   Stopped working. I was a long time user of this app and loved it. Now if I try to play anything the app just crashes. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times and never received a response. I have cancelled my subscription now.

   Not usable on iPad. This app was always weird on the iPad and now it won’t work at all. Beyond that they removed certain meditations that were free for legacy users (including one of my favorites)

   Already paid. I already paid for this app back in 2016, then suddenly they changed to subscription mode. It wasn’t cheap, and now there’s very little content to access.

   Greedy Bait and Switch. Like many users have expressed already, I opened the app one day to find every single thing I had set up locked away with no notice, even the free content. I guess I’m moving to 100% Spotify a little sooner than I had anticipated. I wouldn’t waste your time setting anything up or tagging favorites—it won’t be there when you actually need it, and never when you’re not on wifi.

   Horrible experience. I’ve had this app for years and enjoyed some of the free meditations when I couldn’t sleep. Unfortunately, with no warning, ALL the meditations are now locked and behind a pay wall. Honestly, if I’d had warning, I probably would have paid for it. Now I’ll be deleting and paying for a different app.

   All my mediations gone. I was a legacy customer and didn’t buy into the subscription process. I now logged in after a while of not using the app to see all of my content now blocked. Terrible treatment of legacy customers. I can no longer keep recommending this app as they don’t value their oldest customers.

   Worst customer service ever. I’ve tried numerous times to get help as none of the meditations are showing up. Once I made clear I was a legacy user, they stopped responding. It’s pretty clear that they do not value their legacy customers and and it’s turned me off to the rest of what is their mindfulness franchise. I would’ve considered doing a subscription but the lack of response is so offensive I want nothing to do w this app and their money-making franchise.

    Great offerings but they’ll remove them without warning. Don’t get attached to your favorite teachers or meditations because they will eliminate them without warning.

    Dismayed. Just another scam on the 7 day free trial thing. There is nothing free about the lack of knowing if people are using the app. The app has good content yet the business practices of locked in charges are disgusting. There should be a chance for users to reactive and “okay” the charge for the year. This is a unethical business practice. Doesn’t work!!!!

    My spam mail explotes after providing my email to the app. Used to love this app, had not used it in a while and when I tried to log in it requested and user name and pw. Did not ever remember setting this up, as soon as I provided my email address a ton of spam mail started coming in. Very displeased with the app and will be deleting. That will probably not solve my new spam problem but oh well.

    Beware legacy. I started using this app in 2016. I paid a fee. Now, I have no access to anything I used. I have read the developer make an argument that to allow legacy users to use the mediations they had access to after their purchase was unfair to current subscribers. Yet, were it not for early adopters the app would have never survived. Definitely deleting.

    Perfection paired?. Music? You think you what a perfect pairing is for anybody? As your application has evolved over the years I’ve become more disappointed with the experience. Will be shopping around next time my renewal comes up.

    No respect for legacy users.. I purchased this app back in 2016, and I’ve always loved it. For a one-time fee I had access to all the available content. Now the app has been switched to being subscription based, and legacy users who purchased the app do not have access to any new content. It’s disappointing and makes me want to delete the app altogether. All the meditation apps who are switching to subscription based business models (and showing no respect for legacy users) will only drive their users to a platform where they can access content like this for free, without subscription: YouTube.

    Content warning. I liked this app at first until I looked up one of the teachers on here and learned all about sexual abuser Noah Levine. He has had his teaching authorization rescinded by his organization, but is still on here?! Disappointing and disgusting.

    Meditations used to be free. I had this app on my phone for a while in the past, it helped me through difficult times, and the meditations used to free. I downloaded it again after I had to format it to factory settings, and now all the mediations are locked and available only through membership, which is a bummer. I’m gonna have to look for other apps and alternatives. Disappointed

    Business model issues.... disheartening. I LOVED THIS APP... it was absolutely worth the money I initially paid. However the business model changed to prescription..... Now I feel like this is only for those who can afford the $50. This is how personal health becomes out of reach for lower income individuals. Yes, i am a legacy customer, yes I have access to all the old content, but I can no longer recommend this app because I don’t stand behind the price, it’s too high. I wish at the very least you could download the new meditations at an individual cost or something at least because having to stay stagnant with only the old content is quite frustrating when you see all the great new topics coming out. I understand it costs money to run this, I understand it’s a business, but the basis of the service is self care and it’s just very disheartening to see all these meditation apps pricing people without at much disposable income out of their apps.

    Subscriptions are getting out of hand. I know, you need to make money. I paid you for the original app, and the fact that the majority of the content now requires a significantly more expensive subscription makes me grimace. That’s fine though, I would say the benefits of meditating are definitely worth the investment. However, today I noticed that “Night Mode” is a subscription feature? Are you joking?

    Keeps crashing when opening app. I can't use this app anymore, it keeps crashing. I have an iPhone 5C running on iOS 10.3.3. Help and support cannot be opened because the app crashes upon opening the app/tapping on the app icon. Yes I shall email you directly.

    Can’t fast forward. If you start a meditation and wish to finish it later or want to skip the introduction, too bad. You can’t fast forward or rewind. If they added that feature, I might buy the app.

    Not the best. I used the free trial and discovered that this doesn’t stack up to other meditation apps I’ve tried. Add to that, I was billed for a year’s subscription before the last day of the trial was up. There are much better options out there
