while dealing with people who don’t really care about it. Now there’s no more videos but all has been converted to audio files. 🙄 I’m fed up. Do something. It’s a great app but it loses it’s worth when it’s inaccessible to deaf and hard of hearing people. Fix this and i will change the rating. Thank you
