   Can’t unsubscribe from their emails. Be careful when signing up and don’t use your main email since they will start to send you multiple emails a day with a subscribe button that is not functional. This practice is so uncool.

   Scam. They promised a free trial. I have a screenshot. Then they immediately charged me for a full year’s subscription and blamed the App Store. Someone has to be accountable. Not worth $65 either. Also, there is no way to find relief from panic attacks without listening to recordings. I wish there was written guidance you could read for situations when you’re in public and can’t listen to a recording.

   No “Free trial”!!!. Offers an upgrade with “2 week free trial” then charged annually. I figured that would be enough time to know so I clicked yes. AND THEY TRIED TO TAKE MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!! I keep my money inaccessible for that very reason! It’s hard to get it back after scammers like this take it. I’ll transfer it from my savings account into my main account to make the payment if it is anything that is supposed to be paid. GOT YOU!! Go scam someone else!!

   Unable to access subscription. Paid for monthly Subscription and it will not unlock the full content of the app. It continues to say start free trial or pay for subscription, yet when I click on it to pay for a subscription, it says I already have a current subscription. So unfortunate because I really needed a relax meditation in that moment. Already sent message through the app. Hope to hear soon or get my money back so I can use a different app. It’s unfortunate though as I did like this app and would’ve continued to use it.

   A very bad app to download if you have an iPhone.. I downloaded DEAR, and it is not free on people's iPhones; you have to pay for it. That's why I am giving them a one-star, a very poor start. And I don't recommend to anyone to download this app that has an iPhone.

   Complete Ripp Off. I logged in to try this app out again and not only is it granting access to the content. I was charged TWICE after trying to resubscribe. Worst part is that it’s not giving me an option to reach out to someone who can possibly help me with this.

    Keeps crashing. I was using this app just fine and after update it keeps crashing. Good thing I was still on my week free trial. App would have been great for me if it didn’t keep crashing

    Subscription. After an iPhone update I was unable to access my paid annual DARE subscription. My info was switched and renamed to another user. Multiple contacts with no response. I’ve deleted my account. I’m very anxious about the 60 dollars I’ve wasted!!!!

    Free Trial doesn’t give you anything. Was hopeful I could use the app for 2 weeks then see if it was going to work for me. I opted in for the free trial and most everything is locked. The one thing that wasn’t was the start up recording which was a bunch of garbled talking. It was very weird. I tried the nature settings and none of them would play. If you want to do the daily challenge theres a charge for each one😔. No thanks this seems like a scam. I’ll stick with Glenn Harrold.

    No Access for Disability. This app came highly recommended by several people, and the first thing I clicked on was “listen to this audio” with no transcripts or any options for those of us who are hard of hearing and audio is not accessible. FAIL.

    Annoying droning voice. Would rather read it.. An option to read would have made all the difference. Can’t even fast forward the droning audio. Some of us are not new to this!

    Not helpful..... I reached out to this company asking for help for funding to use the app. No answer, but they were able to send me sales ads in my email. And when I tried to email the support team, I kept getting an error. Not happy. Deleting this app.

    I like it at first but then... 😡. The first session was great and so relaxing. The second was horrible. I was listening to a meditation, fell asleep and then a loud noise like a gong sent me through the roof. I didn’t sleep all night because my heart was racing and body was revved up for hours. Silly thing to put on an app for people with anxiety and panic disorders. I’ll be removing the app. Not impressed.

    Paid subscription Error??. I paid for a year subscription and started my free trial 2 days ago but still haven’t been able to access the unlocked audios because of an “error message”. The app seems to be helpful but how can I get a subscription if I can’t see the unlocked material in my free trial?

Don’t act like you’re any different from any other yoga or meditation app that acts like they care but once you download the app you can only access with purchases. Also on another critical review they responded “By giving this app one star you may be preventing others who need help from finding this.” Ummm if you really wanted to help you wouldn’t make it pay for help. You only want money. And, news flash, everyone has anxiety. But you know that, don’t you? $$$

    Did IOS upgrade and locked out of account.. This is the second time something like this has happened. When I first purchase the yearly subscription I had to inform support that I was locked out. My subscription ends in June 2021 and I just did the latest IOS update and again I can’t gain access to my account.

    Got the book but.... I got the book and it says download this free app. The app isn’t free. So not only am I suppose to pay for the book now I have to pay for the app? Huge money grab, author said he wanted to help but only as long as you’re willing to pay for it.

    NOT FOR PANIC ATTACKS - NOT FREE. The app’s description and imagery specifically display that it can help with panic attacks. It has meditations for daily life to REDUCE and AVOID panic attacks, but it does not have any content for helping you THROUGH a panic attack. There is one recorded for when you feel a panic attack coming on, but it’s not great. Very thing else is daily meditation kind of stuff. Additionally, the app is “FREE” but for more advanced/helpful(?) audio it CHARGES A MONTHLY FEE. Who hides a $9.99 monthly charge in an app for people with anxiety disorders seeking help?? Shame on this developer.

    Disappointed. I don’t ever leave reviews but I downloaded this app, thought how amazing. None of the SOS will play, it only plays the panic attack one on the main screen. I get a loading symbol otherwise and I force closed, re downloaded etc. it’s frustrating because an app that that’s for anxiety should work and it’s not working so if I would’ve been having a panic attack that would’ve made it so much worse..

    Things disappear.. I was listening to boost your confidence in 30 days. But when I came back k session 6 was gone. & the only one that shows up is session 1. It is too difficult to do any sessions that have more than you can listen to at one time because you can’t access them again. Stressful!

    The app stops playing. I enjoyed this app for over a year. It really helped me. However, a few months ago it started stopping a few minutes into each recording. I can restart but it defeats the purpose of the meditation sessions to continuously reboot. I tried reinstalling and updating on my iPhone as directed by the techs and nothing worked.

    annoyed.. look, don’t get me wrong i love the app. but i have terrible anxiety when trying to sleep. you would probably be like “ok? what’s the problem?” the problem is the sleep ones are locked because you have to pay for them. no way am i paying for that. but the whole reason i got this app was to help my sleep anxiety. i get it. you need money and stuff but it still upsets me that i can’t get help with sleep now. i truly do think this app is okay. the voice is calming and soothing and reassuring! it’s just that one thing that gets me upset :(

    Do not get your hopes up.. This is a very impressive app. But it is the same information being told on every other anxiety app or free support groups online. Paying to be told to breathe deeply hold exhale is not worth the money. When people are sick they will pay and do anything to get better. When people are having an anxiety attack or a full-blown panic attack they will do or spend anything to get better and make it go away. I have been dealing with anxiety for 33 years, they are good days there are bad days, but my anxiety is always there. I truly do believe you can’t beat it. You can quiet it down but it never goes away. I wish you all the best in your quest for healing. And remember breathe deeply through your nose exhale through your mouth.✌️
