   Dark patterns GALORE. Geez where do I start. Down the app and get introed to a sign up. Ok. 3 day trial? Not long enough to try the app but just long enough to forget about the sub. 🚩fine. Go stop the sub before I get billed. Go to add a list. Nope must create an account. Fine. Go do that, exiting out of attempts to upsell me to their family plan at .59c a week. Who the heck bills per week? Just big enough not to check that it’s now doubled the cost of the app. 🚩then go to create a supermarket. Nope gotta share the app with your friends before you can do that.🚩 nah. Why all the dark patterns?? Just let me use the app!

   BUYER BEWARE NOT FREE FALSE ADVERTISING. I was using this supposedly “free” app for several months & carefully developing my lists for the different stores I shop at. One day I opened it up & it wouldn’t allow me to access ANY of my lists without selecting a paid plan option. I promptly deleted the app. Very unethical practice used by developer.

   Free, until it’s not!. This app was great when I first downloaded it. There were certain things you needed a subscription for but making a simple grocery list wasn’t one of them. Forgot to make my list at home last night, so I opened the app and was going to use my previously purchased items to build my list, however when the app opens I can’t access my list unless I purchase a subscription! Go find another app that won’t charge you to make a simple grocery list!

   Is the app no longer free?. Every time I open the app, I get a pop up asking me to subscribe yearly, monthly, or weekly. I just need a simple grocery app and liked the ability to sort items and overall style of this app (and that it doesn’t have a ton of tracking data), but I’m not interested in the features offered for subscribing. There’s no way to close the pop up. Not sure if this is a bug, I even deleted and reinstalled the app. I’d be happy to update my review if this was just a bug, I’ve used this app for almost a year now but will be deleting it if it requires a subscription to make basic lists.

   Not worth the cost. I loved this app until it was put behind a paywall. It was nice to have lists for each store, super organized, and easy to use. I never subscribed before because I didn’t need any of the extra features and I’ve deleted the app now because $30 per year is not worth just making grocery lists. I’m sure there’s a better app out there for cheaper or free.

   After I paid for subscription. The app stopped working randomly. At first I had to keep deleting it and signing back in for it to work. Now that isn’t even working. It was fine before I tried to use the list sync with the pantry part of the app. Now it won’t work.

    Okay… for a while.. I used this to make grocery lists for a while because it was free and easy enough to use, though the many subscription functions and strange sorting for products was a turn off. Unfortunately it went subscription only for ALL functions, taking the lists I had made with it. It is absolutely not good enough to pay for.

    Loved this app. I loved this app until recently when you must have changed it to pay because I cannot get in it anymore. Never mind I have found another app “OUT OF MILK” it is free and nice for making a list and you can delete categories and items you accidentally addded. Give it a try

    In app purchase screen glitch?. I am not able to look at my list I created just yesterday, every time I open the app I’m prompted to a weekly subscription screen with no way to exit other than buying the subscription.

    Have to pay now?. I’ve had this for the last 9 months and use it every day for my grocery lists so I have a lot of info in here. Today I opened it up and I can’t access any of my lists unless I pay. Extremely inconvenient since I went to the store thinking I had my list ready. I wish I could at least see it one more time but I guess I’m just going to delete the app.

    Thought it was free. Im on the iphone 12, downloaded the app and thought it was free since it displays a free option. However it has a pop up asking to to subscribe that cannot be clicked away from. So 🤷‍♀️

    ????. My boyfriend and I wanted to share grocery lists because it would be helpful. He got it and is using the free version and said it was cool, asked me to get it so we could link. However, when I downloaded it, the option pops up asking me to pick a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription with a 3 day trial. On his phone, it allows him to exit out of this option, but on my phone there is no way to do so and it just stays on this screen. Why? I guess we’ll be finding another app.

    Super annoying bug. I just downloaded the app and got excited that I finally found an app that organizes the way I like. But I quickly found that whenever I would hold down on something on my list to edit it, if I had a note for that item it would be deleted and whatever category it was assigned to changes to unassigned. Then if I go to re add it to the category the image that was there gets deleted! I’m really hoping the right people see this and can fix it!

    Shopping list categories are not good. The shopping list categories are kind of a mess. The categories assigned to existing grocery items are different than the available categories to choose from when creating a new item. So if you add an existing grocery item that is dairy it will be under a different section than a new grocery item you add to a dairy category, pretty much defeating the purpose of an electronic list. And the app isn’t smart enough to recognize items you are searching for so you have to know exactly how an item is named in the app. It’s just not good.

    No Thank You. No thank you. This is not what I was looking for, I just want a simple list that will save my common items. I added yogurt & saved, then tried to add organic milk quantity 1 & it would not save. I tried it again & still it still would not save.

    Categorizations Are Whack. I deleted the app after trying to build my grocery list. I liked that I could have a different list for each place I go to. When I got to putting in my items It was auto populating the categories and even when I selected the same category it had it separate from my other category that was the same. Very annoying not user friendly enough to easily fix it. Deleted the app 10 mins after downloading.

    Can’t get out of the purchase screen. The moment you get to the purchase screen there isn’t a return button. You have to close the app and relaunch. Then you have to go through all the next screen, 12 of them, every time you launch the app. The moment you tap pantry, a window pop up every time where you have to tap the excellent button as if I need to read every time I go to pantry, even without closing the app. Bad design.

    Very glitchy. The items you edit or check off keep coming back it’s super annoying. Plus the “found in pantry” feature is very annoying as well. Don’t know what purpose it serves but even when you click it off same thing, it keeps coming back. It’s lacking some features others have as well and no watch version. And today, all my info in the app is COMPLETELY GONE! I mean, overall it was disappointing. And I paid for it!
