   I was an early adopter of the app on 2020. I use this app on 2020 and I adopt it when it was released and had grat plus, due to storage it seems that it was offload and didn’t realize it. I recently download it to see that it had already switched to a subscription I can not afford and also GratPlus doesn’t even exist anymore. Feel very sad about this and I feel that my loyalty to the app was not fully respected

   Log in. I use to love this app. I got a new phone and it won’t let me log onto the app. I have tried and there is no option for if you forget your password. I feel like I wasted my money and am extremely frustrated. What kind of app has no back up way to log in?! Even my games on my phone will send me emails with the option to update my password. So stupid.

   Bought a new phone. I bought this for a year and bought a new phone. It will not let me log in and they have no support at all.

   Ripped off.. free trial?. Got charged for a year subscription and I only wanted the 7 day free trial. I want a refund of all my money! False advertising a 7 day free trial but charged and took money from my bank account today and I just did the free trial today. I want my money refunded back to me today!

   Not free. I don’t like apps that seem free as you start to use them, then tell you the price.

   Great until it… wasn’t…. This app was TERRIFIC for the first THREE DAYS. Then, it randomly stopped working. I tried on multiple devices and on the website as well. Too bad because I really liked this app!

   Says free but it’s not. It’s not free. After inputting all your info it asks for money and no content otherwise. I was looking for a daily gratitude notification but this is not useful to me.

    Not liking how your website works. VERY confusing. Is not saving anything. Doesn’t make much sense. Sorry. I am about to cancel and ask for my money back.

    Can’t get past signup screen. Latest update fail? Tried signing up with Apple account. Got the congratulations, then nothing. Just sits on the signup screen. Tried logging in with Apple, says login failed. Not very grateful.

    I wasted my money here. Was hoping this app Would really help me practice gratitude in an authentic way, instead it feels formulaic and superficial. Don’t get me wrong, some days they really share a great story but on the whole disappointed in the entirety of the offerings. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations that AI shouldn’t permeate every app on the planet - yet here we are.

    Program never got past “loading” page. Program would not load. No place to ask for tech support. Took me to a virtual assistant and the same “loading” page as the app. It seemed like an app I would like, but I am 3 days in to a 7 day trial and still not able to to create an account.

    Vision board not working. I like this app a lot but their vision board has been crashing on me for a month. I’ve reached out and gotten nothing back. One of the main perks of this app is the vision board playing through but without it I feel like I’m missing an important part of my morning…

    Undefined. This app misses the mark. I honestly don’t have a need to open an app every single day being addressed as “Undefined”. Out of all of the words out there, why would this app label its users as “undefined “? I have an inclination that this app was created by a man. Many of the prompts really feel masculine in nature. Many of the write ups, don’t touch base with me and are underwhelming. They even had a write up on honoring and appreciating our body as it is. But then the photo they used was a fit attractive young woman. Complete contradiction of what they were trying to say.

    Lame. Initially seems like a really great app. You can only access it if you pay $10 a month or $35 for the year. Deleted immediately.

    Not free!. Free with in app purchases means (to me) it’s free to use and you can pay for more if you want. This is not that. This is a free trial for seven days. It does look like a good app but I’m not paying that much for an app.

    Can’t login. I got a new phone and I can’t log back in. There is no other way to contact developer other than leaving a review like this. There’s no forgot password option and the log in through google and/or Facebook is bugging out. Very frustrating and I spent a lot of time trying to figure this out. Please fix.

    Looping. After the last update, when I finish my writing and go to save it it loops into the positive sayings then the ratings. Where as when I used to tap on the green check mark it would vibrate and save only. Not loop back to the sayings and ratings.

    Text too small. I had to cancel because I can barely read the text coming from this app on my phone…the information seems helpful but my eyesight is more valuable…I wish there is a way to make the text bigger and easier to read on the phone

    Great concept, needs tech support maybe?. I love the idea and the usage I’ve gotten from this app! But I’ve gotten the same prompt twice in two days, and today, I have the same prompt from yesterday again, but with my journaling from yesterday, too. The quote is the same, too. I really benefit from using this app, but I couldn’t find any apparent way to refresh the journal to a new prompt for today. I saved my entry, refreshed the app, all that. So, I didn’t get to use it today, which isn’t the end of the world but was a little disappointing. If the app worked better, I would more seriously consider paying for the premium subscription, but I’m not sure about it in its current state.

    Some feedback. The app is fine, it’s just not very helpful. I’m sure I’m not the only one who tries to do their daily entry in the morning as gratitude is a great way to start the day. However most days it asks me for 3 amazing things that happened today. Sort of silly if you’ve only been up for 10 minutes. Anyway just something for the creators to consider
