   App glitches occurring immediately upon downloading and using. I downloaded this app hoping it would be the meditation app I use. Right away, the app isn’t working properly. While setting up my customized feed with the prompts the app feeds you after creating an account, words were bleeding off the screen so I could not filly read the prompted questions. I was hoping the glitches would end there, but after answering all of the prompts and arriving at the app’s home screen, words and buttons are still not in their correct positions. There’s some glitch impacting the formatting. I’m just going to delete and try to find a different meditation app.

   False advertising. The app will load on an Apple Watch but will not work! It will look like you can choose from 10 different meditations that vary from 1 to 5 minutes. Bogus and false advertising! I wish I would have known this prior to purchasing subscription. I have alerted Simple Habit and they don’t care.

   It’s Gone Downhill. This is truly so sad. I’ve loved this app for years but it’s completely gone downhill. The app doesn’t appear to be supported on the tech side anymore. The icons, user experience is now very poor and even after being charged for my annual premium subscription my app still shows locked content. Also last year I was incorrectly charged twice and found out the hard way that this app has very minimal customer service. I’ve requested my account to be deleted and am so disappointed after using this app for many years. Also I keep getting charged years after cancelling and deleting the app.

   Can’t even log in. I try logging in and it gives an error message. I try resetting my password and nothing happens. I never get a reset email. I try creating a new account and it says I already have one. I reach out to support and their only idea is for me to email them a password for them to attach to my account…which I won’t be able to reset (see above) and therefore makes my account completely unsecured. What a waste of my time.

   Premium payment. I wanted to join for $29.99 a year but it won’t let me says I am not eligible. Wants me to pay $89.99 a year instead when I can’t afford it! Pretty disgusting. I am a senior on Social Security.

   Scam. I was logged out. When I logged back in my subscription magically disappeared. The help email went unanswered. I’m paid through September. I’d like my money back.

   Not working from the get-go!. Something is wrong with this app and it appears to be related to when the app was purchased by a new company. I can’t even log in. I put in my log-in credentials and click the log in button and nothing happens. The screen is simply frozen. Goodbye Simple Habit app.

    Premium payment issues. I have had this app for years and is impossible to use now. I tried to renew my annual subscription and they changed me three times. Each time their vendor stripe said that "the payment didn't go through" and showed errors with the card expiration field. But I was charged several times. And I STILL don't have access to the premium content. Not sure what is happening with the developers and payment processors but they have made it unable.

    Not worth the hassle. I use to love this app but the last couple of times they’ve update it, my subscription gets lost. I have to email back and forth with their support to get access again, which has become another stress/problem that I have to deal with. This app doesn’t work well with Apple Pay.

    Charged after trial. I deleted my account, but they still tried to charge me after my trial ended. I couldn't log back in to fix it because the account was gone. I emailed support, but they refused my email.

    Not worth it. Simple Habit was the first meditation app I tried. It’s been a few years so I decided to give it another shot and even opted for the trial upgrade to see if it would be worth the cost. Dear reader: it was not. I was surprised to see that the library was incredibly stale and really felt lackluster compared to their competitors. So, I decided not to continue past the trial. But as a fun little snag I didn’t know I got myself into, I accidentally signed up using an email not associated with my Apple ID. And all their instructions for downgrading lead you back to the App Store…where.my.subscription.did.not.exist. I emailed them and asked for them to help 5 days prior to the trial ending. They responded 4 days later, telling me to - you guessed it! Go into the app and cancel the trial in the place showing no active subscriptions. After being charged, they’re still telling me to figure it out with Apple. PS - this happens enough for it to show up in Google search results, so imo, if they can’t do anything on their end, they should have some type of fail safe that prevents you from signing up with a non Apple ID email. Pain in the 🍑

    Lame, everything’s locked. None of the multipart series are free, they all have first lessons open and all the rest locked unless you pay. You can find better and more on YouTube

    Can’t cancel, OMG. My sister says isn’t that the opposite of meditation? I cannot find the option to cancel in iTunes or in the app. I’m on my 3rd or 4th try. It’s $12.99 a month. I’ve wasted close to $100 on this app.

    App for gold diggers. Using SHARK TANK for marketing purpose of this app very low strategy now i can see they have mentioned on their app photos the SHARK TANK name even they did not made a deal with them. Mark was right this is giving me gold digger vibes. Peace ✌️

    Don’t Subscribe. I did a free trial and they subscribed me before the trial ended. THEN there is a constant 1/2 off subscription that pops up when you are looking for something and they just charged me AGAIN through Apple pay. I can’t cancel it! It’s not a good app to start with! BEWARE!

    App broken. Tried installing twice but the screen looks all weird and buttons are completely off. I thought it was me but I deleted it and reinstalled with same results. iPhone 13 Pro Max latest iOS Was looking forward to getting some cool meditations but if the buttons don’t work, I can’t use it.

    Won’t work with Apple Watch 7. Please tell me how to get this to work with my watch. The app is on my watch but when I select an option, it just goes back to the grid view. The app crashes as soon as I want to listen to a session.

    Zero customer support. Next to impossible to get ahold of their customer support team. Have sent several emails and have only gotten the automatic reply. Please reach out simple habit and make this right.

    DO NOT GET!! $200 for a NONFUNCTIONAL APP!. $200?! Really?! That stealth charge alone was outrageous. After that shock I decided to give it a try— then it just stopped working and they wouldn’t refund my already outrageous charge. TOTAL SCAM!

    Don’t do it. A promising app that worked decently for a while. I shelled out the expensive fare for a subscription to the Sleep Program. Big mistake. Glitchy from the start. The advice from the coach is rote and the app hasn’t worked for days. They should have spent more time on development before charging so much.

    Can’t cancel. I subscribed to a year and loved it until now. It’s about to renew and no matter what I do I can’t cancel. I tried within the app and it gives me an error, I’ve tried in iTunes (App Store) and this subscription isn’t in there. I’ve emailed two different emails, their “help” and their “feedback” email and no reply and tried calling the phone number in the renewal email and no answer. I am going to have to resort to closing down my bank card so it doesn’t take the money out. I have hit a brick wall trying to cancel and am very unhappy with this whole situation.
