   used to love this app :(. i used to love this app but you can’t do anything without paying anymore. it’s sad.

   Scam. When signing up the plan I had chose offered a 7 day free trial. I tried it out for an hour before I decided I wasn’t a fan. They had immediately charged me. I reached out to Apple and they saw that the trial wasn’t even initiated. I then reached out to the developers at which point they didn’t even acknowledge the charge and basically told me I’m SOL. Would not download this app unless you want to lose $50 right off the bat and be scammed.

   Loved the app initially. I loved the simplicity of this app and the ability to create my own breathing experience. I’ve recommended it to friends multiple times. Not sure what has happened but it no longer recognizes me so I can not access any of the app. After paying for a years subscription I am super frustrated. There should at least be an option to reset a password. However it was never needed before. I purchased in January and loved it until now.

   I’ve had so many problems with this app, every upgrade it looses your place.. I’ve been using this app every single day since April 26 2025 and since today when they upgraded my app I can’t even get into it to use it and I’m sure that all my days have been lost. This has a huge disappointment. This better be fixed. I’ve had so many problems and no one even reaches out to make it right.

   Loved it. Not Now. I’ve used and recommended the app for years. Since they joined Peloton, things apparently changed. I’m locked out and now have to delete the app! Sad.

   Can’t manage subscription. I got this subscription as part of a promotion before Peloton acquired it. The website for customer support doesn’t work or doesn’t exist anymore when you follow the FAQ. I did love the app for what it offered but I had to dispute the charge with my credit card because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to manage my subscription. Peloton just sent me to the nonworking websites and emails so they were no help. I’d like to think such a large company wouldn’t like to be associated with an app that is bordering on fraudulent.

   Great app, but recent bugs are frustrating. I’ve been using this app consistently and it’s been really helpful for relaxation and breathwork, but lately it’s been getting buggy. The timer sometimes goes off even when there’s still time left, and the voice guidance randomly stops working. Also, when I close my phone, the soundscape cuts out but I can still hear the tone, which is confusing and breaks the experience. I really like the app overall, but these issues started happening this week and make it harder to rely on. Hoping for a quick fix because it’s a great tool when it works properly.

   Terrible start to my trial. I downloaded the app yesterday and optimistically signed up for the 7 day trail + annual subscription. Too bad it won’t permit me to sign in with my google account. I get a “one minute please” message and then it just stops after a bit. What a disappointment.

    Annoying programming. Halfway into your session you will start to hear annoying clicks. Pretty off putting when you are trying to meditate. Now on every inhale I hear the congratulatory sound they play when a session is over. I’ve contacted support to report this but only got a generic AI response that ignored my message completely. Otherwise this would have been a great app. Hopefully they will fix it with the next update.

    Can’t customize what matters. The last update to the App added a 1 min left chime that is the SAME AS THE END CHIME. Who the hell wants that? Who wants to be interrupted thinking they’re done? AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. THERE IS NO ABILITY TO TURN IT OFF.

    Don’t like the change. I got this app a few years ago. They changed it and it’s just not as good and doesn’t offer as much. The kids breathing exercises are completely gone which is very disappointing.

    came back to this app to help with anxiety - now it’s a subscription?. sad to see that this app sits behind a subscription now. really disappointing because it was once all free! i used to love this app but immediately deleted after it tried to get me to subscribe

    Updated - Scam…do not purchase. Update: they just charged my credit card, but I’ve never had access. I’ve been emailing customer support for 3 MONTHS. They keep telling I don’t have an account, but they just CHARGED ME! Complete SCAM! A majority of the app remains locked down and it keeps trying to get me to sign up again. Have tried multiple times to contact customer service over the last two months. IF they respond, it takes 2-4 weeks to get a response that doesn’t even pertain to the problem.

    They want you to pay for everything. You can’t access even 5% of the breathing exercises on this app cause they want you to pay for their subscription just to figure out how to breath well, I guess I’ll stick with my panic attacks breathe works

    SCAM!. Does almost nothing! If you can count to 6 you do not need this trash. It simply times your breath 4 seconds inhale and 6 seconds exhale for 5 minutes. That’s it - nothing else. There is no customized experience as they claim. For this they want $50 a year. What a ripoff!

    Another company only after your money! Do NOT download! You cannot unsubscribe! Shady company!. I downloaded this just to see if it was something I would use. I discovered it wasn’t for me. I tried reaching out to the company many times to cancel but they refused to answer any of my emails. Like so many other companies they have made canceling a nightmare. I could not figure out where to find the cancel option. I was charged for a full years subscription but I have never even used it!!!! This is yet another company only interested in your money! Grrrrr!!! If you are on the fence then I highly recommend you DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PRODUCT!!!! This company has increased my stress! Shady shady company.

    Scam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! DO NOT BUY!! STAY FAR AWAY!! THIS APP IS A MONEY-HUNGRY SCAM!! THE STAFF THAT RUNS THIS APP ARE SELFISH AND GREEDY! Tried to cancel before the free trial ended but wasn't successful. That was my bad. Forced to pay $53 for the annual subscription. Decided to take my loss and use the app, except the app refuses to apply any of the premium features. Any time I open the app I am bombarded by the annual subscription prompting screen. This app is a joke. Didn't even get a chance to try it since most of the features that I paid $53 are locked. Ridiculous. Emailed support and was told that I had to wait until the following week for any assistance. Didn't take the following week to charge me $53, but okay. Lol. Would rate zero if I could. Update : Emailed multiple times, with screenshots, about my subscription not being honored. The person who responded sounded much like an AI bot and didn't resolve my issue at all. Just asked me for a screenshot that I'd already sent?

    You cant force people to buy a subscription!. This is seriously a great app, but I only have to give it one star because I literally cannot use it because you have to buy a subscription to use it. You cant force people to be part of a subscription because nobody has money for anything anymore, everybody is struggling and a lot more people would be able to implement this app if you just had ads within the app instead of forcing people to pay money to use it!

    Prematurely ended my annual subscription and app freezes all the time!. For some reason my annual subscription purchased at the end of last year was prematurely ended months before it should have. I contacted the Breathwrk team on several occasions and have been ghosted every time after first contact. I hate leaving reviews, but hate being ripped off even more… so here we are.

    Can’t access the pro features. I can’t access the pro features I’ve paid for and their support is not helpful. They replied only after three emails and their instructions were not helpful. Wasted several hours trying to troubleshoot issues with this app with no success

    They ruined it!. I had been very happy with just the free functions of this app, but now they have completely removed the free functions! Now it's subscription-only. I am just going to delete it off my phone.

    There is no reset password button and Support does not return emails for weeks.. I cannot provide a review for this app because I cannot enter it. Since it was bought by peloton, it is impossible to login. It is not recognizing my Apple ID, and there is no reset password button! Try to contact Support they provide instructions that do not match the app. And then they never reply again.

    Full of Glitches. I’ve been using this breath app on my iPhone, and overall it’s a good idea. But there’s a glitch that really needs fixing. The problem is that when the app shows a breathing technique and starts counting, the counting doesn’t match the visual guide. For example, the timing on the screen and the numbers don’t line up, which makes the exercises confusing. If they fix this glitch, the app would be a lot more useful. Example for glitched ones: Muscle Aches High Altitude Stimulation And money other I wish I can refund my money

    Update Issues. After this recent update my account started saying that i no longer had a subscription even though i have already paid the whole year. Tried refreshing the app, uninstalling and using the “restore purchases” button yet still nothing. Super disappointed because this app has done a lot for me. Feel like i’ve wasted my money.
